Premium Member She Masticates Three Times a Day

Sweet Caren’s an ace masticator
and opens her mouth like a gator
Breakfast dinner and tea
She will chew thoroughly
Her husband just acts as her waiter!

Three Times a Day

Not sure how he does it three times a day
But all the ladies stop by for a stay
He grins and he smiles
They stay quite awhile
Hurry back Jack, I cant keep them at bay

Three Times the Charm

I fell in love once, twice or perhaps thrice;
And each caused only more pain than the last.
I fell in love once, twice or perhaps thrice;
And each caused only more pain than the last.

The first was raven; the second was blonde;
The third was brunette and had three times; gone.
The first was my childhood, innocent; sweet.
The second; passion-filled love-exquisite.
The last was a girl of half my standard;
Of whom on lonely nights my thoughts wandered.

I lay once or twice and penned her an ode;
Of the love I felt that fate had forebode.
Though clear of the danger, I gave my heart;
That raven goddess three times ripped apart.

Three Times In An Hour

Lying there feeling warm and replete
Looking up to the sky, this is real neat
I never thought-that I would see three
But that was just granted to little old me.

The first as I lay in the water so hot
It flashed through the sky, a plane it was not
Within twenty minutes the second one flashed by
Two shooting stars in the same bit of sky…

Before the hour was up the third came into view
What a brilliant night watching the stars that flew
Three shooting stars is my first hat trick of stars
Lying in hot tub they shot from the plough right past Mars.

Three shooting stars I wonder what that means
Were they tumblers or stars, or somebody’s dreams
A wish I would make on each star that passed by
But they still couldn’t match the stars I’d see in your eye.

Three Times

I don't want you.weeks in i know your there but i don't want you..
I cant have you .someday you'll understand and learn to forgive me for what i will do.
Month 3 you kicked on the ultrasound i almost smiled .why did i almost smile?the shock was to much.i had to throw up.why do you make me like you so?why can you not leave well enough alone?
A little kid asked me what i was having i said a girl.the kid said your husband must be happy. I said no hes dead and ran home crying.
At sixteen weeks its almost time the baby kicks with a rhythm i tell mama. She knows she says.for god sakes honey she says don't have the abortion .i say mama its to late.
At 20 weeks i have a meltdown i call mama.i cant do it mama.i had a dream.he told me to keep her .he told me he loves her.she just says honey i know i know
2 months later shes in premature labor theres talk of brain swelling and big fancy doctor words she cant understand. Doctors pull her through and out of deaths clutches again and again. Shes a fighter they say but you know at the end of the day her mental capacity wont be the same and adoption is always an option and she said to the doctor i almost lost her through the death of my husband to abortion and now to give her up would be like losing her three times i think ill raise her instead

I Watched the 'Titanic' Three Times In a Row Already

I watched the "Titanic" three times in a row already
And I now understand why the vessel had to sink.
Two people on board had sex before their wedding,
So God punished them for such an appalling sin!

Two, Three Times a Day

Pills for that, pills for this,
Stated dose you mustn't miss.
One at breakfast, one at night,
two at lunchtime keep you right,
Stomach pills and headache pills
keep at bay your aches and ills
Yellow ones and pink ones too,
some are purple, some are blue,
each has got their job to do
then you go and catch the 'flu!!

Three Times Blessed?

Traveling to Winston
on the Greyhound today
I saw a license plate
that made me do a double take,
There was nothing funny
or silly about it,
but it blessed my heart greatly
as I pondered on it.

The license plates said "3XBLESD"
which I interpreted as
they were Three times blessed,
And I began to think
of all my blessings,
and wondered what number
I should be using.

I've been so blessed
it's impossible to count
my needs are met,
I even get some of my wants,
My health is good,
I've never had surgery
The only diagnosis I've had
was pregnancy,
So my trips to the hospital
was just for giving birth,
and I don't think I can number
my blessings worth.

My Children and Grand Children
they are a handsome bunch,
Been blessed to see my Great-Grand
I know that was a plus,
Limbs are in working order
and my senses are in tact,
I'm still counting my blessings
by presenting these facts.

