~TAKE MY MONEY ~

Crimson Joy, L'Oreal Lips, DOLCE & GABBANA eyewear
Mascara from beyond LONDON Bridges
Like the pretty face found in front of Vanity Fair
What can I say? Perfect -- goes with my daily addiction

A beautiful morning cup, STARBUCKS got my money
It's not more or less the cost or taste.
It's all about my dependency, with popular brand names
Shopping from place to place --- with a smile on my face
VICTORIA SECRET and the way she wears her bra.
$72 dollars it's time to double up them d's
Christmas Red and December Blue
Walmart can't pick up my bust the way she claims with trust.

Hot Topic's on my dark fashion list, Star Wars decor to explore
Obsessed with any accessory from the Walking Dead?
Bennie, blankets, epic shirts with gore, spending $200.00 more

Vulture is a man, with no hair, sat me down on his chair
"Try, this mam' a flat iron that works like MAGIC."
"Did you say magic?"
Didn't ask how much, once he commenced caressing my hair
Straight and silky like when I first bought the Evolution Wand
I tried to resist, however, I swear I heard the Iron call my name
This time, I promise to use it more than once
Between you and I - I don't even care to do my hair
Next thing you know, I own the Lioness curler iron too
With Expensive shampoo and conditioner.
What can I say, Buy 2 get the third one free
Finally, I felt - I got the best bargain possible
I won't even tell you how much I paid
You'd probably think, $189.00 is steep
How could I say no?
He threw in a heating glove, that's what I call Consumer Love.

Heading home, I spot Best Buy, needing a case for my iPhone 6 plus
Strolling near aisle 3, I hear Dr. Dre, started some new beats
Falling in love with the level of quality, $299.00 how can that be?
I put a pink pair in my basket, they have to be special and unique
After all, $299. Means they are popular :)
Bargains here bargains everywhere, check out time, I paid 550 dollars
I'm so proud of myself today, I saved and gained 101 points

Happy and dandy I feel complete,
I will end, my freestyling write
With uplifting words --- Aren't you lucky I'm not your WIFE???

WELCOME TO MY WORLD
TRUE STORY

Rainbow In My World Today

There is a rainbow in my world today,
With every word your write my way.
Colors of emotions flow in harmony,
as they spread across the sky in unity.
Wrap me in your red, orange and blue,
fill me with the violet passion of you.
You make the sky shine after that rain,
softly your soul pushes away the pain.
In every luxurious line that you say,
you are the rainbow in my world today.

Premium Member The Flowers In My World

Red soft velvet, forever in my mind,
purple and blue, every color of the rainbow.
White to near black emotional displays,
their meanings hidden in the multitude of their colors.

Once I shared my secret with you,
the flowers I see in people important to me,
the beautiful purple of the pea in bloom
and the mixed color of the cotton petals
that were my father, pragmatic, yet complex.
The rose when I was young, strong but gentle,
though watch her thorns, is my mother,
slowly fading to pastel carnation as she ages.
The lilies and violets came early and withered.
The friends of Japanese cherry and wild prim rose
are but fading and melting memories now.

Then there was my orchid so unique and beautiful,
always transforming from passionate red rose
to lovely tibouchina and phalaenopsis then dendrobium,
now dried and hidden away awaiting the breeze
to, ever so slowly, blow those colors from my life.
Such complexity are the associations I see.

Now, there are the flowers of you.
So many there are, the blue pansy in your eyes,
the glossy red anthurium of your lips,
the spider lily of your slim body and creamy skin,
plumeria and plumbago, azalea and moon flower
and the universe of colors and fragrances that are you.
Even when you are angry I see the toxic beauty
in the subtle white glow of your oleander rage.
I see you in every color of every flower,
the petals that fall from the dogwood trees,
the dancing hues of the crepe myrtles
as they playfully twirl on the evening breeze,
the perfume of the orange blossom and magnolia,
but, perhaps, I see most in you the simple elegance,
the bold unfading flower, the amaranth,
undying in its beauty yet humble in its nature,
always bowing its head in deference to others,
yet bold and strong with the everlasting beauty
that will always define you and never be forgotten.

Premium Member Feeling My World

The soft gentle breeze caresses my skin, tiny ripples washing over me, as cool invisible fingers tickle each tiny hair. I shiver. The path beneath my feet is hard, the narrow veins between the stone uneven but smooth. Leaning down, my fingers explore each stone admiring the artisan's hand. Even cuts and natural imperfections line the face of the pavers from which imaginary flowers and birds and faces, that only I can see, spring to life. Each piece carefully selected for size and shape, puzzled together with perfect precision. The coolness of the stone feels blue like frozen water, or perhaps green like smooth moss. The air colder now I move on, hollow vibrations tingling my hand with each tap of my cane.

