Premium Member What is Kneaded

Knead the mind with prayer and reflection
no need to bring in outside deflections.
What you need is already there...
God shined the synapses
lay gold leaf atop gray canyons
where the potential of miracles lie.
It will take at least a lifetime
to realize that petals of tranquility and truth
can survive the most vicious fire.

Deep in the briars of doubt
within the muck of the mind
dust devil's like to tease
weaving petals to the lye.

Gather up the pristine petals pronto
before they wain-wither- petrify.
Make fantastic arrangements with God.
Be as a ruby throated hummingbird
traversing crystal time-sipping the nectar of divine.
For what is Kneaded in prayer, becomes what is truly needed within your precious life.

Premium Member Instead It Vies

All I am saying is you have to try
Not only will it help you get by
But truly indeed it will help you fly
Under a new earthly universal sky
You are the whole piece of the pie
Now, know when to go apply
This mathematical equation pi
Otherwise your brain will fry
Or it will just sit still here on standby
I am not trying to be this wise guy
Nor I am attempting to shanghai
I am just wanting to dignify
And I am wanting to beautify
They are the ones who falsify
The meaning of your third eye
Because they want to pacify
It’s your mind they want to occupy
With fear they try to petrify
So, I am here to declassify
And of course to testify
It’s you I want to exemplify
Yea, so I got the red eye
Though not like my mind’s eye
Which has definitely hit the bull’s eye
So you come and give it a vie
I bet you will scream banzai

Premium Member The Bony Finger

The Bony Finger

Investigator Carla received a bony finger
Tossed through her window by a mystery slinger
With it came a note that vexed her curious mind
“This finger’s all I took, the rest I left behind”

The note dared her to visit Windom Plantation
A haunted mansion of maligned reputation
Driving miles uphill to a “castle in the sky”
The old estate’s legacy began to petrify

Wind howled through broken windows as she opened the door
To find long-legged spiders crawling on the floor
Carla used her flashlight to explore each dark room
Shrieking cries emanated from one windowless tomb

Her cell phone in hand, Carla mustered the courage
With pulse pounding, she hoped rumors she’d disparage
Then she saw it, a shadow moving toward the attic
And all at once, Carla’s persona grew frantic

She followed it, climbing the attic stairs in haste
To find horror greater than that for which she’d braced
A destitute man who was missing every finger
Had sent notes like Carla’s to nine other sinners

It took but one soul with compassion and fortitude
To free this man from lonely, haunting solitude

I remember those days when I'd pray it would rain
My heart then a vibrant flower in full bloom
I recall the drops hiding tears from unending pain
Trying to mask the scent of betrayal's perfume

My heart then a vibrant flower in full bloom
She forgave freely without regard for her sanity
Trying to mask the scent of betrayal's perfume
Her petals slowly petrify surrounded by inanity

She forgave freely without regard for her sanity
Though that flower still holds her beautiful pose
Her petals slowly petrify surrounded by inanity
They can no longer get to that perfect stone rose

Though that flower still holds her beautiful pose
I recall the drops hiding tears from unending pain
They can no longer get to that perfect stone rose
I remember those days when I'd pray it would rain

You Deceiver's

You deceiver's! You know who you are!

You have embraced The Word Of God, only to use it as a weapon!

Yes, you have aim The Word Of God, you aim your guns

and rifles, and other weapons of destruction, only to petrify and control the

hearts and mind of the weak and desperate(rich/poor materially)

human beings! The Word calls them the poor and needy, amongst you!

The Word also says: Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap!

By Invitation Only, Unless You Speak Jade

My finger throbbed, sliding red water splashing upon the slick topography, it was almost impossible to hide the laceration from these half-breed hybrids. Horns and ties, flesh costumes and ash shoes these monsters shifted between frames of realm breathers and daemonic vampirism. Cold cropped stares strung to petrify the weak hearted. She displayed elegant opulence in impervious form. Shadows among and behind me I could not touch her. Sadness dampens those cheeks of blush. If I could I would dry them but these minions of yours continue to bite my hand.
Can you hear my screams?
They tend to drown out your cries. Why are you hiding inside that mentality of flawed construct? Your lashes of sorrow blessed of the memories of a past swallowed by pride.
Look in the mirror, who is the most jaded of them all? Perhaps it is you who continues to bite my hand.
Without a tongue I no longer can scream, you made sure my words would be no more.
I only wanted to ask you if my heart still beats, or have you abolished it as well?

you want clarity
but I want you to handle this female energy that I bring
terrify me, petrify me
crucify me, purify me

but only if I could wait for you - I would
I swear, as sure as heaven resides on Earth, I would
I cruise through your male energy
so smooth
and just barely impressionable
but I lose emotion
and control

and then I escape

it's me
it's me
it's me
it's me

terrify me, petrify me
crucify me, purify me

Virulent

Love such as this is virulent.
Caustic and toxic, this love burns my innards.
I burn for you.
I need no antidote.
This love is worth the pain.
Your venomous tongue lashes me.
Words cannot hurt me now.
Your eyes petrify me, Medusa.
But my advances will not be halted.
I need my venomous fix.
My blood boils,
Ready for your poison to contaminate.