The greatest of these blessings
Is that I'm not dead,
pulse is racing, heart is beating
I've still got my head,
So what number can I use
to measure my blessings?
After all these things I mentioned
I'll never stop counting.

Three Times Three Horn Haiku

Three Times Three Horn Haiku

My perfect poems rhyme
Always best all of the time
And still so sublime.

Each poem is my best
Better than all of the rest
By God were all blest.

Love wife and still do
Only one I ever knew
Who makes dreams come true.

Not only is this 5-7-5, it also
ends in words that rhyme with
other line. Last part of Horn
Haiku has five words that
rhyme. Jim Horn

Three Times To Never Know: As One

Three times,
to hold hands,
to sit close,
to feel right,
to be as one,

to believe,
to trust,
to hope,
to dream as one,

to embrace,
to caress,
to want,
to keep as one,

to love,
to hurt,
to heal,
to grow as one,

Three times,
to let go of a moment wanted forever,
to have,
to lose,
to never know as one,

Once, Twice, Three Times I'M Sorry

How, when sorry needs to recreate
an afterwards that stood for miles on end,
the heat from wrong that gallantly saw wind
contained the air of thanks by this request.

Amazing turn of foot from ice cold stare,
went warm as if the earth had filtered thin
an atmosphere to weep, it drowned me there,
where half way dark had sin to put me in.

I wade in water slowly it would fill
a caution to the next to conquer deep.
Persuasion cannot alter one appeal
but turn to gold a promise I can keep.

The hate my understanding love assumes,
cannot be one to please or even think
would weaken blood the memory presumes..,
having happened twice, then faith may shrink.

It simmers there above the finest hold,
a patience seeking whole to please a phrase
when feelings from the heart are surely cold
to melt away the things forgiveness solved.

Premium Member Push the Button Three Times

If you press an elevator button three times it comes faster
A well known fact but it also makes you a love making master
Understand what I'm sayin'?
For a break you'll be praying
Only try it if you're fit as a fiddle or it could end in disaster

On Seeing "the Painted Veil" Three Times

"Lift not the painted veil which those who live/
   Call Life" --Shelley

"Sometimes the greatest journey is the distance
      between two people" --Movie trailer

W. Somerset
set the bar for lasting love,
and then-some:
giving us a heroine,
winsome, but dumb-some,
who couldn't decide if lover or
husband was the true-one
until the day of compromise
when death arrived with final say
on which was the who-one.
Our misled mistress
could have lied,
not told the truth who sired
her un-born, sent her husband
less torn to die upon the path
to "ghostly" but that would
have been so mostly
un-Maugham-like. Yet, why
does Monet's stormy beach at
Etretat, Michelangelo's sensual
David, or this particular piece
of celluloid stir the heart?
You see yourself, your life
as Reality, copying Art.

Premium Member Three Times Animals Communicated with Me

Once upon a time on a quiet walk
I felt strongly that I was being watched.
Stood still and listened, but heard nothing.
Then noticed the trunk of a small brown tree.
A tiny snake was sliding down it, without sound.

Another time I was walking in the forest at dusk.
I heard the crunch of leaves next to me as I walked.
I turned and a large doe was walking next to me.
We walked together about six yards, then she noticed me
And she bound into the woods; showing me her white tail.

My third story is of a mama raccoon.
I was sitting in my garden at twilight
Surrounded by stone statues.
Mama raccoon began walking right to me.
She had five babies trailing her.
I slowly got up. She gave me a startled glance and was gone.
The babies were gone too.

Three Times a Wish....

To stop....
Stand and stare
under the full Moon glare
Once
Twice
Three times a wish....
So much anguish...

Soft white clouds pass by,
under a pale Moon....
In a night sky
Which one is I?

How tranquil...
The Moon
Soft white clouds
Passing by
Me....
Standing still

Clouds ,racing by....
Yet, the Moon....
Standing still
The clouds ,broke free
A new beginning soon
perhaps, we'll see
