With Hot Flames Lapping In Savory Fires

Our worlds were flying so close, side by side
yours in beauty , mine in very deep pain.
Fate, that life painter, caused our great collide
we victims, blessed in our loving gain.

Stars fell apart , crashing of burning sun,
super nova lit our swelling desires.
Our long sweet ride that moment had begun,
hot flames lapping in savory fires.

Your eyes drew me into another dream
your voice angels begged to imitate.
Each touch, my body burning hot steam
nights our senses entered another state.

As time sealed our union in sweetest bliss
memories thus born, gave our love its shine.
Your all , put into every blessed kiss
and you dear heart forever to be mine.

Each morn, sends me into another dream,
the sight of your naked body in bed.
Always enough, to swim there in your stream,
paradise floating in my grateful head.

Written for Teppo's contest..
WRITTEN TO THIRD SONG. Speak Softly Love-- by Andy Williams,

Insistant Fires

A collaboration with Dan Kearley
Thanks for writing with me! : )

Feelings that we sometimes feel,
can be bound in ties that bind.
Flaming heart felt insistent fires,
kept hidden that no one else can find.

As you look at yourself in the mirror,
are you pleased with who it is you see?
Is this the person you had set out to become,
or a stranger who longs to be set free?

To truly live is to never hold back,
let your passion be a guide to your way.
Find that spark that let's you live,
by taking action into the light of a new day.

You will find your true purpose and the meaning of life,
if you trust the inner voice, you have hidden inside.
Never give up, laugh, and learn to forgive,
then you will realize, it's a gift to just live.

Premium Member Still Fires Burning

The thinness of skin
parchments across
blue veins and brittle stick bones
dreaming of budding branches—it lays loose

you've matched my desire
with phrases of burning leaves
flames—flaring gold, yellow and red

rheum fills my once clear eyes
but echoed memory guides me
through forests of fall
descending with feathered down
from empty nests

dulled and lifeless fodder for fire
ungathered leafless—
forlorn as stalks of dry corn

still, I eye beauty—

voice symphonies of words
and build bonfires from
each passing
night

Premium Member The Fires of Commitment Burning

Consecration of all I do;
Mindful of whom I’m subject to.
It’s in devotion, not earning.
The fires of commitment burning.

Holy Spirit, a living flame,
Raised Christ from the dead, unrestrained.
Palpitations of heart, yearning.
The fires of commitment burning.

Born again by the same power.
Seated in heavenly bower.
With sanctification, learning;
The fires of commitment burning.

With intention to act rightly,
Bride of Christ, lamp burning brightly,
For the Son of God’s returning.
The fires of commitment burning.

Tears Like Wild-Fires

Tears Like Wild-Fires

Fallen tears flow on
Like wild-fires on my wet face
As I sit waiting

Premium Member California's Tragedy Exposed As The Fires Burn On

They love creating chaos that's their plan.
Look at the wild fires out West, here we go again!
Devastating families with no end in sight.
Canceling their fire insurance, as their homes burn bright!
No water in the fire hydrants, can you imagine that?
The Controllers planned it that way, such an evil act!
Chaos they love and they love to destroy.
Starting off the New Year, Newsom's their boy.
This world is full of evil, and it will get worse!
If the people don't take a stand, there will be remorse!

PLEASE DONATE TO THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY
FUND. IT IS A RECOVERY FUND DEDICATED FOR
HELPING THE VICTIMS OF THE WILDFIRE.
Thank you and please pray for the victims of these
wildfires. God bless all that do.

It is sad to know these Hell bound
Satanist have planned the destruction
of California through their manipulation,
aiding in not implementing a plan to
have water in the hydrants with 7.5 Billions
put aside to do so, they did not implement.
Cutting the Firefighters budget by 17
million dollars. Creating the fires like in
Hawaii using lasers. They have targeted
California, Hawaii, and Canada. You know
this was planned because the fires were
started with 100 miles an hour winds in
place to fan the fires. What are the odds
of having no water in the hydrants, 100
miles an hour winds to fan the fires, and
the start of fires, all at once... Also months
before the insurance companies started
cancelling homeowners policies against
fires. Who tipped them off these fires were
coming to take such action. This tells you
it was planned and someone knew ahead of
time the fires were coming? This has to stop.
I hope there is an extensive investigation from
a private company not by their own
administration.
Davin Newsom has to be charged for this
planned destruction, loss of life, and suffering
caused by his alleged deliberat actions.

