The stars are your maids and the sun, your veil.
You’re such a mirror of elegant reflection
where beauty peeps and marvels at itself.
Your body all round, always ask to be pet
all tissues sensually interlinked with mesmerizing excitements.
A hundred places resonating when one part is touched.

Boats of lovers, stay stuck in a dense stream of your beauty’s capture
your neck tenderly crafted and hands cutely neonatal
expressing feminine fragility in its finest
and such softness compelling
a rush of constant helping hands and curious minds
to create a zone pack full of dreamers and passionate wishers.

Elegance and sharp attractions
are dyes from extracted colours of Eden’s flowers
your voice is so peaceful and refining
that in your kingdom, there’s no rusty roof
your loose dress, shows off independence with the winds
presenting such limbs to be a masterpiece of affection’s fountains
blending to form a strong intensity so dangerous to men
and with those rolling eyes, powerfully discharging blips of admiration.
The open wings of your heart and your simplicity sum it all
as they fuel an aggressive mass movement
for nature to visit a therapist
to aid its creative power for the birth of more of your kind
to better the status of existence.

Journey's End

Journey's End by Shane Cogan (September 2013)

Silently we stood tall
The sun’s dawn chill on our backs
We gathered our last few belongings
The grey skies swirled over us
Onwards and upwards we walked
Little to do, we merely talked
Oh, the endless array of colours
Oh, the senseless decay of society

The autumn countryside air fed us
Fresh golden crisp sounds under our feet, our hooting horn
Azure skies shone now, the greyness vanished
Reaching up high, seeking solace…we moved on
Teaching us it was, freaking us out…we moved on
But there is no escape ever for a nomad
A wanderer: she pondered…and I squandered
Oh, there it was again
Oh, the planet we sought

I breathed in the warm dusk air
She breathed in the moonlit sky
Ravens swarmed over us, creating one dark cloud
Bats vibrated, as feeding time commenced
Harvest gatherers signalled night time
A lonely police siren echoed sleep time
Then we both felt its glaze upon our faces
It stole our smile
It sapped our energy
Oh, we could not move
Oh, yet only approve

Resting, we had no choice but too stargaze
We shifted our tired bodies
We emptied our final belongings
The crystal full moon had hypnotised us
The sun’s distant tale had teased us
The endless blanket of stars now warmed us

An epic sky tale of foe and friend had begun
We gazed. We starred. We dreamed
Nothing could have prepared us
Nothing had been written about its glory
Indigo colours encircled its core
Hazy lights acted as a sky highway
Interlinked, interconnected, intergalactic
First our planet, then their planet
We gave way, we gave in
Our journey at an end
A new one to begin
We had found our planet
Our people
Our nature
We smiled
We blinked
We spoke
We said: Welcome home

Common arena, not necessarily geographic
Ordained by a group of individuals confined in a territory
Meeting and interacting be it coincidental or intentional
Making contacts and creating lots of webs
Understanding and communication between different people
Not necessarily having same interests or ideologies
It could be a place like Essex or the internet, like facebook
The most important is interlinked communication
Yes, just like a garden with herbs, shrubs and exotic plants

Song

There’s an addict residing deep within me-
Seeking and probing for the seventh si,
In the abode of the Conscious Spirit~
Solmizate a song which on my life writ.

Probing for one single way of rhythm,
My strivings to stay an eternal pilgrim….
Where qualms and turmoil disappear,
A trip of the fealty imbues cohere.

I seek His Chariot my belief cast aside,
There is a Way clear and undisguised.
To keep on with a single mind to reach,
To dream the impossible dream impleach.

Relieve my mind filled with unrest and turmoil,
My tired soul fills with calm of Your Aura moil…
Still my subsistence is bereft in desolation~
I cry to ever be with You in conflation!

Yet I am lonely and I'll always dream,
To reach the unreachable effervescent star~
When I awake with preferences cast aside,
The Way stands clear and undisguised.

