I stumbled upon you
On my way to nowhere
Just like that
I had a somewhere I belonged

I still don’t know the gist of it all
But this somewhere seems like it could be home
The space where the beat of my heart
Has found its echo
In the moments when you smile
When you affectionately whisper words
Meant only for my ears
That place where my feet are planted
Immovable

Even though I stumbled upon you
I stumbled onto a piece of my heart
I did not realize was gone
Until I stumbled upon you

Stumbled

I'm begging you with every inch of my sanity,
The sky is painted by the lights in your eyes tonight,
I tremble in frustration, as I will myself not to kiss you,
And for the first time I donêt want to win this fight,
Let me surrender, captured by your love,
Let me fall into sweet solace as I pretend I'm all right,
Off-guard and out of hand, you caught me where I stand,
Eye-opening, soul-wrenching passion I thought Iêd never know,
I was battered and broken, tattered and torn,
Damaged beyond repair and yet there you were,
Willing to be the one to pick me up, healing more than skin will show,
But fear fills my heart as I feel myself falling deeper,
Into a situation where vulnerable is all I could be,
I see myself losing strength, lost in your arms reality disappears,
I can't help but imagine I'm dreaming,
Such happiness has never found me before,
Through the haze of heat and kisses this feeling distorts my logic,
I know I should be guarded, protecting that which matters most,
But I hunger for you to figure me out and unravel my secrets,
And I thirst for you to throw your feelings on me, never holding back,
Despite my better judgment I can't help but be beaten,
Lost in a whirlwind of lust and love it's hard to tell what's real,
You stop me spinning and point the way and lead me to salvation,
You fill my lungs with breath so sweet and leave me feeling healed,
And so I'm begging you with every inch of my sanity,
Hold me close and tight;
I've tripped on that kiss,
And stumbled into Love tonight.

Stumbled Upon a Rainbow

Stumbled Upon A Rainbow
Fell on my head
But I wasn't dead
So I
Sang a melody
To the colors in the song
Rainbow magic
Nothing could go wrong...
I turned around and
There you were
Bright as a diamond
Glowing like a star
Whispering words of love
In a rainbow lullaby!

Stumbled--1

Here it comes again,
the strange through my heart,
stealing my garden of pain,
And gazing to melt my stoned heart

Lies behold, this narrow me
forgotten in the woods , that sad song of thee
the place where i stood firmly once
I found it again, nowhere else......

Stumbled--2

swaying upon the melody of divine wisper,
i lost myself , searching the world i grew..
resting my head upon the pillow of past
vicious spikes shredded my thoughts at last..

when i was stuck, upon the red of desert,
someone showed me the river, somewhere it flow
greetings of winds and brethren of sun
that is the place where i belong

light in the path, that is what made me blind
wonders in dreams and devil chasing behind..
never to plead the fear, not so brave either..
might of time makes anything ,begone forever..

Premium Member When I stumbled upon Alice's hole

When I stumbled upon Alice's hole,
I felt an overwhelming joy envelop my soul.
With little fear of harm or peril,
I could now crawl into the tale of Lewis Carroll,
and be an eyewitness to that fantastical rigmarole.

Lord I Stumbled and Fell

Lord, I Stumbled and Fell!

Lord, I have stumbled and fallen once again!
By hanging on to a stubborn sin!
I once thought, “My life will never get off track,”
Until that one day after I committed
 such a sinful act.

“No one’s watching me” was what I thought,
I didn’t now the pain and suffering,
into my family, that I brought!
That moment of “pleasure,”
 I hoped would go away,
But sin stares me in the face, every day!

Pride crept into my once cheerful heart,
It’s now eating at me! Tearing me apart!
I once thought I was ”too good,”
to commit a sin like this!
Many of God’s blessings, I now will miss.

To you Jesus… My whole heart,
 I ask you to cleanse.
It’s in YOU! That my life depends.
Create in me a clean heart!
Renew a right spirit within me!
Your forgiveness in my life,
 is what others must see.

The most important thing,
to God that I can give…
Is a broken and contrite heart,
 each day I live!

