Truth be told
truth behold,
This I see
is how all unfolds

In plain sight
not in darkness
like here tonight
I see the sky
ask myself why
there’s no reply,
No mothership
to take a trip

And… oh my god
I’m overwhelmed!
by majesty …
constellations
partnerships
A crescent moon
beckoning me
imploring me
to look harder,
The answer’s here
before my eyes
not in disguise

(Moon)

I’m here for you
at this moment
let’s synchronise,
Be here for me too
we are the same
you have a mind
I reflect the flame

The big guy
is below horizons
elsewhere rising,
draped in plasma
I follow his lead
unerringly accede

We made you
and you make us
by being here
conscious aware,
we overlook
you undertook
to question why
But there is no lie

The truth’s blinding
the truth’s binding
so let it be
Not always pretty
Not always loving
Not always giving
Not always taking
never faking
open and bare
Raw and gaping

Man gives us reason
we bring him seasons
his path seems tough
and never enough
So thank you
for looking up
come what may
we shared a reflection

Go now brother
we’ve seen the light,
Others did too tonight
just not as bright

Unwed

She sent me a lol on wattsapp
Please pass the ketchup

Mothership gliding in silent space
Umbilically us padded in shiny foil
Her face deflected in a fish bowl
Leaves only guessing about her thoughts
Lets dock Lets talk

Little ingots and tiny orbs
Suspended in the fluid of my sight
Just us against the world
Through the crackling and the static noise
Wincing hard to hear her voice

Her words a soggy sandwich
Pleading as my waning battery
But my head wouldnt dock with my heart
And somehow we became unwed

She was my torment, I was her duty
Her virtue was the softer call
And that became her beauty
Ive become much softer now
But it doesnt work for me at all

A completed work a naughty boy
Indifferent now to watch me fall

Starship

Looking out into the cosmos now
My eyes are like a starship
Traveling from one star to the other
One constellation to the next

Hypnotically drawn feeling lifted somehow
The earth is like a mothership
Her gravity keeps me grounded from danger
Depict if you can an image out of text

Faith has become more endow
I am on an intergalactic trip
Optimistic about the future
I find the earth is more complex

EDDIE MARS AND THE SOLAR WINDS

The biggest band in Lisburn and fronted by Eddie Mars
A guy who could play anything, on his collection of guitars
On vocals, Charlie Venus, who was the joker in the pack
He played his fender tele' through a great big marshall stack
On bass was Johnny Neptune, with his yellow platform shoes
He harmonized on vocal, a disciple of the blues
The keyboards were delivered, by Hector Mothership
He worshipped things electrical, and loved the microchip
Ray Uranus kept the beat and he wore a bowler hat
Sure only a crazy drummer, would adopt a name like that

They played all over Britain, with their rockin lunar style
They sold out gigs in Wigan, they were lauded in Millisle
Their stage show was fantastic, with a massive lighting rig
A spaceship and some planets, lit the stage at every gig
That grew a loyal fan base, as they played across the land
They lived a life of excess, just like any touring band
Success soon followed in their wake, awards came thick and fast
And very soon the space machine, had an ever growing cast
Five young lads from Lisburn, fifty people in their crew
An entourage of strangers that they never even knew

Five big trucks, a fleet of cars, a chopper and two planes
A man to do the finance, who didn't even know their names,
Still, fashions change, the sales dried up, the audience died away
And soon there were no big crowds, to watch the five lads play
Their last gig at the Ulster hall, was an evening to forget
Out of tune, and full of beer, as they stumbled through the set
And things got pretty messy when accountants came to call
They had no cash, they had no rights, seems their manager had it all
Their luck ran out, the band where broke, they had to end the show
They had to sell up everything, the spaceship had to go

Ray could never come to terms, with all the hurt and pain
He took some drugs and alcohol, he just never woke again
Hector went to college and he earned a top degree
And now he is the I.T guy in a light bulb factory
Johnny is the local star, who likes to talk about his fame
He tries to pull the young girls, and dine out on his name
Charlie lost his family, when the alcohol took hold
He shelters in the hostels when the weather gets too cold
Eddie left the country, when it all became too much
He now lives in Australia, but he never kept in touch

Gotta Get Mine

It's been awhile since I've had a taste.
A smorgasboard of artistic drug laced,
with passion, purpose,skill, and will,
beautiful with poetic appeal.

