My Gift of Tears

Leave you my tears?
I think you already own them . . .

They sparkle in dew on the grasses,
on your windows they cling to look in;
They see you with someone else laughing
And wonder if the joke is on them?
Days past they would have been with you,
Laughter's jewels alive in my eyes,
But tonight they beat on your windows;
Instead of bright smiles, they weep sighs.

Leave you my tears?

In the rain they pour down from heaven,
They run down your walls to the ground.
They gather in rivers about you;
Don't you sense me when you are storm bound?
How you step on my heart when you walk out
With somebody else on your arm,
Playful like kids in spring showers,
Unaware of the heart you have harmed.

Leave you my tears?

If I could wrap them up in a present,
give them all to you at one time,
My tears would make you an ocean,
Sink your ship on the sea of your crimes
My tears . . . to me they are holy,
They tell of the heartbreak I've known;
You never knew how to treasure
The love that bowed at your throne.

I leave you my tears . . .

Play Rain

Play rain , play melancholic tunes
Play closely to my ear, I need to hear

I want to listen to Sinatra's toe-tap sounds
As you fall, fall slowly to the ground
outside my great-grandmother's house.

Play rain, Come down and break the silence
Bring puddles to the desert
Puddles far from clear, yet fresh enough
to jump into, to jump in muddy waters

to step within the dormant child
to free the one I'm not from who I am

Play rain, play melancholic tunes
Wash away my present ,So I recall my past

Let me find night's music
as you patter on the old tin roof
like a symphonic flute.

Let me search for who I am , who I was
why, and where

Why do I fight this little girl inside ?

This little girl who screams , who begs,
who yearns to run, to get her white shirt soaking wet
to splish and to splash , to be whom She's meant to be
Daughter of the wild.

Rain , rain, come again
Let those drip drops stream , over my shoulders
All way down my back, and across my thighs.

Let me sail upon your rivers
Holy waters - Dirty Waters
Any water, better than a dry land
where only cactus will survive.

Rain, rain, Let me feel your touch upon my lips
Rub gently against my skin
Let me taste your every trickle

Rebirth in me with all the blowing winds

Cleanse all sweet hypocratic lies, anytime

Tease me with your whisper
Evoke in me the childhood magic
Make it last throughout the years

Rain, rain, pour down your sky light showers
Let them hide away my fears
Fears, tears, Fears...and more tears.

Rain, rain , play and make me smile.

The Nectars of Love

The Nectars of Love

Let your love fall, that I may wallow
Let your tears drip of inner essence
Entranced by the nectar I swallow
As I engulf and taste your presence
***
Let your beating heart keep company
The emptiness that entraps my being
I’m a string vibrating in your symphony
Forever echoing festal forever freeing
***
Intoxicated by your juices made wine
For the gods pour down their nectar
Indulging in grapes of the orchid vine
Seducing our souls a haunting specter
***
The nectars of your love are ingested
And the fluids of my heart arrested.

Premium Member Black Afternoon

her sunlight shaded with clouds
burning love shuttered in pain.
rainfalls pour down on her feet
black widow spits in demon's face.

broken mirror hangs in the wall
she sees face dirty and old.
pulling down tears one by one
rinse the wound caused by his hands.

she caves underground to feel the darkness
composed herself while brokenhearted.
wait for the morning to witness the sunlight
free her mind to feel the long lost love.

fiercefully, she ran through the door
no regrets, left her home alone.
blue and purple paintings on skin
have gone when she dance in the rain.

Premium Member Just That Archaic Poet

On a peaceful isle of your hammock
Bring me notes from an old guitar
That I may share euphoric thoughts
Embracing a geek in silence.

Past Tolkien's edge, a rite I bless
While on sweet trail, God's pentagram
lights optical dreams to refine,
This after-life’s soft artistry.

Pour down on me, my brother Chan,
and fire my breath with your warm torch;
for an archaic rhymer glides
To nurture joy, fresh on my mind.

Premium Member Tears Fall Gently

Tears fall gently

Tears fall gently, like the rain
quietly refreshing my soul
relinquishing all of my pain

Tears fall gently, like the dew
rejuvenating my spirit
with lingering memories of you

Tears fall gently, like a watery mist
releasing all of hearts sorrow
your blessed presence will be missed

Tears fall gently, without any warning
cleansing my mind of despair
from a troubled heart in mourning

Tears spurt quickly, like drops of fruit juice
freshly squeezed necter from my eyes
my fractured heart is clearly of no use

Tears pour down, like a raging storm
washing away disillusioned thoughts
while blankets of hope keep me warm

Tears fall blown away, like in a typhoon
my life hangs on by a thread
darkness covers this heart with gloom

Tears no longer fall, as bright daylight suddenly appears
God comforts me with his love, wiping away all of my tears.