Kindness Repeats

Kindness Repeats

Life has ups and downs
Friends will stay around
While outlook bright on good days
Who knows what’s ahead?
When you’re half dead
Promising scenes fade away

The kindness of heart
Brought you a fresh start
Real friends hard to be found
Only wisdom knows
What tomorrow holds
What goes around comes around

One’s fate made a turn
Stumbled, fell, and churned
Drowning into ocean’s deep
You’re right around
Sensed cries without sounds
Graciously kindness repeats

I Stumbled

I STUMBLED INTO FORGIVENESS
I STUMBLED INTO LIFE
PEOPLE AROUND STUMBLED INTO
KNOWING ME
WAS I A GIFT OR A CURSE
DONT NEED A FRIEND
I DONT NEED A OK
I DONT NEED ACCEPTANCE
WEN U STUMBLED INTO THE WORLD U
ONLY NEED ROOM
SO BACK UP GIVE ME MY TIME
MY ROOM TO RISE
LET MY LIL LIGHT SHINE
I HAVENT GIVING U PEACE
I HAVENT GIVE U HOPE
THE MOST I GAVE U WAS FAILURE
I HAVENT ACCOMPLISHED THE
IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE WITH ME THE
POSSIBLE ISNT EVEN POSSIBLE.. I
STUMBLED INTO THIS THING WE
CALLED LIVING

Unwavering roots

Today, I stand before you, not as a mere poet, but as a vessel—a storyteller weaving threads of faith, doubt, and redemption.
Picture an ancient olive tree, gnarled and weathered, its roots gripping the rocky soil. Faith, my friends, is like those roots—an unseen force that sustains us through storms.Hebrews 11:1:'Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.My journey of faith led me through wildernesses—dark nights of questioning, where stars seemed distant and prayers echoed back. But oh, the beauty of persistence! Like a mustard seed, my faith grew—a stubborn sprout pushing through rocky doubts, seeking light. And then came the fire—the refining flames that tested my resolve. I stood in the furnace, my faith ablaze, yet unbroken. For faith isn't merely belief; it's the courage to walk through flames, knowing that the Refiner stands beside us.

In the quiet corners of our souls,
Where shadows linger and doubts take hold,
There lies a story of a wanderer's path,
A prodigal heart seeking its way back.

Once, we danced in the Father's light,
Our steps sure, our faith burning bright.
But the world beckoned, its allure strong,
And we strayed, oh how we went wrong.

We chased empty promises, fleeting joys,
Trading grace for ashes, love for noise.
The road was rocky, the nights were cold,
Yet still, the Father's love never grew old.

He waited, arms open wide,
His eyes scanning the horizon, undenied.
For every lost sheep, every broken soul,
He longed to see them whole, once more whole.

And then, one day, weary and worn,
We stumbled back, hearts bruised and torn.
The Father ran, His robe trailing behind,
Embracing us, whispering, "You're mine."

His forgiveness flowed like a river's tide,
Washing away shame, erasing pride.
No condemnation, no judgment, just grace,
As we wept in His arms, seeking our place.

The angels rejoiced, the heavens sang,
For the prodigals returned, their hearts rang.
And in that sacred moment, we knew,
Faith could mend what was broken and renew.

For faith is not lost, it's just misplaced,
And the Prodigal's return is heaven's embrace.

Once When I Stumbled

Ribbons of rainbows
Caughtt my fall as
Angels answered my call!
I sang them a glad song
Straight fmy my heart.
I didn't see their faces
But I heard their laughter I thought.
Oh, I knew they were there
Guiding me as I fell through
The air in serene peace.
Amen!

Field of Thorns

While walking with intrusion upon the light of morn
I stumbled across a field of thorns
The ghastly things were everywhere
Standing erect and poised without a care

The field was devoid of other weeds
It seemed to go on endlessly
Each bush was trimmed with precision so fine
I wondered what gardener had wasted his time

A path had been hewn in the middle of the field
I paused to ponder while time stood still
Should I take this detour or stick to the road?
Heightened anticipation overshadowed my woes

I gingerly placed one foot on the track
Ignoring a small voice that bid me ‘go back’
I increased my stride from a walk to a run
Determined to forge ahead until I was done

The road was winding with considerable twists
I faltered for a moment as I did not expect this
But I gathered myself and picked up the pace
The rising sun and I were caught in a race

With every muscle tired and aching and straining
I wondered just what I would be gaining
Was this tedious trek more that I could bear?
There were stones and pot holes everywhere

I was gazing ahead when barely within my sight
I spotted an oasis of green glistening with light
My heart grew wings and lifted my feet
As laughter brushed my lips softly but sweet

I met beauty so humbling I was cast to the ground
My senses reeling as my lips made no sound
My vision was restored in this field of thorns
Captivated by a rose in the fading light of morn
