Lying Eve

You pretend I'm Adam
lying "Eve"
My love songs all yours
you believe
Stalked me on Soup
until I went away
I'm hurt by the news
you're back today

Changed your name
a hundred times
But I can spot
your kind of rhymes
Cause most of them
are copies of me
And even my comments
now all can see

So I've got nothing
to lose... to you
Will TPS punish me
if I prove it's true
"Eve TMC"..
you're a thief, you're a liar
Your Soup Mail letter
revealed sick desire

On Poetry Hunter
you take my writes
Stealing my thoughts,
it's not all right
Plagiarism is a crime..
backstabbing "Eve"
I'm exposing you
if you don't leave

~Lyric Man

Note: TPS may suspend me for calling "Eve" out, but she will not push me out of Soup again. She is one of two people who stalked me here and in my personal life. Just yesterday, "Eve TMC", cut and pasted my comments verbatim to one of Silent One's poems, "Shores Of Uncertainty" (both comments on page two). How does anyone steal comments and then post them to the same person? You got lazy "Eve" or you're pure crazy!

I'm a nice guy and wish "Eve" no harm, but I'm going to protect those I love Fiercely! "Eve TMC" may disappear today but she'll be back tomorrow as someone else. She's had five or so names in the month I've been back.

Premium Member kiss of the serpent

unspoken ~
the siren of sour-ice sunsets
hangs on the cusp of kismet ~
tied with swarovski threads
of viper-thorns and
sinful solstice seasons ,
I, the mistress of the snake,
slither with the minstrel ,
laying the cobra crown
of ash feathers ~
on your elysian epitaph
where the solaris weeps
and esoteric emeralds sigh …

O blush opal love …
 you were my Ouroboros ~
in the skin of seven-scaled saint,
the snake biting its tale
forming forever sparks
of flaming rose rings ~
as eternity emanated healing
on sapphire heart-fire,
surfing on the crest of the sea
with coconut-scented kayaks
that reach beyond
the endlessness of the earth ,
and there was still
a lore of life lulled
by devil-oysters
 and ocean-dragons
until death fed
upon what never felt alive …
I reminisce the mists
of medieval romance ~
rippling in your rage
as remorse remained weary
and the clouds
spilled a thousand secrets
soaked with teal and topaz,
this moon-water
became a venom song,
shean and slippery ~
with sarcastic notes
bleeding in velvet,
and the fangs of the fortnight
remained fatal
with their fever of fixation …

but … maybe
our longing is a myth
a reincarnated taboo,
flowing in psychedelic papers ~
like a tributary aching to meet
the soul of silver ink ~
because a torn canvas
is two paintings
consumed into one …
as if, pulses of the lost
dwell between
the diamond edges
becoming twin-flame breaths ~
and the sun sighs
defeated by the
ancestral spirits
hanging low
within the smudge
of liquid sins
in the sky drenched
with smokey blood
of the dusk and the dawn …

in this pathological
heist of premordial passion ~
let the kiss of the serpent
exhume me …
let the python primroses
dress the infancy
of affection that could
not come true …
because,
I'm seduced by the stars
without a script ,
love-drunk on desire
as you melt my tears
into your sweet fire ~
where I blemish …
within wrinkled ache
betrayed … and buried
beneath the pearls you left for me …

Traitor

She smiles,
her smile so bright
blinding me in its glare
 flaring out to cover
her hands that crawl up my throat
and throttle me to silence.

Premium Member Revenge of the Ants

Goodness gracious me,
How can it be,
The ant leader
Posted that by decree,
I was a traitor,
And he
Would pass punishment
I could foresee
What was in store
Had to sit and steady my
Nerves with beer shandy.

It was a very hot day,
Thirty-eight degrees centigrade,
We were not by the sea,
But it was easy you see,
To keep cool
By the pool
Sitting on a high stool
With a beer shandy
In my hand,
Listening to the hotel’s
Resident band!

My phone rang,
It was my friend from Greece,
She was sending me a
Winter jacket made
Out of sheep fleece,
Oh don’t tease
Me please.
We talked for just
Under an hour
Said goodbye,
Went back to my beer shandy,
Life was just dandy.