When devotion and belief are distinct,
And the mind and faith are interlinked;,
Then it is beyond all libretti, all thoughts fey,
For then, I know there is no yesterday,
Only a Point there is, no tomorrow, no today!

What is, is not, what is, is not is -
Pro tem confines have no place in His;
Where the major is the minor too -
It is here it is here my song joins anew!!

A Knot of Shoe Lace

Happiness and gloom, interlinked.
When a smile decorates a face,
Other remains sad possessed.
I hate to say, it's like a knot of shoe lace.
At the moment of grateful joy for one,
May be for the other the poorest mode on
Feelings jovial shall be in the room of heart.
And other's will harsh emotional struggle.
You never know what comes next.
Are you fornuate?- stop the torture to self.
For none is destined to be a legend.
Though effortless minds won't get,
What might dynamic barbarians with raids set.
Truly said, Labour never goes in vain.

For patience may be the way,
Every stoppage is either sorrow or gay.
But you move on for destination's sake.
In this life cycle, be you the rider.
And will come an end to this someday.
Until then, live worry less and unafraid.

Happy Alive

The object of my desire
You send my heart into the stratosphere
Waiting for your smile
Like waiting for the sun to rise

Dreaming of us
My mind a mess
With scattered images of you
Driving through the stars
Of opal & amethyst

Burning for you with a violet fire
Yearning for you like a sphinx
Our bodies & souls interlinked

In the night
Our passions come to light
Dancing across the sky
Playing us a lullaby
Happy & alive.

Wants and Needs

Wanting, to be noticed at a glance!
Needing, to feel like you actually exist
Wanting, to be charmed in romance
Needing, at times a cuddle and a kiss
Wanting, at least one day that’s sunny
Needing, every single night and day
Wanting, someone to call your honey
Needing, at times that I'd better not say
Wanting, what you can't always have
Needing, at times to feel some love
Wanting, everything to be just fab
Needing, perhaps just all of the above
Wanting, is it just part of the excess
Needing, is that not just human instinct
Wanting, oh please oh yes oh yes
Needing, wanting! are they interlinked?

Whispers of Love

I thought I heard you utter my name
So gentle a whispered refrain
Near to my ear this early dawn
Now fully awakened by my alarm

Remember....

Rain drenched, we made tree shelter as it poured
Gently you stroked my hair from my eyes
Whispering words of love I adored
Many happy years have passed, how time flies

Remember.....

So close, even our breathing was in sync
When your protective arm encircled me
Whispering words of love our fingers interlinked
Our love transparent for all to see

Remember......

Our honeymoon spent at Niagra Falls
Sipping champagne cocktails, I whispered your name
Not much sightseeing as I recall
Do you remember it as the same

Remember.......

My darling boy there cannot be any other
Only you in my heart as a flickering flame
I lie beside you on your hospital cover
Whisper, if you can dear, my Christian name.

A New Road

different roads to reach'Him'
ample ways to meet the 'Gateway'
all vehicles in heavy momentum
on the move attaining dignified dignity

from where arriving?
where finally reaching?
who knows?
endless seems the peregrination

one after another
a continent of roads
some interlinked,some parallel
which ones the shortest, fastest, nearest?

in the journey to Infinity?
a new road, a new birth
nevertheless it continues
with ample twists and turns

which ones to suffer them?
to whom will it be a smooth excursion?
which road will be the ultimate?
from the cycle of birth and death?

Premium Member From the Ashes

Can I escape
from my own imbedded think
Rapidly warped perception
is the liquid I drink
What Jesus is saying
I discard with a blink
My mind bent morality
displacing Biblical ink

The collapse of my synapses
interlinked and exhausted
with too many strange thoughts
my mixed mind is accosted
So sinking six feet
a shrivelled seed potted
Mildewed dusty dirty
in the burnt soil rotted

I rise from the ashes
Escape from my dry
Soul, body, mind, reconstitution
on the wind I now fly
Embracing this new freedom
Knowing why my old self had to die
Perspective changes everything
when viewed from on high

For God’s ways are different
He speaks in whispers not a shout
Trusting in His wisdom
removes every doubt
Within this mortal heart
I can feel His Spirit sprout
Who I wished to be before
is no longer what I’m about.

