POTD 2 July 2018

Humans are capable of ‘Changing their State’. At times, a stressful, negative fusillade can be encountered from an individual wishing to subvert a person for whatever reason.

Lady Gaga so aptly describes this in her video clip above - and she should know through experience.

Kindness is a sentiment no one can ultimately reject.

Hard to do you say? - It’s easy.

Firstly, refuse your alter ego permission to react immediately.
(Your alter ego is programmed to protect your from a ‘painful’ situation)

The brain is a Bio-computer and can easily be reset to ‘Default’ by breathing into your abdomen (not into your lungs), - hold and then exhale, each action performed slowly to the count of 6.

Accusatory fingers pointing ~ eyes glowing hate
Seeds of venom spewing forth slanderous lies
Jealousy in all its inglorious green eyed splendor
Wool clothed wolves with undetectable smiles

Any tick of the clock it creeps up upon you
Evil plays no favorite it’s any man’s game
Seeming to push you up that stairway of victory
Then perniciously denigrates ~ disavowing any blame

Damned if you do ~ Damned if you don’t
Kindness perceived as weakness gets cast out the door
Tendencies to vacillate creates chinks in your armour
Resolutely walk the tight rope ~ lest your knees hit the floor

Eyes wide shut to the Evil all around us
Detach from this Chaotic Web in which we dwell
Be the Peace that ceaselessly penetrates the darkness
YOUR prerogative is to choose either ~ Heaven or HellPOTD 2 July 2018

Premium Member Waiting For the Perfect World

A perfect world once existed for Adam and Eve
Until rebellious words of a snake managed to deceive.
As their offspring, we inherited the flaw of their sin.
No perfection found today. Look at the mess we're in.

But there has been a promise, one the Shepherd will keep
to those who abide His commandments, He calls His sheep.
In His intended perfect world there will be nothing to fear,
No crime, deceit, or worry, and no need to shed a tear.

Cleansed will be the Earth, renewed with verdant vitality.
All will be righteous, upholding a pure sense of morality
Each husband and wife will cling only to their mate.
There would be no anger cast and no reason for hate.

No blind or deaf, no illness to treat or diseases to claim.
No one will point a finger and say, "You're to blame!"
Loving neighbors wear smiles and laughter will be heard
There'll be no telling of lies and no bitter slanderous words.

Side by side we will live with animals in perfect harmony
and we might be able to hear angel voices in rhapsody.
Dead loved ones will be resurrected; death will be no more.
My faith is that all the prophecies will come true, I'm sure.

And in that perfect world life will once again be Eden's Garden,
A paradise due to Jesus' sacrifice, and by God's merciful pardon.
With no evil in the world, is such peace hard to comprehend?
Have faith in God's Word, and keep enduring until the end.

"For as they were in those days before the flood... so the presence of the Son of man will be." - Matthew 24:38-40

I see them, though they cannot see me. I watch as they engage in their hedonistic desires, indulging in licentious lust as they pursue gratuitous greed and perverted passion without restraint. Their skulls are hollowed-out turnips, their tongues cast poison darts. Their throats are an open grave as they spew slanderous lies and hold my people in contempt. Their blasphemies against the Spirit will never be forgiven, not in this world nor in the one to come. Each has a heart as calloused as a smith's hands, while their souls are blacker than dark matter. Enjoy the revelry my fiendish foes, at least until the clock strikes the midnight hour. For you see, I am near at the door. You don't know me, but I have many names. I am Abaddon, the Destroyer. I am Apollyon, the Ancient One. There is a judgment pending, the sound of which will tingle all ears and turn faces red with sweet wine into whitewashed gravestones. Listen, listen. Can you hear it?

Book: Radiant Verses: A Journey Through Inspiring Poetry

Through the Fields of Grace

Through the fields of grace,
Set fire to the face
Run away, set the pace

Live with your mind buried in the cries
So wrapped up in your warped lies
Nothing lives anymore; tomorrow everything dies

Slam the door and whisper their fate
Lie some more and open the gate,
The gateway to the hell you promised in frosted words of glorious hate

Lie to them, the ignorant FOOLS!
As they waste away...those useless tools

Slanderous words of false glory
They fail to see the underlying gory-

Deaths covered to hide the shame
That they lied to bring riches and fame

So through the fields of grace,
Set fire to the face
run away....and set, the pace

WHEN STATURE IS A FORM OF GRACE

Red hair,
skin sweet apple,
Her face like a geisha
quiet yet armed with falcon eyes
You'll see.

