Breathtaking

lavender skies
in the gloaming.
The lure of lavender
reflections,
the heavens are open.
Suddenly,
crystal rain.
What
a divine cascade~
romantic waters,
dazzling
bodies of light
starbright!
Tranquility
on becoming enlightened.
Autumn's breeze~
windsongs~
Luna's light...
Oh my love
it is quiet tonight,
hold me
under the stars.
A glimpse of heaven,
a place of enchantment,
anima mystique~
always you.
Oh poet,
behind closed eyes,
my soul belongs to you.
You are so beautiful
amour,
many lifetimes
in the shadows.
The wonders of love,
divine inspiration
under the stars.

Starbright
As I gaze into indigo skies,
Stars are brighter tonight,
Twinkling in the darkness
Of a new moon.
Orion's belt enchants
My impassioned heart
As my thoughts of you soar
In a dimension devoid
Of Time's constraints.
Let me feel the warmth of your
Strong arms wrapped 'round me
As we breathe in the scent
Of night blooming jasmine.
You are my summer nights—
In my dreams of us
On cool cotton sheets
While Bach serenades us in
Rainbows of ribbons~
In a symphony of sounds~
Your skin glistens,
And I am lost in love.

Les étoiles sont plus lumineux, ce soir,
Scintillant dans l'obscurité
D'une nouvelle lune.
Ceinture d'Orion enchante
Mon coeur passionné

Des contraintes de temps.
Je voudrais sentir la chaleur de votre
Bras forts enveloppés "autour de moi
Que nous respirons le parfum
Fleur Jasmin de nuit.
Vous êtes mes nuits d'été--

Sur des draps en coton cool
Bien que Bach sérénades nous dans un
Arc en ciel de rubans ~

Under the Stars
The cobalt sky has many eyes;
they're brightest just before sunrise
as starlight.
Sprinkled amidst the indigo
we stop to let the sandman sow
his stardust.
Glittering `cross the peaceful night
we view a shooting star take flight;
we're starstruck.
The sky becomes a starlit show
as sea reflects its silver glow,
so starbright.
In awe we kiss and say goodnight.
I watch as you walk from my sight,
soft . . . starlit.

Forever shining upon their sails,
Longboat in tow, sword in hand
Valiant at arms upon the rails.
Each man a brother in this band,
All willing to die with a word
Hanging heavy upon their lips.

The moon shadows the trees
faltering my thoughts as
gray and blue
starbright falls in my window.
I am alone.
I am alone.
Hungry for talk but
fearful of touch.
The taking of souls;
bitterness of the past
threatens me like
a thief in the night.
I am afraid.
I am afraid.
Yet as the silence deepens
and darkens my view
there flies an angel and I am
swept away in magnificent light.
I am alright.
I am alright.
Space calls me home where willows stretch their limbs
clouds curdle white within the vast cerulean
whilst rampant eagles soar as if to take a ballroom's floor
names writ on ivory card attached with lunar pins
firm held in place 'pon midnight's gracious latitiude..
a runway heavenly laid,
not by death but living breath..
take heed, take care, take off all earthly flaws
fly high to world where life is garden sown with scent
where man an' beast portray the best of earthly forms
where bees rich honey make from place to place
in order to create a melting pot of honeyed grace
mid night an' day in swarms of civil kind diplomacy
each to his own,
drawn by woman-kind an' tenderly..
in Summertime's ascendancy the scene in havoc plays,
kites fly far beyond the giggling children's view
'pon meadows full of flowers drenched rich with dew
opague their look, like flights of butterflies
winging a wishful way to starbright daylight skies.

adoration i can see in your eyes
your breath on my neck
your hands on my chest
hands held under starlight
smiles last forever tonight
street lights too bright
sneaking around tonight
you are mine heart body and soul
you fit me perfect like a mold
i swear this love will never get old
starlight and street lights, will you marry me tonight
suns may burn but you are brighter
and i know this because you make my cheeks burn like a lighter
ever lasting kisses
make me wanna give you the name Mrs.
i go to tell you i love you and my heart glitches
if my heart is broken, then you are my stitches
miracles are true, i know that because in 24 hours you have granted all my wishes
Prayers whispered on angel's wings
To the ear of God where they bring
Petitions of needful things
Where Heavens holy choir sings
Carried on wings of finest lace
To the presence of God's starbright face

I met my true love...
My delight

We met in a field of Moonflowers
I took her hand,
under starlight

with you...

A love did dwell
On a warm summer night,

full of starbright
A warm summer delight

In a field of Moonflowers
Full of starbright
We lay back
and watched the Moons' flight
Our love is forever timeless.
On this screen of blue,
In a world full of wonderment,
My Joy was finding you.
Do you know how much I love you?
Do you know how much I care?
How lonely I am without you,
When I don't find you there!
We want to be together,
To share our life of love.
Just to hold each other,
Blessed from God above.
But the miles stay between us,
No matter how much we try.
Other obligations, create such a fuss,
As the months and years go by.
Together we have weathered storms.
Created from jealousy and strife,
Our love remains forever strong.
For our souls are one as Husband & Wife!
For now we have our land of dreams.
Where only we can go.
A Special place, where our love beams
Like the colors of a beautiful rainbow.
Hold my hand, my Whiteknight,
Walk and laugh with me awhile.
Love me as your Starbright,
Forever share my smile!
They say when you wish upon a star
That it may be granted from afar
I don't know if that's true
But between me and you
What I really want is a new car
i go out into the fields at night
searching for the secrets of starbright
in hopes i will, in case i might
find the wish i wish most nights
and that my wish it will come true
that all in life will become new
where in the day time i will find
as i wish most nights upon starbright
