Premium Member Dancing Geisha
Dazzling carmine leaves
dance like fair Geisha on a
Japanese Maple.
Shapely arms, curving branches,
bend in cadence with the wind.

~~ July 1st, 2017 ~~

*Carmine is a pigment of a bright-red color, as is most often used by Geisha to color their lips....

Premium Member Geisha Grin
Green geisha grins
Charming the gentlemen
Eyes like chocolate pools
Drown in their sweetness
Their sweetness uniqueness
Able to sweep away grief
Smiling and styling
Dance romanced by
Graceful hands following
The glance of envy
Avoiding sin of selfish men
Entertaining in elegance
Geisha wrist gives a twist
Pouring hot tea delicately
With a sip from lotus...

Geisha Whispers.
Moonlight crying on white linen, fingering
lace curtains, glancing apprehensively
at distorted reflections peeping
through Waterford crystal
framed in silver,
a silence
almost apologetic
creeping through the room,
trying hard not to disturb
the softly sleeping gloom.

Melting gently through my bedroom wall,
wind chimes, barely heard
bamboo sighs,
Geisha
whispered words
that penetrate my sleep
with velvet promises from far...

A geisha today a convict tomorrow
My mouths are all speaking
Blah Glad and Hah Sad
I cannot hear them for I am done
Broken and cracked, an egg of myself

A cowgirl whose nose is out of joint
A different smell than others have
My green eyes are a glory to...

pitty-pit-pat, pitty-pit-pat ...

rain on tin roof above,
her nana's voice, ages hence -
lives ago, really ... calling …

japanese geisha enthrall
with pleasure performing arts
gesturing words without voice
bound in divine thought

legs held tight in kimono
dress of entertaining nights
that graces elegant pace

The Geisha - Walk Softly Contest
I smile serenely and sit
waiting as my mentor taught
to please weary gentlemen
massaging egos.

My Geisha
It was that damn, no wax, light blue floor.
That was the last atrocity, the very last straw.
Spilled spoils, splattered toils, Roach Motel sadness.
Soilent dust collected from a kitchen cooking madness.
I said, "Sweetheart, it's over. No more. I am done."
"It's time for my geisha. To be...

GEISHA

Genteel girls trained to charm
Gentlemen with their wit,
Graceful dancing and song.
Garbed in silk kimonos,
Garnished with exquisite
Gems and embroidery -
Gracious teahouse hostess.

Once a gorgeous Geisha in Kyoto
Took (a) Cowboy to see crisp kimono
Ai ! took time to unfold
Lo ! Behold ! Body cold !
Pistol fired: one two finito !

Under Construction Geisha
Through the bank account
over painted naivety

it is so intense just to be here
between look and expectation
knowing
I'm just one step from alighting
to be
your personal abyss

afford me completeness
in the same way that
high ranked husband
of well polished wife
pays to a prostitute

by the sadness of creator
using the silk ribbon
you...

Mysterious pulse of old Japan:
Oriental strides of nurtured grace;
Cultured impulse in mindful trend.

Painted faces with measured trace:
Years of training now fruit fine skills;
Motif graces that gently pace.

Merge with duty in kind goodwill:
Delicate moves put men at ease;
Fine robes silky as softness fills.

Walk on still air...

Geisha
He gazes upon gracious beauty
perform my ripe flower, my willow,
for him only, who pays, do your duty
dressed in your kimono of wild indigo,

play your melodic tunes, dance, sing,
while he survey's divine innocence
as seductive pleasurable tones bring
lustful thoughts, holding him in suspense,

desire heightens,...
