Premium Member HONORING THE CHRIST CHILD

Christmas carols are being sung,
As bells are joyfully being rung,
Heralding the Christ Child’s birth,
As Christmas Day, we celebrate with mirth.

But lets think of Joseph and Mary now,
As they must find an Inn, they vow.
All are full, where will they go,
As Mary is nigh, a holy child to bestow.

A stable they see before them,
With sheep and lambs, they hurry in,
The time is almost now,
When many holy men will bow.

A manger is turned into a crib,
A bird above sings cheep, cheep, cheep,
Straw, Joseph lays in the manger,
The baby cries,
This story I have often heard,
Tears always fill my eyes.

A star shines brightly in the sky,
Three wise men see it way up high.
They follow it to the holy babe,
Who with miracles one day,
Would pave the way,
For faith in ever lasting life.
The Wise Men from the East they came
With one ambition,
Gold, frankincense and myrrh they brought,
To honor the Christ child
Was their mission.

Shepherds saw the star and also came
To Bethlehem to bring the Christ child
Gifts of faith and love, gratitude
And devotion, all spiritual gifts,
The distance traveled by these lowly
Folk my soul did stir,
My spirit pounded, His birth heralded
With heavenly angelic flair.
As the Christ child grew into a man,
Jesus his name, He sent forth
Disciples of his faith,
Who spread the Christian faith,
As he so often preached and saith.

Whilst I stand munching oats and fresh hay
Kitty visits, she’s my special friend
If she proffers a mouse I’ll say neigh
as a mouser kitty’s a godsend!

Kitty visits, she’s my special friend
I look forward to see her each day
As a mouser kitty’s a godsend
I enjoy watching my friend at play

I look forward to see her each day
on my company she can depend
I enjoy watching my friend at play
Kitty chases mice right to the end

On my company she can depend
If she proffers a mouse I’ll say neigh
Kitty chases mice right to the end
whilst I stand munching oats and fresh hay

Premium Member Stable And Last

Earth is a planet
Earth is stable
Stable for eons
Stable swirling mass
Mass of gases
Mass of gold
Gold lands in rivers
Gold slips through hands
Hands develop character
Hands reach out in love
Love grows
Love holds
Holds hands
Holds hearts
Hearts melt
Hearts never part
Part ways
Part stays
Stays in spirit
Stays in mind
Mind can't forget
Mind holds on
On goes love
On goes life
Life continues somewhere
Life intertwines
Intertwines with others
Intertwines in emotions
Emotions in soul
Emotions never leave earth
Earth awaits return
Earth is groaning
Groaning for release
Groaning for Christ
Christ's return to repair
Christ's coming renews
Renews like spring
Renews like Eden
Eden perfect garden
Eden perfect life
Life on earth
Life for eons
Eons go on
Eons last
Last forever
Last into infinity
Infinity is forever
Forever
Infinity

Stable, Manger, Cross and Crown

I Bethlehem a King came forth,
His name was Jesus Christ and Lord.
Born in a stable where animals fed
No royal bed for His wee head.
The manger where the Christ Child lay
was filled with fresh sweet smelling hay.
He was the sacrificial Lamb
God in flesh, The great I Am.
Born a lowly peasents son,
this all devine and holy one.
But a cross stood waiting on a Hill,
   Prophecy He must fulfill.
Born to save the sons of men,
born to die and live again.
Through Him we have a second birth
that's why the Savior came to earth .
Now in Heaven He resides
   seated at His Fathers side.
Many crowns are on His head,
no straw filled manger for His bed.
No more a lowly peasents son,
this gift from God, this Holy One.
Immanuel,God with us, Immanuel, Lord Jesus,
Immanuel our Savior King, Immanuel our everything.
Immanuel our strength, our Rock
Our peace and Shepherd of the flock.

His Soul's Inner Stable

There is a little farm down south
that always stays on my mind and
on it lives the man of my dreams
that I can not seem to live without.

In my mind, I can see the mountains
and they are such a lovely view and
I can see his eyes light up so warm
in the evening's sunset hues.

I can see the roaring camp fire where he sits
and I can smell the hot coffee right off of the
fire pit.

I longingly watch him on the tractor
so gracefully and peacefully labor
and I desire to be with him, and
feel his soul's inner stable.

The crate myrtles are in blooming wonder
and what it would be like to be in his arms,
I often ponder.

My need to hold him runs so deep
even though he's only a friend
I find that my mind and soul keeps
searching for him again and again.

The horse I rode in on was, "Nellie"
Renown for the size of her belly
Although hot to trot
She farted a lot
And shook like a bowl full of jelly!

Jesus Was Born In a Stable

JESUS WAS BORN IN A STABLE

In amongst the animals and the piles of straw which covered the stable floor,
A little boy lay,
Swaddled in cloth and placed in a manger,
You heard right Jesus was born in stable,
Because there was no room for Mary and Joseph in the inn,
The innkeeper said that they could bed down in his stable.

Mary and Joseph were so thankful for anywhere they could rest, Mary was weary and extremely pregnant.
They had walked hours and hours to Bethlehem.
That night Jesus was born, wrapped up in cloth and laid in manager amongst the animals in the stable. Jesus was their first born, this precious little boy was going to be a king. Mary was a mother, the only thing Mary and Joseph were not yet married, once Jesus was born, Joseph married Mary.

Premium Member Stable Diversity

Nature loves diversity
just as air abhors a vacuum.

Stability lives in staged apposition with diversity
as Yang predicts Yin,
as time moving stably forward
predicts time imagined more diversely
as the history of regeneratively slow-evolving Earth.