It's been awhile since my soul has taken this trip,
aboard these vehicles, our mothership,
that take ahold, of my mind and soul
letting me know, whose got control,
moving me, at the reigns,
of how I feel,
making me laugh, one moment,
another driving me to tears,
all the while I'm standing, or sitting still.

For you I am so thrilled,
to concieve, believe, and feel.
Your mere mental images that you paint,
across my mental landscape,
vivid pictures,
leaving me feeling faint.

But then like a fix,
I yearn for more,
poetic pleasures,
to even this score.
To the creator,
I give thanks,
for creating you all,
Poets, my brothers and sisters,
in literal signs,
giving this poetic junkie,
your shared words of love,
of the 'ummptenth'
divine time.

My Negativity My Biggest Enemy

My negativity, my biggest enemy.

I'm a complete waste of space,
A confirmed certified disgrace,
Im not good enough for existence,
I'm a failure and dont deserve subsistence,

It's like a commentary the constantly repeats,
Negative thoughts that never misses a beat,
A broken record whirling within my messed up mind,
Words thought so malicious and maligned,

I'm nothing but a failure who's going nowhere,
I'm a waste of breath oxygen and God's gracious air,
These thoughts and feelings are impossible to bear,
Misery breeds contempt with in my mind,

Meaning happiness is not easy to locate or find,

My mind's filled with nothing but intangible toxic venom,
I predict my mind will soon face is very own Armageddon,

Arguing with my angel and devil on my shoulder,
Its apparent my mind is losing its composure,

My broken mothership is under mutiny
I've lost control and and on route to lunacy,

I'm a disappointment to everyone around me,
There in despair fuelled by a distaste towards me,
I've changed I've lost that zest that made me quirky
Because of these negative negative thoughts that haunt me,

My mind is my enemy, and one that I battle daily,
And although I fight like a sordid knight against it bravely,
It's army constantly destroys me,
Not even God's grace can save me against my own negativity,

Only I can destroy this enemy with the power of positivity

Grey Man Make My Jaw Drop Contest

Half past two: “BANG!” Thunder rolling, post, the lights

Insomnia now, made coffee, drank, to bed again, no frights

Boom! Vibrations of my bed, but still, there's nothing to dread

Just another thunderstorm experienced, from my bed

Three-AM. So quiet now, but wait! There stood a grey man

“Oh, no! Not you again.” Questioning, but he insisted his hand

And, like before, there is no choice, and off and away, we went

Parallel to the earth and up over heaven, so while flying; I repent.

And, as before, so many times, entering the mothership, are my kind

Some sleeping, some playing cards, some in surgery, Oh, my crazy mind!

Surely a dream, so, I ask, and no one answers, but vacantly stares, in fact.

“You, know the answers,” from within my mind, thus seeing, my body, intact

And, there I was, on mother’s ship, for several hours, plus more

Suddenly, my alarm echoes seven, from under covers; wondering, dreaming lore?

Got ready for work, with bags under eyes, disheveled, from astrums' soar

To somewhere else ~ that I've traveled, innumerable light years before

A Serious Black Woman

Chocolate skin
Caramel smile
Cleopatra eyes
Curves and dips
In the mothership
Damm, girl
You sure look fine
In them
Jordache Jeans
Lookin’ like Tina Turner
Yeah, bubblelicious
Come rain or shine
All that and
A bag of chips
Yes, I fell in love
With her
For real though
I am serious
Aint nothin’
Like a serious
Black Woman
Now, work it girl
You know what to do

A Mother

A twin she is,
a shoulder to cry on,
a mothership she is.
A perfect example of God’s love.
your other half,
your advisor,
Giving you guidance when you are lost.
Directing your steps.
Once in those shoes
but now willing to wear your shoes.
Feeling before you feel it.
Your pain her pain,
your failure her failure,
your loss her loss,
your tears her tears,
your success her success.
Patient, caring, loving,
free-spirited, open-minded, open-hearted,
persistent, perseverant, strong,
brave and courageous.
A conqueror she is.
A warrior she is.
Fighting the battle for you.
Interceding on your behalf.
Carrying you for all those months
and enduring the pain.
She is the rock of your soul.
Mother, she is.