Fires of Life

Figuratively there is good and there is bad
Intuitively we know there are high paths and low
Rewarding goodness; not hatefulness when so sad
Eliminating love, the thief comes to take what you know

And there are consequences for each choice made
Children who wander lives without a mother nor dad
Destitute families who’s last night never laid
Unless a miracle occurs their lives will be bad

So, in the course of suffering and destitution
Come magnificent family courage and strength
And some how a divine illumination
Causes a peaceful and caring restitution

And the answers come often at the end of time
But, looking back, They’re no more blind

The Fires of Hell

THE FIRES OF HELL

The fire of hell which warm the devils dwelling
Now the Land of Oz are quelling
They rage and burn, galloping on
Taking life and homes, leaving none

The path they raze blows with the wind
The devil strolls through, but no one sinned
He strikes with abandon and takes at random

How to return him down below
Quell the fiery winds which blow
Ease the pain of those surviving
Pray for the people the land reviving

Homes and lives dashed
Dreams and peace crashed
Pray for rain to quell the flame
Make the devil return and no more claim

Born Of Ash, Under Fires That Fed False Olympic Gods

Born of ash, under fires that fed false Olympic gods
First, scrounging this earth, as dark-clad beasts
Blinded, heaven gazing, begging to be lightning rods
Creating hallow golden halls, to throw huge orgy feasts.

And Fate ordered, moaning echoes to fly in darkened winds
Against its great rival Time and how foolishly it spends.

Was her salty kiss, waves of honey sent from cavernous pits
Her promises, sad curses hidden in golden warped lies
She blinded by wanton pleasures and her deep venomous spits
Oaths sworn under hellish whispers and blackest of skies.

And Fate ordered, moaning echoes to fly in darkened winds
Against its great rival Time and how foolishly it spends.

Born of ash, under fires that fed false Olympic gods
First, scrounging this earth, as dark-clad beasts
Blinded, heaven gazing, begging to be lightning rods
Creating hallow golden halls, to throw huge orgy feasts.

I Sought To Touch All The Burning Fires

This moment is not for being lazily idle
in the distance starting gunshot sounds
This racehorse needs no governing bridle
Race like the rabbit running from the hounds

Wind streams by as I run to nothing ahead
behind lay unfullfilled , selfish desires
Images of Gods and demons flash in my head
as I seek to touch all the burning fires

Yet hope promises a future great release
a settled place for my lost soul to rest
Can I find that light to set me at peace
this lost bird fallen from my safe nest

Aware of my great failings I surrender to fate
Crying for mercy, praying it is not too late

Note, this is an edited, shortened piece of the original written long ago..
The original was so much longer and very personal in
 language and scope.

Premium Member Farolitos, Luminarias

Farolitos: lanterns of candlelight;
Luminarias: outdoor fires of pine.
Both light quiet path on a Christmas night
for Mary and Joseph, old ones define
messages that the new babe is divine.

A candle in sack borrows from the two:
a delicate, hanging Chinese lantern,
and small fires left as a signal, in lieu
of rocks and tree signs, which later we learn
prompted phones and texts that we now discern.

Small fires still left, but a radiant glow
of Farolitos light wall and pathway.
All over cities and hamlets they show
an amazing, yet reverent, display
of warm stillness that gentles end of day.

Vainly Built Fires

Was it best that we demanded far too much?
Quiet corner to count our blessed days
Or waste away long childish hours and such
like still winds whipping across open bays.

Finding time, the enemy we all feared
We raced along hoping it would not come
Children their bawling eyes frozen and teared
full of conceit , arrogant and just dumb.

Time came on and plowed deep its fertile field
cutting down old, dried wheat and windblown weeds
Forever, its opposition it yields
to that ever growing new crops of seeds.

Man seeking eternal fleshly desires,
perishes in own vainly built fires.
