Best Heirs Poems

Einstein's Heirs
Two black holes spiraled,
their dance
sent ripples
through the universe –
racing at speed of light
waves
warp spacetime.

A billion years later,
on a small planet,
laser beams zoom between mirrors,
capture the echo.
Einstein’s heirs
decode
the message.

10/3/2017
In honor of the scientists and engineers who contributed to the discovery of gravitational waves...

Premium Member Faithful Are the Heirs
Nations come and go…
but the underlying good
of humanity remains constant
and strong; God is not
dead, but awaits our
Beck-and-call—We are not
the first generation
to grow strong,
nor will we be
the last; for Spirit
transcends Time and
Politics. Be peaceful
and reassured in
your mind and soul--
Love is not Hollywood
nor...

Premium Member Heirs of the Struggle
Paradoxically, slavery showed equanimity—
Its suffering displayed no discrimination;
We all shared equally, its debilitation,
And were equally denied any sympathy
Over the Middle Passage odyssey;

Black men were prized; and black women too;
Children were also part of the stolen crew—
You see, when it came to you, the children and...

Splitting Heirs
A little dance around Stonehenge
As KCIII plots his revenge
No longer ignored
The King hones his sword
Heads will roll as pseudo friends cringe

KCIII's new horrorscope reads:
"Guess what? Today, William succeeds!
The stars explain
Your drop of reign
You plotted revenge but not deeds!"...

he looked silly just wearing a hat
Mrs. Clause was turned off

Words To the Heirs
To my darling Alexia Lynn
Please remember where you’ve been
And I hope someday to finally see
The world has become part of your fantasy
And to your older brother ken
You too must remember where you’ve been
Keep in your pocket the coin with two sides
Given to you, when your...

Premium Member Chapter 94 -- Damian Delilah Mallory: Lifetimes of Heirs
Days passed, and became weeks.
Weeks became months. Soon it
Was June. "Everybody in the pool!"
All the kids communed. Molly and
Dolly joined, in the cool blue zest.
The children answered the heat
With all day swimming relays.
Dolly and Molly left the pool
After an hour to tend to...

Love does need despair

Exchange this torch beware
We are the heirs of love...

Heirs Whom God and Christ Own
J-ust after the dusk fades,
O-ne dawn causes much mirth;
L-onely night is just over,

Y-our birth.

A-pril ninth looks so fine,
B-ad weather turns good;
C-louds above never gather,
E-ndorsing a merry mood.
D-arkness passes from view, as the twilight has gone away;

Heirs Poetica
Once I was an artist
I painted in the sky,
the rainbows and the sunsets
but they never seemed to dry.
  Once I was a poet I wrote
in chalky hues,
I wrote of love and raindrops
in purples,reds and blues
  Once I was a player
I strode from town...

Premium Member OUR KELOID HEIRS
They are the fruits
of our sown seeds
in the womb of life;

They are the foot-stepped
followers of today’s times
and its challenges;

They are the precious gifts
that our Creator’s love
has given us to cherish;

They are the navel travelers
whose pathway we must palisade
with love’s wisdom and guidance:-

Let us daily remind...

Five New Year' Resolution
I would wake to a HAPPY HOME
Filled with luxury of SINCERITY
Heirs of our dreamy but STABLE FINANCES
Generous health that takes us on a good DIET
Pots of general well being
Starched in all round settlement, oh my WEDDING...