Premium Member Dance Of Death

Inspired by the song,
Dance Of Death by Iron Maiden

Let me tell you a story that will petrify you
I will share what happened
One night when I was in Paris on vacation
I was drinking coffee at a cafe
At a table alone in an outside terrace
Then, I decided on a walk under the moon
With the stars winking at me
I was enjoying the solitude
Unaware that I was being followed
From a distance I was being stalked

I ran feeling scared and fell
As something cold touched me
A handsome man stood blocking my path
Oh, there was evil in his eyes
Lets go for a drink he suggested to me
Reaching out for my hand
That is when the dance of the dead began
As that hand felt dead
Into a circle of fire I was led
I seemed to be in a trance
Soon, I was encircled by the dead
Dancing with the dead

Time stopped and I was frozen with fear
But, still I danced
And the blaze of the fire grew higher
I danced on burning coals
But felt nothing
My soul and spirit was leaving
Oh, if only someone could pull me back
If only someone had witnessed this

I danced, and twirled and sang for them
They watched me with dead eyes
Lifeless, empty men
They had ascended from hell
I danced with the dead, laughing
howling for them
My body felt heavy and cold
As I danced in the circle of death

A fight started and took the attention from me
I fled running faster than the wind
I just looked straight ahead running, running
Thinking they will come after me, I am doomed
I should have said my last goodbyes
To my family and my friends

Since that night when I am laying in bed
I wake from my dreams to dance with the dead
Since that night when I am laying in bed
I wake from my dreams to dance with the dead
To dance with the dead

Stalagmite

Never have I felt the sun shine
Or heard blowing wind speak
Within this cavern I align
Frozen in stalactite confine
I dream drips of dew drops unique
Formed by the sun I seek

One of the countless stalagmite
Protect the cavern floor
Facing our northern brothers height
Waiting here unmoving, my plight
Made of their drops, solid to core
Yet I want to be more

Not to be still rock formation
Dependent of their scrap
To grow on in bright elation
Not in this darkest damnation
Not to feel like nature's mishap
To feel caught in a trap

I could be flora lush and green
Pure dew on fragile leaves
Only my wildest roots unseen
Branches with elements convene
Reaching for solar rays achieves
Reprieves by shadow thieves

I’ll wait for giving’s from above
Fall to our rounded tops
Our centuries of growth thereof
To petrify, not push or shove
Wishing this muddy water swaps
With fresh gleaming dew drops

I Persist In Crediting

I persist in crediting....
That breastfeeding hatred and animosity
Could barely occasion war atrocity
Demolish houses and blameless lives reap
Petrify crestfallen minds and infants' poignant grief

That airplanes, tanks and other war toys
Could ravage, destroy and only thieve joys
Annihilate life and identities liquidate
Amplify aghast mortals and not emancipate

That peace stirring words could promote
Long-term stability and eschew portentous faults
Make ravage and hearts assault
Imprison sensible souls and ferocity halt

For any lesion would eventually heal
Come to medicate and revenge conceal
But that words of malediction linger
Boost hostility and ran our trigger

You may say these are mere fantasies
Engaging in a wild-goose chase
Like a mansion built upon sand
But could enmity our worries appease ?

Remember, all things considered,we are all housed in the same boat.

I know a man afraid of cats.
I'd understand if it were bats.
I will admit my fear of rats
And those small demons, stinging gnats.

Now don't you think it is a pity,
A grown man afraid of kitty?
Because I am extremely witty
I write about him in this ditty.

Another friend has fear of toast,
The darkest brown he fears the most,
Though of his bravery he'll boast
When encountering a well-seared roast.

We tell him it is in his head
And if he'll only take his med
And do just what the doctor said,
He'll find that it is only bread.

These fears that truly petrify,
Don't bother smart folks such as I.
It doesn't count that I will shy
From a bug, a bee or a butterfly.

Flowers To Petrify

Trees,
Foggy,
Wooden bench...
Young girl sitting...
Two-faced tears strolling,
Taking a walk down cheeks.
The flower that he gave her
Yellow petals curling, wilting
If only flowers could petrify
We could remember first love forever...

Petrify

The God-given ability of
self-modification
eludes my present state of love
and it's formation

And so I petrify
the years turn me into stone
times goes by without a why
for all my ways that haven't grown

If I could only be a strong
as my defects that never change
be as right as I am wrong
be as cool as I am strange

surrender, acceptance, transform
I dream of such advances
but staying the same remains the norm
passing by my second chances

experience requires transition
the nature of learning reshapes
but not in my current condition
this way I am I can't escape

If I could only be as strong
as my defects that never change
be as right as i am wrong
be as cool as I am strange

If I could remodel, revise
all the facts, all the lies
apply the suggestions of the wise
and benefit from all my tries,

then I would be the more
that I always hoped in store
it'd be worth what it was for
for the re-invented core

If I could only be as strong
as my defects that never change
be as right as I am wrong
be as cool as I am strange

The Rabbit Hole

not just the weather is unbalanced
i, as well am out of sorts
it’s not just the weather that is making people uneasy
i tend to do that as well because more often than not,
my mind is numb and my thoughts are heavy
but it might just be the throbbing headache
that always seems to linger inside of me
why do i find myself dwelling on my every move
interrogating myself until i cry?
i guess i’m far beyond gone
and no one’s come to my terms yet
but everyone around me are rocks weighing me down
and i feel like i’m at the bottom of a dark ocean
filling my lungs up with water as i scream for someone,
anyone, to dive under and keep me up.
but why have i found myself sitting in the shower at 10:30 at night
letting the scalding water hit my face, burning me,
as i paralyze myself inside my head
and time seems to follow the steam out the window
and i can see the rabbit going down his hole
laughing about the clock that is my life,
but i’m pretty sure i caught myself laughing as well.
and i found myself with a craving for being better for everyone else,
and it’s sparked a longing to be better for myself,
a longing for making my hands stop quivering,
and a yearning to balance myself out
i find myself in the dark too often
but at least the dark isn’t a void that continues to petrify me
much like my own mind tends to do these days
