Red, yellow, brown and green
All colours will be seen
Love this time of year ~ fill your cup
Hot chocolate, hats , scarfs gloves cosy up
Log fires lite in gardens brings dazzled light
As days get shorter ~ blazing sight
Kicking leaves, roasting chestnuts magic in the air

"Kicking leaves, roasting chestnuts magic in the air" -- love it! Not much kicking leaves in Phoenix, and always roasting nuts.

Hi Joe thank u for your encouraging comment. I live in the Lake district in England UK and we get loads of leaves to kick. There just starting to change colour here love Autumn all colours are spectacular. Hugs have a great week ✍️

I quite like autumn, the colors, etc, for some reason, isnt that strange? Its my fave season amongst all. Summer usually is quite annoying ! Ahha Loving the way youv mentioned hot chocolate! And the way youv written such a descriptive poem Viking warrioress. The energy of this line itself “ Kicking leaves, roasting chestnuts magic in the air” soul warming! Magical!