Premium Member Color My World

If I could see all colors
Would my favorite be red
The color of passion
Rose petals on the bed

Perhaps I would choose green
In pastures we could lay
Being there beside you
Would take my cares away

I'm inclined to choose brown
The color of your eyes
I already love them
They are gentle and wise

I don't think I'd choose blue
It just sounds way too sad
I might prefer purple
If that one makes you glad

You bring me the colors
The ones I cannot see
You're the unseen rainbow
That can be seen by me

My favorite is yellow
The one color I see
I bathe in your sunlight
Every day you're with me

Dedicated to my sweetie, written by her colored blind husband.
Happy Mothers Day to the love of my life

My World Without You, My Poesy

When you are with no companion
and no one can read your very silence

When you are brimmed with joy
and you find no sign of warmth

When your solitude is lonely
and you cease to feel the wonder

When no single wave in the air
and you have a longing to breathe

When your heart denies its throbs
and your tone becomes still and cold

When none can hear the drops of your wounds
and you can't even swallow your sighs

When the night has no stars in his sky
and no dream dares showing a face

When no other alluring path to walk
and no thirst to reach satiating founts

When both, mind and heart share your pen
and no single paper in your den

How couldn't there be a life
that would save lives!

How can I envision my world
without you, my poesy!

Walk Into My World

Would you enter my world?
If you imagine you could
You can spelunk the caverns
You might map out the woods

Allow my spirit to guide you
I’ll describe what it means
As you peer through my eyes
At the silvered hoped streams

Traverse the valley edge
While you taste the summers rain
A shower of suspended tears
Unsalted by the pain

Fix your eyes on hypnotic wisps
Sailing across the sky en mass
Rest in undisturbed infinity
Upon fields of mossy grass

Breath in the scent of cleanliness
Within this entropy of soul
Float on the notes of strumming bard
Operatic tales he unfolds

Do you possess that steely courage?
To embrace a shattered man
Sharing worlds of one another
Walking journeys from within

My World

A galaxy
lives within me
through sky’s marquee
my heart beholds

one earth’s design—
as moon, lake twine
in peace, I shine
from heaven's mold.

Premium Member You'Re My World

You’re my world
You’re everything to me
Motherhood
It’s been a joy you see

Ever since you were born
I’ve been so proud
I can’t help
telling the world out loud

When you left
it was hard to let go
It’s not easy being mum
you know

When you call
I hear your voice
I know you’re fine, so I rejoice

You’re my world
You’re everything to me
Precious son
You mean the world to me

Dedicated to my amazing son who is the light of my life

‘You’re my world’ is a Line used from the song
Lyrics sung to the tune of 'You're my world'

                                                                                     Charma

Where Did My World Go Anyway

Very silently step by step
In the dark it slowly crept
Until one day, to my surprise
The world I knew, I could not recognize
Little bits first then big ole pieces
Before you are aware, the world you know ceases
Never did I gave it a single thought
A glimpse of the end was all I caught
I took it for granted; am I to blame
Thought it would always stay the same
Eventually I decided to join in
With feet first, I jumped in the din
Kill the cops; behead the innocent
Persecute the holy, pay up for the indolent
None of these things sounded right to me
I found, I tried, I could not be
What can be done; I do not know
But where it is heading, I cannot go

The Sun Rose On My World Today

‘Twas darker than a winter’s eve;
My mood this summer morn.
When a miracle from God appeared
To wash away my scorn.

The cobalt of the darkness
Gave way to gold above.
The sun rose on my world today
And filled my soul with love.

I heard the song of mocking birds
And watched a blue bird fly
Until his lovely azure hue
Was swallowed by the sky.

I smelled the scent of fresh-cut hay,
Of petrichor and sage
As though a troop of summer’s best
Had rushed onto the stage.

I wondered at this miracle
And what this day might bring.
The sun rose on my world today
And made me feel like spring!

My World is Made of More than Me
David J Walker

My world is made
of more than me

               And no-thing more
that’s meant to be
no-thing other
		than dirt and water
mixed together
		into mud
and what’s forever
into blood
and what’s for never
		mimicry

no-thing more
		then what’s meant to be
no-thing air
	no-thing water
no-thing mother
			no-thing father
no-thing-
	ness
no-thing more
		no-
		thing-
			less
		no-
		   thing
hanging
	over me

nothing
that is
		unknown
			to me
nothing that was never
	meant to be

War In My World

There's more to life than living
Its all about the love & kindness to others given.
We are born as one not as two
So who you become is upto only you.

We will meet with others along lifes way
& how we treat them is how kindness will repay.
Before the lord when in death we do become
Where we will meet pure judgment in deaths succumb.

So remember in life to be your best
Even so when you are put to its hardest tests.
For you shall reap in all you so
When to your graves your buried 6ft below.

This is wherr your body remains
But your spirit rises into the heavens where its
 eternity sustains.

My World

I like living in
my own little world
I'm happy there it's okay.
It's much more fun
than the real one
for everydays an holiday.

It's a world
without hate or sorrow
a world where everyone's free
a world of love and harmony
a world of peace and tranquillity.

I know my world's
not the real one
it's my world of make believe.
But it's the world I often visit
if only in my dreams.
