“God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma
As also this dopamine boosting flavour I taste
I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart
Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste”

When ego controls a soul's mortal direction,
some remain asleep without a spiritual connection.
I count my blessings upon dawn's resurrection,
as an orchestra of robins compose with affection.
But curse of Seasonal Affective Disorder infliction
leaves a heart feeling melancholic in rejection.
Pills can take time to ease hormonal dejection,
so a tongue is mute when mirrors show dull reflection.
Some turn to the universe in times of retrospection.
Some prostrate in faith through silent genuflection
Some seek nature or vitamins to aid meditation.
Some clear angst through powers of intellection.
There's a sacred solace in morning contemplation,
soothed through the aroma of dark elixir elation.
Intense notes with sweet tones to relax abjection.
Each sip of potion is a symphony of perfection.
A clay chalice acting as a vessel for protection,
holding liquid nectar of your desired selection.
Awakening senses to transmute a mind's complexion,
igniting your spirit with wings of phoenix projection.
Toxic thoughts plagued from internal interjection,
now flow in smooth positive harmonic introspection.
In a brief existence a heart struggles from imperfection.
Brewed philosophies are a bridge to divine intervention.

“God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma
As also this dopamine boosting flavour I taste
I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart
Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste”

I wrestle symbolically every day,
While whisking my whimsical mind
For palatable aroma of java-laced cream
Each tantalizing sip satiates soul scarcity,
I taste dopamine-inducing elixir
Idly percolating aromas amplify, blissfully
My psyche turns olfactory with each breath
Savoring pureness of quench coffee
True coffee lovers' sacred rite
Bred from mountain slope flora
Large, roasted grains
Combined with chives
Espresso of our selection
Invigorating the poetic muse.

A cloying symphony lingers
Caramel, chocolate, hints
Roasted beans croon a melody
Susurrous sumptuous surreptitious
startling soul's sempiternal shields
Java ushered to an ambrosian niche
Where time halts and fears sway
All worries dissolve
Java-infused serenade heals this soul.

Weary-treating opulent, black potion
Comforting and cheering
Sips reveal life's essence
A hint of sonata transcends clash
Every sip is a sensory delight
A fabulous favor, a flavor flipping
Utopian bitterness-sweetness mix
An inexhaustible smorgasbord style.

Aphonic aqua vitae aurifies my soul
Seeking solace in stories of slight delights
In this brew, I uncover truth
A breath of blissfulness brings youth
Let aroma spread as I sip and relish
Nurturing and boldening my soul
I am enamored with Java core virtues
An idyllic instant resolves everything
Breath to breathe, I'll purify my soul
Savor and sustain every drop
During my coffee ritual
Feel a link to a bit victual.

Sipping Coffee

Alabaster streaks of warmth
in its dewy first glow,
tepidly stirring the senses, as
my gaze roams to the
trickle of ebony beads;
in the distance,
chimes of granular dustings,
with fragrances rich in
mahogany earthen grounds,
shaking the last of the
quondam night’s moon specks,
as life’s poignant rays
seep deep into my sights,
coaxing myself out of
hibernation,
longing for the first sip
of sunshine,
basking in the early beams of
balmy dawns and
sepia sunsets,
blessed to
start and end the
sands of time with you—
upon my soul’s sanctuary,
my lucid dream ablaze.

"God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma
As also this dopamine boosting flavour I taste
I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart
Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste"

“God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma

Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste”

Whether it's perked or left to drip
I drink coffee after I quip,
"Cool enough not to burn my lip."
Ahh... that first sip Ahh... that first sip

A spoon of sugar, splash of cream
Aroma woke me from a dream
From the cup rises vapor steam
In sunlight's gleam In sunlight's gleam

My eyes savor the morning scene
More than the flavor of caffein
I hear songbirds as they convene
Their songs serene Their songs serene

I'm content after yawns and sighs
Enjoying a cup at sunrise
As dawn chooses to colorize
Aurora skies Aurora skies

I recognize God's hand in this
Reminding me not to dismiss
These moments as if nature's kiss
A time of bliss A time of bliss

My cup and sunlight keep me warm
Daybreak serves as a tranquil balm
Reading scripture nurtures my calm
A hallowed psalm A hallowed psalm

Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste—Unseeking Seeker

An iron-grey sky I encounter along my path

With God’s will a flight abroad will transport me safely

An abiding faith inside, my spirit guide watches over me

With consoling embrace and the warmth of the mug

A morning prayer to begin the day:

Please give me the strength and wisdom to face

whatever challenges come my way

A frothy display; foam adorns my top lip

Now ready to devour a breakfast continental

as I slowly savor my final sip

Downloading in my coffee machine
Is sacred sanity peppered peace
Relaxing all the violet vanity
With a powerful cocoa bean

I like the taste and the smell
It really is my aphrodisiac
I will celebrate will not yell
If you offer it even just black

Beam me up a cup of love
Of coffee never get enough
“God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma

As also this dopamine boosting flavour I taste

I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart

Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste”

Premium Member I'Ll Be a 'Naire Yet

To be a millionaire
With all of the fanfare
May never be my fate
Since I started too late

Sure I have some savings
But they’re barely shavings
Compared to the stout tree
That a millionaire be

I’m not a malcontent
But I kind of resent
That my saved pile of dough
Is short one more zero

Though I keep working hard
I think that I am barred
In becoming a ‘naire
Which seems so far from fair

But that got me thinking
I’m not a ship sinking
I could become a ‘naire
Maybe one that’s quite rare

How ‘bout a husband-naire
Though with some graying hair
With home as my palace
It has a smug status

Or be an enjoyer
As a great employer
Of huge business affairs
When I’m a boss-inaire!

Or let life unravel
When I go and travel
And visit everywhere
As a vacation-aire

I’ll become debonair
As the best lover-naire
Since something was missing
Like passionate kissing

Yet don’t start concluding
There’s no wife eluding
For in all due fairness
She is my babe-nairess

Yet I cannot deny
I’m that everyday guy
Who is always there
A regular-guy-naire!

And since I do well at
Or rather excel at
I have become that rare
Normal-guy-tycoonaire!`

The Four Obstacles
.
The first obstacle is Sleep
Or the lack of control over it
To be overcome by discipline
The Body Mind neither deprived - nor overindulgent
.
The second obstacle is distraction
of senses towards exterior objects
The world as experienced by senses- is an obstacle
.
The third obstacle is Memory of past- experiences
.
The fourth obstacle is Bliss Ananda as it- separates
The feeling ‘I am enjoying’ is a separation
.
The resolution is Samadhana or Samadhi
One becomes ONE with Ananda no separa- tion(s)
No enjoyer enjoyment separation all merge
All ceases into the ocean of SatChitAnanda
There are no Duality. This is SatChitAnanda
.
This is the doctrine of Non Duality: Not Two - but ONE
The argument goes -
If God created the world; the God and World - are two
.
If God IS the creation then there is no duality
.
Advaita says that world(ly) is a manifestation
There is only ONE that is perceived as many
There is ONE that manifests itself variously
There is ONE- IT dwells in each and every
The ONE is projected on myriad screens
.
Who believes it? Not even Vivekananda
When master explained to young Naren
He responded - Are you telling me this kettle is God ??

"God is my strength and my shield; He is my soul and
my heart; he is my breath, my song, and my reason."

                                                    Quote by _Constance

Sipping coffee- I contemplate my faith,
and an ornate church of flickering light;
even as a child I heard what God saith,
with essence drifting prayers I recite.
The small child, who was me, opens the doors,
my shoes clicking upon the marble floor;
beauty of my faith through the years endures,
the huge stained glass windows I still adore.
Like my coffee- there is an aroma,
a sweet, calm scent difficult to describe;
a smell that could wake me from a coma,
the church quiet, I think the statues sighed.
Dopamine swirls to create emotion;
Oh, faith in God is my life's foundation.

Oh, faith in God is my life's foundation,
and I surrender my heart to his word;
to fly a bird- float on a vast ocean,
God picks up the pieces of my soul stirred.
God is in every tree and bird that sings,
and Jesus is but a whisper away;
my faith exists in all beautiful things,
in each new sunset and sunrise each day.
My faith is within every sweet vista,
from mountain tops to a green swath of weeds;
the loud chorus of birds in rain misty,
butter's fluttering and on nectar feeds.
I hear him in the sound of snow falling;
my God and Jesus in my heart dwelling.

My God and Jesus in my heart dwelling,
this gift of writing was given to me;
sending it on the wings of birds flying,
they glide over the valleys and the sea.
I realize my coffee has gone cold,
new cup brewed-  Oh, what a delicious smell;
I gather up all my memories old,
kissing each one I bid them all farewell.
I place them in God's strong arms to carry,
and he will let me rest in his white wings;
Oh, here is my angel cat called Glory,
come to give me her kisses and playthings.
God and Jesus help me in times of wraith;
Sipping coffee- I contemplate my faith.