Chorus X 2
They await the snow drop to see my spring x 2
their sweet moments, I dehumidify x 2
despite all the wonderful stunts and splurge x 2
my nectar has picked just one principal x 2

1. They’re all lined up from my heart to Jacksie
I’ve one duplex and many piedaterre
all tracing the scent of my lavender
as interlinked goodwill superimpose.
They’ve seen a rich seam of sexuality
with my acceptance sounding so raspy
from the naïve, sincere to amoral
all worship to see nothing of my wrongs.

Chorus
They await the snow drop to see my spring x 2
their sweet moments, I dehumidify x 2
despite all the wonderful stunts and splurge x 2
my nectar has picked just one principal x 2

2. More and more begin to rustle my peace
I’ve eaten all, from candy to trotter
these hearts now gather and loudly babble
making a choice now childish and bumpy
what once started warm is getting frosty
and my long delay seen as treacherous
just one I have to place on the paste-board
to show and be free from this supermax.

Chorus
They await the snow drop to see my spring x 2
their sweet moments, I dehumidify x 2
despite all the wonderful stunts and splurge x 2
my nectar has picked just one principal x 2

The Origin

Infinite space and finite planets
Born before yesterday
And going beyond tomorrow
In the eternity of time,
Interlinked with the chemistry of
‘Creation   and Destruction;
’Life and Death,
The elusive phenomena
Beyond palpable comprehension.
	 The limitlessness of time
	 And measure lessness of space
In between the genie and the factor ‘G’
	 Is a lingering concept
	 Contriving to wreck all notions
	 That exists in this universe
Born spontaneously as interactions of elements of the COSMOS
The products as CHAOS, inhabit the ever rotating planets
Like a dream, bad enough, seeking its portent that baffles the intellect
Forget you Man, the intangible concept,

The existence that plagues your mind;
You are supreme, all concept come from you.
You create your destiny.
There is nothing more than life and death
That are for you to enjoy.

Filigree
Celtic Filigree

Graceful filigree unbroken
Weaves a tracery
With strands entwined
Like a whisper from the misty isles
Woven into whorls of melodic unity,
Indivisible spirals of the eternal three,
Thin harp strings of crisscrossed swirls
Weaving lyric filigree
Delicate fine threads elaborate
Earth, water, fire in legends
Of scholar saints and mystics –
Erin’s braided shield
Two hearts intertwined into infinity
As a king’s wisdom brings a benediction
Of enduring life
That reaches back into the dusty kells
Of rosettes in oak roots interlinked
Plaited knotwork - no beginning and no end -
Echoes eons of captured grace
In continuous mystical contours

Spring Eyes

Are springs’ eyes green like growing grass or blue like the sky?
The tears of spring are like nests to which returning geese will fly
Or nests of eagles that soar up high
Spring is the mother forever young and will never die

For even if spring is gone one day
Next year it will come this way
With growing grass and song of blue jay
And peregrine falcon chasing his prey

Cosmic spring is time of great growth
Where awesome power of life comes forth
Where quantum vortex of math and biology comes close and with it troth
Of better life and spiritual outgrowth

The huge ramifying willow is the center piece
In the nearby hemp wind whispers story of the force vortex is about to release
The eyes of spring shed tears which volume of water increase
As spring with vortex, tears, flowers and sun will paint its masterpiece

With growing soul interlinked majesty
Far beyond infinity
Places which only the holy falcon can see
Not only our destination but our destiny

The Resistance

Sometime in the early morning
Their interlinked fingers
Made the final stand
Exhausted partisans
Giving up the war
and quietly returning
To a world of forgotten dreams