His nose:
sharp like a knife.
Alone, she has no friend,
was this the way she's meant to be
shadowed?

Lonely
with hurt anew
she sighs deep like furnace
with only a dolesome ballad
to sing.

For she
was different,
demure in every way,
stature becomes a form of grace
within.

She chafe
folks that bore her,
their slanderous tongues.
Have they no grace nor some respect
to care?

Actions
where life pulsates
demands each to play roles
yet still, when silence roars, hear
echoes.

Truth ~ lies
all mixed in one,
baffling the people,
leading the narrow minds astray,
wonky!

Premium Member A Nameless Baritone

An arthritic flesh

Hesitant wipes off deteriorated lens

Every exhale,
Another tragic sulk unto morrow’s pit
Flaunting suicidal fallacies

Off-white flag motions
Signaling mercy under liar’s duress

Muted pride
Cracking dusty knuckles

Penetration’s decrepit vowel
Slipping in between faulty, stamped licenses
Just to belong

Another back-handed waltz
Bordering beggar dialects

Untrue
Towards paradoxical epiphanies

A faceless identity
Converging amongst unwelcomed hymns
Tainting hallelujahs with discolored spit

Worming their decapitated fingertips
With equilibrium massages
Back to a barricaded oasis

Deciphers from a slanderous heretic
Proclamation of syllabic want

As arthritic flesh
Scribbles out expendable nickname
Manipulating good intentions to be sadistically validated

From their rendered nether

Nameless never inscribed a verse to call their own

Struggling to swim
In the rivers they cried

Premium Member The Battle Is the Lords

The Battle is the Lord’s

How many times, brethren
have you battled with the enemy of your soul,
and hung on to people and precious possessions of which
you just wouldn’t let go?

And after those battles are over, the ole devil would take some
more tremendous blows at you,
a few spiritual black eyes and several bloody noses did occur
only to name a few.

Why you have done your best at boxing with him
and you have tried even to keep the rules,
only to find out that he doesn’t play fair
and besides, he is very, very cruel.

You have this bout and that one
and have lost a mate, money and fame,
and then slanderous stories are spread around about you
causing you to lose the integrity and confidence of your name.

But, have you read God’s Word of how Israel accomplished
the greatest of their battles,
David defeating one of Israel’s worst enemies, the Philistine army
without his nerves even getting too rattled.

Remember this, my brethren,
as you’d do well to never forget,
the battle is the Lord’s, child of God
as He is the only One Who the enemy can never outwit!

Lenore

I see his book of poetry
Master poet of bygone years
And from his grave he speaks to me
With inaudible words quite clear.
I reach for Poe and read Lenore:
“Ah, broken is the golden bowl”
You must “weep now or never more!”
I knew her not till now, poor soul!
But I’ll recite a monody
of youth, death and slanderous tongues
with intonated prosody
for this youth that died so young.

Iambic Pentameter

The moderns say iambic verse is dead-
to be cool you must write freestyle instead.
Iambic pentameter in rhyming verse
is targeted now as the very worst.
Even the Bard could not write this today-
and not have some trash him to his dismay-
though all formal poems and rhythmic feet
the mods now consider as obsolete.
Iambic rhyming verse is trite they say
badly outdated and has had its day.
Made the butt of jokes and slanderous mirth-
pendulums swing, it will have a new birth.
But it’s not how packaged that makes it right
or that makes a poem clichéd and trite.
Because it’s content that determines this-
iambic rhyme, free style, or any other tryst

Evil Revenge

Seal pup eyed,
forgiveness she cried.
Mistakes were made
but deceit and lies
remain to blame
for where she now lays.

Bludgeoned to death
by a word made club.
Born of revenge
for sins to my heart,
punishment fits
her backstabbing ways.

She took the kicks
but wasn't aware
the blows came from me.
Slanderous jibes
to colleagues and friends
tore down her life.

The breakdown befits
her crime to mock.

She sought my shoulder.
Comfort I gave;
"Pills are the answer,
they numb the pain.
Swallow the bottle,
vodka will help"

Following my call
tragic news came.
Oh no what a shame,
I won that game.