But oh deary me the ants
Wanted to avenge
And take revenge
On me, as I picked up my
Glass of beer shandy,
Something seemed odd
I took a gulp from my glass,
And involuntarily forced
To expel the contents
From my mouth,
Hundreds of ants were floating
Dying, peeing, spitting
It was most distressing,
In my drink, I felt faint,
But practiced restraint,
Didn’t want the ants to
Know that I was dizzy
Even my hair was standing
On end and became frizzy
These industrious ants
Had set a trap
Determined to get back
At me for telling humans
About their plot to rule
Planet Earth, their leader Raoul
At the ready, creeping
And crawling
And nipping
Away at my flesh.

Doom spray I screamed
Please spray them all
Let them all die and fall,
I had to tell of their plan,
The world had to be prepared,
And their secret shared,
They began scurrying
And fleeing
From the spray, but muttering
Their real revenge was close,
They would be huge, and chew
Us up and spit us out, use
Us for fertilizing their gardens
And as for me,
I would be spat out constantly
And would regenerate daily,
So I was doomed,
They promised to keep
A wary eye on me,
Oh well perhaps I could emigrate
But they had this in mind,
Devious little monsters,
They would then immigrate
And join with other ants
From around the globe.

I would never be
Off the hook
For them I was a real
Baddie, a criminal, traitor
And crook,
Determined to expose
Theirs superpowers
To this planet,
And perhaps many others.

Premium Member Traitor To My Gender

I told you that you are the one,
of all the women I've ever known.
I told you that you are the best,
so unique among all the rest.
I told you I Love You and could never love you any less.
I praised your beauty as I watched you undress,
but now that we've done the nasty, I must confess.
I just did all of that stuff only for the sex.

To all the young maturing pubescent beauties;
This is how All Boys think during puberty.
To all of the fully matured adult ladies.
Many men carry this attitude into their adulthood unfortunately.

Why do I reveal these secrets and betray all men?
Probably because I was raised in a household dominated by women,
wonderful, loving women I might add,
and that's why I'm a traitor to my gender kind of lad.

Truth Traitor

Joe Slick got wealthy as a liar.
He offered his services for hire.
He could twist the truth
with a skill uncouth.
Politicians were his buyer.

The Score Year Traitor

Feeding me some ludicrous bait
Of incident out on staff ‘do’
Red-headed witch sealed my fate
By simple act of rifling through
My private papers to discover
If I’d ribbed her like another.

You see, I’d written poem for stress
So that I could work with scum:
To endure their endless cess
That imbued rage be overcome.
But she, whom I had trained from scratch,
Thought I’d at her discomfort snatch.

Not one deemed it worth their while
To tell me of this treachery:
Of misplaced distrust and guile
Which hurt me, though accidentally.
The Morlock found her reading it…
Why do I place my faith in unpleasant people?

'traitor'

I see a symbol here,
I see a symbol there!
Is this engineering?
I wonder every where!

My first day to coll.,
I learn to kick the ball!
The ball flies high,
It’s time for me to sigh!

Mechanics is the lecture,
I read the book’s annexure!
The annexure seems tough,
So I check out the hot stuff!

I see some girls around,
They make my heart pound!
I want to ask them out,
For sure, without doubt!

Four years later,
My girl is a traitor!
She turns around n runs,
Leaving behind her sons!

Disappointment later,
I achieve something greater!
Poetry is the name,
She’s my girlfriend I can claim!

Dedicated with love to: You Know Who, Tuhina and Prithvi

Rise, Rise Again, Blood of the Undead Traitor

Burn the bodies, Lady Vengeance's sweet Solicitor,
Shadows chase away laughter and days bleed into night.
Rise, Rise again, blood of the undead traitor.

The towers are unforgiving, they are bitter,
Grey skies that hovers above all they bear witness with startling sight.
Burn the bodies, Lady Vengeance's sweet Solicitor,

Fate and fantasies grapple as one who might emerge victor?
The prisoner begs in vain and broken for release into the world of light,
Rise, Rise again, blood of the undead traitor.

Kings and queens lived and died as mortals, the kingdom's greatest dictators,
Those who reasoned with the Devil, should have known what is better and right.
Burn the bodies, Lady Vengeance's sweet Solicitor.

Hollow guests of the darkened chambers moan as one and me, the narrator-
I am deeply transformed, because the stories they tell, hooks to my mind. Fight
To rise, rise again, blood of the undead traitor.