The Approaching Aliens

They're headed our way
In a big mothership
Cigarshaped,
With a band that reads
"Made in Cuba"

Oh, my, inside the saucers wait,
To flurry forth and wipe us out
Or to serve tea in,
We're not sure which,
Either way,
That day will likely be a bit__.

Earth - Mother Earth - Has the Plan, Not Humans

Earth is the "being" that is evolving, "experiencing life," physically
The only evolution humans can contribute is in their spirit
As I said many poems ago, independence is a myth, but feel free
I write as my record - mere footnotes to the AKASHIC record
Play the part you "feel" you want; but Earth's destiny really reigns
The GOD I know is a Cosmic Being, all the planets are "His Body,"
Each body part and related organ has its own vibrations
Some of us are feet vibrations, will not be heart vibrations
(But as the Hindu Caste system - rightly taken - needed even Sudra)
We are in this together, Earth the Mothership matters most
When we die, we are at a lower vibration that when alive, hence a break!
But staying with evolution (Atlantis, some 12,000 years ago) helped us
By downloading the STARS into the earth, via the Pyramids (in 8 faces)
Allowed undulations of space-time, space-time, space-time, space-time
When we beings here say, "I am," we help Earth continue its Plan
We really have no plan for ourselves, we are like cells in the head, eye, toe
I did confess: all knowledge can help (Islam, Church, Hindu, Buddhist, Jew)
If we link our SPIRIT's journey with Earth continued evolution, too
"The Memory Man"** said, we a tad of Free Will: two tools in a "cage"
How we use these: a paintbrush and paint, is our FREEDOM: sealed room
Will we scratch at the walls to make a hole, with the brush?
Might be better to paint a window, or better yet, a door
Even stars on the ceiling, galaxies, as we may connect with constellations
That just helps us to cohere, put coherence in our thought-emotion-spirit
But most of all, know those who love Earth, have the download, we'd profit
In the joint enterprise to KNOW "Gaia" Earth - and her Cosmic Mission

**NOTE Argentinian-born Matias De Stefano remembers his life in Sirius & in the last days of Atlantis, 12 000 years ago. That knowledge was lost because it only passed by chanting & drinking water (which caught the vibrations of the wisdom). Google him & be prepared to have you head rocked.

Premium Member Secret Agent Ant

I watched it crawl across my desk today, it was sneaky, and teeny, but I saw it.
So I followed it, as it progressed steadily away from my eye.
And it was completely unafraid of big giant me.
I was amazed as I watched it move across a page of paper with printing.
A confidential file, but can an ant read?
Should I shake him off and move it?
What if this ant is a scout from another country?
Gathering data on us?
What if he is taking photos of the missive as he stroll-rolls over it?
I blow gently on the paper, and the ant glides off, gracefully,
Effortlessly, giving nothing away.
Not dropping a camera or
Anything.
Feeling safe, I continued to
Watch his progress, imagining
The trouble I will be in for
Leaving this file on my desk,
As the Secret Agent Ant
Clicks away, sending the
Info back to his mothership.
The ant gives me a wink,
Puts on a space suit and
Disappears.
Uh-oh!

(“The Mothership”, 2024, computer graphic encaustic collage)

The Age of Abstract

We live in a time defined by ideas and ideals
When concepts and abstracts rule
But what’s needed as a balance and antidote
Is grounding in real life
Relationships with others, real people and animals
The real world, of rock and water, tree and sky
And not an artificial world of AI
Or even naturally human generated intelligence.

We live in an artificial age
When concepts and abstracts rule
As the real world
Waits patiently within us and without us.

Juice

Brain, heart, and skin all electric
all conduits to awareness.

That kind of electricity flows outward.
Eyes reflect our electricity.
The mothership,
the flesh and bone, the organic innards,
they all work for the cellular transference
or storage of electric energy.

What is my point?

When I say: you turn me on,
that we are plugged into one another.
I mean we are all power points.
Hot stuff.

Of course we can either
recharge or drain.
Friction may occur, sparks may fly.

Dear electron AC/DC unit
you galvanize me.

Beware though,
electromagnetic waves of love
or any other high voltage passion
can lead to unwanted ignition -

please be sure to wear a thick rubber soul.
