Best Fortuitously Poems

Ambiguously the two exist as one,

Sustaining each other in harmony.

Fortuitously they come and they go,

Lost and found, they’re wrapped around.

Light with darkness; darkness with light,

The balance seen by the naked eye.

All things moving within their own orbit,

No directions are known in time and space.

Chaotically they dance in rhythm and rhyme,

Energetically they burst through all universes.

Cosmetically appealing from their first dimension,

Spreading their wings over all things.

Filling the void with a voice of reason,

The dragon breath that once gave life,

To the eggs of creation, the twins alike,

Carries forth the knowledge and wisdom.

Phoenix Defrosted

Given by the Sun God the good of the moon and some lucky stars
he sits full of fortune love and still in miraculous amazement under
the bright rays of southern soil soaking unbelievable kindness and
mutual compassion granted by soul searching and Higher Power

Love had been made before from a different fabric and the colours had
quietly faded to screaming silence frozen into glaciers’ clefts of darkness
Chances lead the way and permafrost was not forever when the mask
came off with all its distortions mangled ice melting into novel beginnings

It took him searching of feeling thought desire and some meeting of minds
revisiting gently rigorously what had appeared to be the only prospect
one of soundless demise and shattering unfeasible stagnant arrest in the
prison of domination wilted marred marriage depression and torment

Agony struck and it however ignited a passion unknown a mating and union
conjoined at hips and above for always and in all ways a heartfelt dance with
the Universe high and below inside and within a mango grooved delta of
Venus hot soothing lava engulfing new lovers’ poetic trees in poetry’s motion

Considering failure in cause and success in effect of landslides misfortune
bad luck and bad choices he is fortuitously graced now to thank destiny
constellation of karma kismet pure hard worked for chances where one thing
leads to another when the ashes are reshuffled and second fire is sublime

When The Blues Are Fun

You consume the whole of me constantly,
Fair drafts ensure flight of our loyal tryst,
Though all known plans bear out uncertainty,
Our center grants said goals to be unmissed.

A misty vineyard drips of subtle dew,
And swells our noble chalice soberly,
Till such, we seal all promises won true,
Our profuse veins sip fortuitously.

Heaven embraces what Earth put apart,
Relished values carried by moral wings,
Sound valor our cultures nobly impart,
Adopted rivalries temptation brings.

Glorious when the twain of us was one,
Our intrepid tales, nonetheless, homespun.

A Land of Joy

Hey my dear butterfly!
Welcome to a land of joy!

Red, yellow, pink and blue
Flowers that drenched in dew
Yearning for your silent kisses
And glimpsing the scene, gives us bliss

Flowers that just unfold
Awaiting your sweet bound
On seeing you whirling around
Words unroll, pen poems abound

Hey my dear butterfly
Welcome to a land of joy

Plunging into the pure colors of paradise
You make me travel into a land I fantasize
Dancing to the tunes of bliss
You make me sing a song surprise

Hey my dear butterfly
Welcome to a land of joy

On seeing you, flying with your friend
"This is a poetry" utters my mind
And when you fortuitously land on my hand
Rushes the adrenaline, my adrenal gland

Hey my dear butterfly!
Welcome to a land of joy!
After your arrival,
The world looks more beautiful
As you spread joy and beautify!!!

Premium Member The Poet's Faculty Meeting

Faculty meeting. Formidably flippantly fortuitously fluffy and forgetful.
I began to write a little list of F words, because I was in the F word mood.
Frilly. Free-ha-ha. Feast. Forget-me-knots. Fallacy. Farming. Fastidious. Fun-filled.
What are you doing? A non-friend asked me. She had already broken my chain of counting when I was
Counting syllables, making me angry.
“I am writing F words,” I tell her. She looks at me with fanfare, farcically, fantastically.
I am relieved to begin anew. Now I am adding PH words, because they will go along well with my theme.
Phonetically, phenomena’s, phenol barbital, phosphate, phantom, philosophy
“You can always ask Caren.”
Uh-oh.
I look up.
Everyone is looking at me including the principal who is pleased as punch I’m taking such great notes.
I nod my head.
Feline, foamy. Form-fitting, fleshy, flesh-eating, fractions, fanfare, fishy, finished, foamy, Phillip, fixed, fixt.
Someone puts their hand on my paper.
I glare at them. “What are you doing?”
I put my finger to my lips to shush them.
Fluffy. Faerie, Fairy. Franchise. Farmer. Freshman. Frequent. Frequently.
Feminine. Farcical. Feisty. Fibber. Fibbing. French fries.
I look up.
Clock says 4:35. Time to go.
Totally un-socialized, I fly out the door, knowing the union is on my side.

Premium Member Money From Heaven

My father-in-law, Frank was a man that loved to shop,
We were two peas in a pod, we shopped til we dropped.
One spring day we decided to shop out of town,
We shopped best without my husband around.

We left my husband happily on his tractor on our land,
Then set off for a shopping day oh so grand!
The sun was shining, and we had Sinatra for the ride.
We couldn’t have picked a better day if we had tried!

We had lunch and then shopped in all the stores,
Happy we weren’t at home stuck doing the chores.
We started to get tired and decided to leave.
Then walked outside to a sight we couldn’t believe.

It was a mini tornado and not a soul to be found,
But the strangest thing was the money blowing around.
Money was falling from the sky, and our hands and feet were flying.
It was like a dream… catching the money was intensely gratifying.

We informed the store about the cash from above,
Then counted the money in the car we were so undeserving of.
A man knocked on the window when we were counting the dough,
It was about seventy-five bucks the wind fortuitously bestowed.

The man said to Frank, “ Oh sir you forgot one,” and handed him a five.
Frank took the five, said “God bless you,”…and I wanted to hide.
Later my husband scolded, “You should have given him the five, it wasn’t yours to keep!”
Frank replied, “What the hell, it wasn’t his either, God dropped it at my feet!”