But a man can only kneel before greatness and submit himself to the creator.
And when I turn my head, only to see the Thames trailing softly by, washed by midnight-
Burn the bodies, Lady Vengeance's sweet Solicitor.
Rise, Rise again, blood of the undead traitor.

I've called you here to break with me this bread,
to drink sweet wine and eat of peppered cod
None here a servant, each a friend, instead

Find on this board the boundless love of God
Come! Sit beside me now and eat thy fill,
while I wash from thy feet the earth you've trod

Though most here are intended of goodwill,
one man who would betray me joins us, too
So knowing, though, he's precious to me, still

Fate never altered course because one 'knew'
As such, I've called you here to say goodbye
Please love each other as I have loved you

And who lives by that love for which I die,
shall meet me in God's kingdom in the sky...

My Heart, My Traitor

My heart is a traitor,
A betrayer of my soul
And a traitor of my will!
Oh how I wish I could love
Against the will of my heart!

I muse on the times
When my heart was my subject
And could dance the tune of my song
Loving and laughing
To the jokes of my love

I muse on the days
When sun rose in my heart
Lighting up the alleys
And opening up the lids
To let my heart love, and be loved…

Who Names a Traitor

Who names a traitor? I will name a heart,
For hearts alone forsake the sought-for good.
The Captain Will surveys his seaman’s chart
To plot a course to guide his ark of wood.
Yet he forgets each sailor is a man.
‘Gin mortal foes a man be brave and strong.
Whoso is valiant, bid him join the van
To prove his manhood in the battle throng.
Yet, what fears that combatant beset,
Who, standing lone and single in the ring,
Beholds the trident and ensnaring net
Of him that is the ocean tempest’s king?
Aye, some outwitted Neptune’s rocks and ire,
Yet perishèd. What man resists the siren’s lyre?>

"and, as treason begins in the heart, before it appears in overt-acts, so he accused you as a traitor on that account, and therefore insisted you should be put to death" Jonathan Swift, Gulliver's Travels, Chapter VII

Traitor

When the ax in its adventure captured and
Fell the trees in your garden
The birds flew away leaving their eggs in fallen nests
Their young’s in the care of the hungry hawks
Their melodious songs ceased from your ears
The rhythm of their chorus/refrain went into hiding

When fire in its own adventure ran through your pasture
It ravaged the age long value of our culture
It gave the vultures an adventure
The greenness of your field faded
The fruits fell into false labor
The trees gave up their flowers, their true beauty

Oh trees thou were made to shed your leaves
When we needed rest beneath your shadows
Oh sun thou raced and hurried from west to east
When we needed your rays most, not even for hays
But for the journey of the days

The moon also took refuge in the silver clouds
It made your walk through the night a solo walk
The stars bring scares of scars
But I could hear the blue sky calling onto the blue sea

Just think of the poets here, planning your death?

If you have no booster,

They want you dead as a rooster!

Tis no secret, read it in their comments....

So best keep your health to yourself!.

Lest the Nazi poets, see to it word spreads about you.

Your best friends, you thought so loving?

Want you dead, in a grave, like a Jew,smothering.

Traitor Trash

TRAITOR TRASH

               Steals and Deals
Whether Republican or Democrat it doesn't matter much
Both sides are using President as their anti voting crutch
Make America "great again" rang true for millions strong
The danger is those wielding power have done so for too long

Undermine the President beginning plain and clear
Destroying promises that he made is now Americas fear
Both sides acting pretty strange big business holds each chain
Bank accounts grow day by day the taxpayers feel the pain

All at once determined now, "abandon ship" their goal
Crisis past for fossil fuels don't mine for gas or coal
Once trusted ally on his team, true colors showing through
Health care and the tax reform, Mr. Speaker turns the screw

Mitch McConnel doesn't help, he rules his "money dump"
Paul Ryan just like Boehner, with big business he'll screw Trump
That's not a smile on Ryans face, his version (a smug look)
Our President must now "beware", they won't go by the book

They'll set him up to take the fall, they won't be on his side
Pretending how they saved us all, they'll smile and beam with pride
They'll laugh at you when they retire, their pockets full of cash
Do you think they're Patriotic? Or more like Traitor Trash? .....