Kudos To Barack Obama

yea tis history - that end gin shelled a mesh by mit Romney wailin
such below figurative belt mortar attack subterfuge and constant railin
per accusations hurled at barack Obama presidential campaign
lobbed like scud missile grenades from invisible hand no longer m palin

so this joe of a voter re-fused 2 bide time 2 prevent candidate from failin
app laud clinched 2nd term deserved and occupy white house seat a gain
intent i wanna talia 2 acknowledge salient tactics to boost usa now ailin
sasha bravado blasting and gunning futile fusillades
which questionable oppositional stealth indiscriminately fired pell mell
to discredit supreme commander in chief an exemplary persona in the main
such desperate toothless and nail biting tactics
replete with political retaliatory slanderous stockpile bombardment
but rather, he opts to build fracking rainbow coal bridges 2 somewhere
over the rainbow toward future with his omnipotent time tested girders
of righteousness and gravitas quite simple and plain
casting confidence that the democrats rank as the robust strongest train

Premium Member With Concern For Poets

Recently, it's come to my attention
something that I'd like to mention.
We'd have no hero if there's no villain.
So I think I'm more than a little willin'

To be called nasty names or take a jab
from anyone who wields a pen to stab.
Idle threats written from a pretender
Need a hero to become our defender.

      *** However ***

A real poet does not use words of abuse,
slanderous words that are of no good use.
It would be a welcome gesture to be kind
so as to have harmony and peace of mind.

A pen is often called a mighty sword
and our pens should be of one accord.
It would be nice, for the sake of unity,
to put an end to the juvenile animosity.

We can all become heroes, in retrospect
If we treat each other with due respect.

Premium Member Never Forget, Never Forgive

I will never forget and I will never forgive,
what the entire Bush administration did.
Make no mistake about it,
911 was orchestrated.
The Bush administration,
through many channels provided the funding,
that led to this tragedy forever known as 911,
which led to the slaughter of our children and innocent civilians,
fighting a war officially for Iraq's liberation,
but in reality that's a lie, it's all an illusion.
The Bush family
are major players in the oil industry,
and Iraq has a major source of oil coincidently.
The Bush family
also have contracts to supply weapons for our military.
The Bush Family Is Making A Whole Lot Of Money,
at the expense of innocent lives suffering and dying needlessly.
The Bush family is only one,
of a handful of global bankers seeking world domination,
and I hope the Bush family gives this a read,
because if I'm being slanderous I invite them to sue me,
but that will never happen because that would lead,
to all of the proof and evidence of this conspiracy,
which would then lead
to charges of Crimes Against Humanity for the entire Bush family.

Before you judge me as some nut bent on conspiracy,
would you do this *enemy combatant* a small favor please?
Do your homework, Research, READ.
The knowledge is out there and it's absolutely free.

*enemy combatant*
(as defined in former president George W Bush's Patriot Act)
 - terrorist, terrorist sympathizer, anyone suspected of being involved in terrorist activity.
*enemy combatant*
 (it's true definition)
 - anyone who questions or challenges the government.

Enemy Combatants Have No Constitutional Rights

My big mouth regarding all of this,
has landed me on our government's "watch list."
My sharing all of the above will likely make my situation worse,
but I've nothing to lose at this point, so I don't give a flying curse.

I wouldn't "like" or comment on this post if I were you,
or you might end up on my government's "watch list" like me too.

MISREPRESENTATION

misrepresentation
defamation with
slanderous insight

modules of crash

lessons brief

“no one will ever love you like I do”
nobody ever did..

“being strong is holding back”
it’s ALWAYS about
letting go

“feelings are best contained”
emotions need to be felt
internal bleeding leaves
a deeper

precarious this clarity
awakened by confusion
extensions of disparity
misrepresentations

Polygamy

Not in my life will your head be raise
The Hitler beneath the tiles of Adam that roared it
All that goes around that its taste wants
With big small boobs and ass it can't fail to unlock
Getting them all in a house for the future doom

Not mine will I pray a foe to sway
Friends outside in a match colour attire
But slanderous talks against another all day routine
Orisa jekinpemeji obinrin kosi
That makes the second world war the best of its kind

Where men are seen walking dead humans
Why don't you build a ms pacmac's house than putting us in dismay.
No wonder it's said ile olorogun ile ariwo
No one would admits whose fault it lays
Could it be the man whose body is lust or the woman that is never submissive?

That the grave enrich herself through us
While those that ought to save millions of lives die with no hope
There is joy in polygamy neither do I pray to find myself in it
It's duty bound on mothers to guard their children till date lest they be walking dead fellows
Whatever you sow you shall reap.