Ten Little Golden Girls

Ten little golden girls swung from a vine
One branch broke, and then there were nine.

Nine little golden girls went to skate
One fell through a crack, and then there were eight.

Eight little golden girls dined on some chevon
One's dish was raw, and then there were seven.

Seven little golden girls stacked some old bricks
One was hit in the head, and then there were six.

Six little golden girls decided to take a drive
One struck a tree, and then there were five.

Five little golden girls went out to shore
One took a nosedive, and then there were four.

Four little golden girls went out for tea
One was poisoned, and then there were three.

Three little golden girls sailed in a canoe
Then came an abrupt wind; one could not swim, and then there were two.

Two little golden girls went out shopping for some fun
The little girl got stuck in a store, and then there was one.

One little golden girl stumbled upon a gun
She fortuitously pulled the trigger, and then there were none.

The Reign of Poseidon

His beginning was his end, being swallowed by Cronus
Fortuitously his fortune averted when through Zeus he was saved

With his trusted trident his magnificence reigned
Amphritite at his side, after Delphinius convinced the nymph majesty

God of the ocean, second to none, his wrath was his ultimate fury
Recall the flood to Attic Plain, hark the drownings and shipwrecks!

His magnificence unrivalled, albeit to Athena’s olive tree
His rumoured son, none other than the legendary ruler Theseus

He had his way with Medusa, Caeneus and the mortal Tyro
Subtle yet truly defined, his earthquakes lie testament

Fear the wrath of Neptune, the God of the ocean

Premium Member Do Not Use the F Word

When people say don’t use the F word, do they have any idea how formidable fellowship, flux, foxy, finite, and figure-head are freely and fervently formed?
The F word?
What F word?
This crazy admonishment has led me to
This F word poem.
A fantastical fabricated tale, formulated and foretold by
four flirtatious faeries who frankly, felt fractionalized, forever far-fetched, finely falsified, and furiously fantasized by formerly frozen phenoms.
You will find words like fervent, frilly, formidable, feathery, figurehead, and flicker, in this finery.
You will forget fizzles, falls, fits, feeling fervently and frivolously focused.
Foundationally, this formidable fleeting fable of a quadrant of feisty feminine femme fatales
Is fraught with falsehoods, fictions.
My assistant, Franchesa, who was one of these frivolous faeries, is in a frantic frenzy toward focusing her feminine fancies on a phenomenally fragile finish,
What? I have not even added my favorite f words yet.... Fun-filled, flesh-eating, form-fitting
freckled, frozen, fast track, fair-weathered forget-me-knots to name a few.
We are at the fidgety part of the flowery forest of fantasy now.
I appreciate your faithfulness in falling for my ferociously friendly, flowery, f-trap.
I find it funny that family, fellowship, famously, fleshy, formula, and feckless begin with the same F as fanciful, Felix, fanny and the word that shall not be named.
Formidable words forever feel forgiven in the forefront of the fanfare of the forest.
Philosophically, what about the furious finish, fortuitously finalized by my former free mason, Fritz?
Forgone conclusion, friends, the finale was fortuitously inspired, of course, by my favorite letter, F.

Tale of the Forgiving Betold

Albeit a notable stretch
that stars wouldst a fairer
share of thee and sheath
thy warm expanse.

Sire, alack thy humble
servant beseech thee,
me Lord, for wouldst
thee taketh to mind
thoust faileth thee but
'tis once at the weest hour.

Shouldst thou beg
the goddesses and
gods forthwith 'tis
thy noble quest for
virtue sake that thou
mayest risk a stable
footing verily proved
thy acts of decency.

Pall's errant gift thee
a habilitating ward,
a silhouette soul, its
quaint steps for a
merciful fortitude.

To seize caring eyes
fortuitous event of
a chartreuse field
of wavery rushes
and vibrancy pell
in crystalline spring.

A dutiful life longing
begrudged in the
greens of Evermore,
mayhaps thoust dwelt
in the recesses of thy
bosoms for they hadst
possesseth thee so
willingly, that thoust
act gently.

Nay, nary an army,
soothly a herald of
dreams that unlade
trails ifsoe'er mingle
charmingly, napping
in cases, perchance
to claim and rescue
thyself and possibly
pretenders begone
and ne'er-do-wells
that causeth a toss
and twirl fortuitously
erelong into the tuck
of episodic twilight's
unraveling sepulchral.

Sparkled specks and a
Chaser to settle scores
natheless thou mentored
souls that dwarf a sea of
their gilded hearts.

Less of a challenge when
substance, and grit, amidst
the generous few whose
serendipitously perpetuates
the moment -- forthwith.

Suite melody be the appeal
in the case of forgiveness
for there is proper cause for
the bestowment allocation
gratuitously and without
delay.

Forbearance is the footing
lain the acts of forgiveness.

Evaporating Echoes

Timeless thoughts that echolessly evaporate
Thru mystic portals that relentlessly regenerate
Emotions deeply drowning in a black hole bliss
Deja vu dreams decaying of love’s first kissed
Fortuitously falling through impetuous infinity
Closely watched by defiant decorous divinity
I’m a mastered puppet within a salient soliloquy.

Lost Battle

He was there recumbent like a log
Cancer has culminated,prevailing over him
Enfeebled all his shielding apparatuses
Yet spurned to frolic prolongation

Eschewed palliative care ministrations
He detected the vital prognosis was engaged
He had instead to plough money into God's certitude
For he realized HE implements nothing fortuitously

Could he yet afford to acquit himself otherwise
Engage in a battle lost right from the dawn ?

Workin' On the Tan

Cat melts in the sun
Fortuitously furry
Spreads like best butter