Premium Member In Awe of Your Love

Dear Lord Jesus, this gift of love you give to me
More precious than the breath I breathe
Flows endless as the mighty seas
Bringing countless blessings in times of need

To know that you live inside of me
May I reflect your light on all I see
I feel you always in the rising sun
And I smile through tears when rain clouds come undone!

Amazed, I watch as lightning bolts zip 'cross darkened skies
And marvel as thunder rumbles through pillars of clouds
Be it day or night constantly by my side
I’m in awe of your love; forever my guide

You gave your life for me; set me free!
Though undeserving, you pour down your loving grace
Upon mankind irrespective of belief
And call to each, 'come taste and see what it means to be free'!

When my days are done and your light I return
May it be as brilliant as when you placed it in me
Let me not return empty keeping it to myself
I pray that I give freely to light another’s path

"In those vernal seasons of the year when the air is calm and pleasant, it were an injury and sullenness against nature not to go out and see her riches, and partake in her rejoicing with heaven and earth." - John Milton

Valleys, fields, meadows and hills take on a sunny glow.
Everything is fresh, and nature’s new creatures flourish and grow.
Rains pour down; mountain streams joined to rivers flow.
Never at least till fall must I worry about streets filled with snow.
Abloom are various flowers and trees; they put on beautiful show.
Life renews and songs fill the air as spring’s birds fly to and fro.

Premium Member Friends

I see rainbows and sunshine in my forecast,
yesterday I gained an awesome new friend.

It was though we knew each other all our lives,
I hope that we can be friends for a long time.

Even when it starts to pour down heavy rain.
there's always peace after a storm.

But the seed of friendship has take time to
bloom.

It has to be handled with tender love and care,
It needs to be watered and fed or it will not
survive.

Don't starve your friendships whether they are
new or old.

If you don’t tend to your budding friendship
it won't survive during the drought season.

Dedicated to friendship

Premium Member The King of My Life

He is the only King who touched my soul.
In his arms, I found my self whole.
He pulls me up when I was down.
He saves my soul in flaming lawn.

Through His Father, the Sovereign God.
He was sent in Earth with all His love.
By the womb of woman with faith and trust,
A child was born ,brought the message from God.

He is the light that shines my way.
The inspiration to face every battle.
He is the strength when I am weak.
He is the closest friend I used to speak.

Whenever rain pour down the sky.
I thank God when he sees me cry.
I remember the love that so divine.
When He sent to us His begotten son.

The Nature's Wonderful

The nature's wonderful...........

When the early morning sun breaks through the darkness
When the night tears dew spill morning from the sky
When the nature's tears raindrops pour down to the earth
When all those trees dancing in the breeze beside the lake
When all those daffodils and lavender fill the air with fragrances
When all those butterflies and bees fly high in search of honey
When all those wild mountains river are rushing through the valleys
When all those beauty of waterfalls grab heart of a nation
When all those mountain hills carpet with its greenery wonders
When all those innocent animals grassing on the hill sides
When all those bird's flight, as they climb and hover in the sky
When all those wild animals freely walk around the jungle
When all those seasons spring, summer, autumn, winter fill our heart with cheer.
When all those trouble hearts, the nature become a smooth healer
When all those pleasant of natures make their own display
Oh, my God, I praise you for all your truly gift of the nature's wonderful

Love Will Always Win

Might make this into a song. Hope you guys like it.

---------

I want to save your life with this love I bear,
To hold you in my arms and tell you it was always there
All around you, the darkness sways
But inside you the light still stays

I’m sorry my words fail me
I’m sorry I’m so weak
If only you could see me
If only love could speak

I want to take you to the top of the mountain
And let the rain pour down on you
To allow those tears to spurt in fountains
To sooth your core of blue

But you are strong
And words always ring
My heart will pull you along
With every boil and every sting

I’m sorry my words fail me
I’m sorry I’m so weak
If only you could see me
If only love could speak

I want to say that I do love you
But you cannot hear me until the darkness leaves you
So I will wait here with an open hand
Hoping, always hoping to understand

You are strong
Words will always pull you on
And the light inside you from deep within
Tells me love will always win

My Dripping Pen

When I had nothing left to give I gave you me...
Through all my faults I still stayed free..

While my pen drips words I couldn't say...
You can taste my passion in a silent way...

Hold your body close to the paper and listen...
It will reach out and touch your lips and glisten...

The juices pour down my pages and stain your fingers...
Leaving an impression of warmth and love that lingers...

Premium Member Lover and a Hater

You drive me out of my mind
Sexy but you can't be kind
It's so darn infuriating
Maybe we shouldn't be dating

You destroy me line by line
Saying "Who cares he'll be fine!"
Why don't you just let me be
instead of controlling me

Stop treating me like a toy
I am not a stupid boy
Someone out there will love me
I am lovable times three

Your darkness can't eclipse this
See my light be the witness
I'm the duck you're the water
pour down hateful daughter

You will just run down my back
I'm prepared for your attack
look long it's the last you'll see
I'll bet you won't forget me!