Stability, without conjoining diversity,
is a highly subjective attribution
when blanketed across a lifespan,
when covering a generation of interdependent lifespans,
even when defining a genetically stable species
across many re-stabilizing generations.

What is stable within a life
is what is reliably conserved,
like a heart beat,
and breathing,
digesting and eliminating,
consumer and producer functions,
economic and political forms of conserving balance,
cooperative survival of the best interdependence
more than competitive Win/Lose frictions,
or all thoughts and feelings of stability
disappear.

Conserving stability over a lifetime
is a highly subjective attribution,
perhaps too broad and sweeping,
too global and universal
too totalitarian
too elitist biased
to be more microscopically accurate
across any one lifespan.

For example,
the growth rate of an infant
could not be stably conserved
throughout an eight-decade human life span,
nor could the constant two-year old questions, Why?
conserve stability
in a four-decade middle-age climate
of chronic crisis
about half-empty ecopolitical ego-stability.

Adolescent adventures in gender-related competitions
over multigenerational cooperations
could not stably conserve
a marriage
or a nation
or a planet
across a regenerative trans-speciating lifespan
of co-domesticating creolization,
democratization of shared wisdom,
health,
wealth.

I wonder if conserving stability
of bilateral mind,
and centering on stability with diversity body
more likely matriarchal than patriarchal,
oriented toward health and safety
across eight positive WinWin regenerations,
at eight-decades of humane life,
facing immanent individual ego-death,
could already be conservatively stabilizing
in the bicameral mindbody
of an infant child,
or even a stuck in adolescent competitions
patriarchal-dominant
nation?

If You Are Serious, I Am Stable

Hello my special someone
You seem nice to know
If you are serious, I am stable
And am willing to give this a go
I haven’t seen you around before
Is it your first time here
If you come to find we’re in a happy place
You will be someone I’d want near
I know we are not sweet perfection
Hey what’s perfection anyway
If you work out to be nice enough
I’d want to hold you; everyday
We can lay upon the grass
And look up to the stars
To me that sounds like a lovely plan
And I'd say how beautiful you are
Sparks may fly like fireworks
But we will never know
Unless you decide take my hand
And are willing to give this a go

The Christmas Stable Mouse

Bethlehem nights were far colder than the bright sunlit days,
as creatures in the stable were taken out to graze.

The ox, the ass, the donkey, and the mule
were pastured out to earn their keep
in exchange for hay, fodder, and dried gruel
as the night stars gathered in the sheep.

The stable mouse had burrowed deep beneath the hay
there birthed her young and held them hidden safe,
 sheltered, warmed throughout the day
protected within the darkest place to play.

One still night, a couple came unnoticed and quiet like
gathered hay to escape the cold of the night,
all complete as the midnight hour spiked
the stable glowing brilliantly with the brightest light.

Voices rose, blended in melodic angelic hymns
and the young couple serenely glowed
ignited warm and holy with the birth of Him
giving purpose to the life each parent was to know.

The small mouse peeked out of her small hole
awed and wondering at this birth
and at what she had seen from her place and was gifted to behold
knowing it was a blessing to the earth, here down below.

The mother smiled, beckoned the mouse closer
as she could not help but wonder
what child is this, what song is versed
  in startling lightning announced thunder;
she came closer to the newest mother.
  her children following close behind
to see such beauty unlike any other
soft skin, wise eyes, gentle, loving and kind.

As each approached, they bowed their heads amazed
at the innocence and love purveyed
the father watched silently, as the child held their gaze
in those moments the mouse found her voice and prayed.

Thank you, God, I know this must be your Son
born in this place within its simple mystery
where ox, ass and donkeys have run
to see fulfilled the words of prophecy, God has come.

This is your blessing, a solemn gift divine
I ask nothing of you as I am so small
bless all the children of creatures, men, mine and all
and may your Son grow to be strong, wise, and tall .

In this moment that stretched into the dark night, a light
the child's mother softly touched the small mouse's head
a blessing was given to her and her children's delight
in the miracle and wonder on that Bethlehem night within the manger bed.

Donkey

Pin back your ears
Settle down for the ride
And you'll find a warm feeling
Somewhere way deep inside..

Here is a story
That has often been told
It's full of excitement
and never gets old

It starts with a journey
You've heard it before..
There's Joseph, Mary and baby
And donkey makes four.

They travelled from far
To Bethlehem's Inn
Where a bed for the night..
..well it wasn't a thing

So the Inn Keeper showed them
A place round the side
With a shed and some straw
And a manger to hide

And here at the stable
As all gather around
The new baby gurgled
a heavenly sound

And the star of the show?
Not the one high above
It's this baby right here
The one swaddled in love

So here is the thing
As our story unfolds..
The star in the sky
Sends a message so bold...

Like a beacon to signal
To nations and races
That this King has been born
To put smiles on our faces

"I'm here for this child
so all people can see
There's a star up in heaven
So much brighter than me."

So to ears that can hear
And to eyes that can see..
A message of joy
Tells of all that can be..

But one creature here
Knowing more than the rest..
Having carried the baby
Having passed every test

Knowingly munches
By the crib filled with hay
That this baby will save us
From bad things one day

He knows that this child..
Is far more than enough.
The reason we celebrate
All this Christmassy stuff

The greatest of gifts
With the lowliest start
For the baby is coming
To reclaim your heart

So pin back your ears
Settle down for the ride
And try not to deny
That warm feeling inside..