As also this dopamine boosting flavour I taste
I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart
Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste”

I'M Not the Forced Applicant

of the world war (3rd!)
I'm not the forced applicant
I don't wanna be the forced applicant

of the world war (3rd!)
no; I'm not the well-wisher
not the advance receptionist

columnist, they are political analyst
journalist, they are critics of the war
socialist, they are international relationship scientist
they can greet in advance as horror enjoyer
their provocative speech, writings, paintings
as if now decorate the war in advance (3rd!)

far away, have gone far away
the first and second world wars
the earth became the asylum of the universe
oh! pain, sorrow, melancholic days of mother
for her child have gone far away,
waiting days of a new bride for her groom
became the fire on the pyre,
the orphanage became the address of the humanism
now far away, the remembrance of the wars

I'm on the Bay of Bangle,
this sub-continental, inter-continental,
continental birds chirping
soul-stirring and I love independently

of the world war (3rd!)
I'm not the advanced writer
don't wanna be the spokesman
or blood painter
cause-
the vernal breeze here gives me warm embraces,
eyes of the butterflies still here find the flowers,
busy days of ants here teaches me-
" a stitch in time saves nine"
here on this Bay of Bangle
five times Azan of Muazzin from the holy Masjid,
the pleasing sound of the Temple bell,
air balloon in the full moon night of Buddha day,
praying of the holy Easter Sunday
teach me the unity of love and universal brotherhood

I cannot paint in my dictions
the advance blood of world war (3rd!),
I cannot speak advance in my writings
the scheme of world war (3rd!),
I'm not the fertile blind prophet Tiresias

then I'll be liable for that blood war (3rd!)
more than the bloodsucker imperialist politician,
if I write, speak, paint advance the forecast of undesired war

Premium Member When I Shall Be Fifty

If, in my fate, it has already been written
That I shall be an enjoyer of my fifties
Pray,
I hope then
To have, at that time
A healthy state,
Both mentally and physically
Why
By then, it would matter not
If I am not as slim as I was when I was eighteen
It would matter not
If my hair looks not so brushed up or even so black
It would matter not
If quite a few wrinkles have made themselves seen
What would matter
Is whether I have grown in wisdom
Yes, whether I have attained the right maturity
As to forgive all those who hated me
As to give love to those who need it from me
As to share with the rest of the world, my own experience
So that the younger ones may feel inspired
And of course,
Whether I have worked hard and struggled
Towards the making of my dreams
Yes,
Right now, eyes closed,
A snug smile on my face
I see, in my mind, myself at fifty
And I see, a content lady
One most probably still single
For of the falsity of love, I have written enough about
I see, a lady, most probably childless
For in leaving in this world,
A remnant of myself
I had never had the slightest interest
I see a lady, though, who makes it her duty
To give to the world
Every precious gem that she treasures in her
So that each and every child may
Forget, at least, not even wonder about the complexity
And the meaninglessness of life
And do take the time to enjoy their being here!
Why,
At fifty
I shall most probably lose my beauty
My sex appeal
My body's elasticity
But then, I shall care not for these
For I shall be closer and closer still
To see for myself
Truth,
As I have versed so much about while still in my thirties!

“God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma,
like this dopamine boosting flavor I taste.
I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart,
breath by breath so that my soul may be chaste”

He is the one that loves me and watches me night and day
as I sip my coffee I ponder on my future and His way
How can I yield to Him when my hopes are on the fringe ?
A caffeinated woman highly stimulated by life, unhinged
like the fences of my childhood past, ...

He is the scent that clings to my bones at my most secret hour
the shadow that never leaves me, my Babel Tower
How can I be obedient until death when life continues to shower?
Juiced up to the max by life's contours I tend to cower
like the deer in the forest I shrink away fast, ...

He is the light at the end of a long and darkly tunnel
a few prayers on the lips and I am able to leave this jungle
How can I serve Him best, when all I do is stumble
revved up like a strong cup of espresso I can only guzzle
like a thirsty beggar, without a solid repast.

Seek You

I seek the civilization’s enlightenment into the stratum of technology
Float the boat in the spurious body making nearest the realm of remoteness
Cannot find that unadulterated poignant love
Lose you at the infringement wave of the Padma River
Lose the royal desired feelings of your sense in this verbose letters
Lose the ecstatic embraced mirror of heart in the cuddling moonlit night
Today I do not find the enjoyment for the careless flattering enjoyer
Even then I seek you in the highest search engine of the modern technology
Seek you in disguise of the luxurious monk of love

In the tawny twilight hours at the edge of the void life,
perched on the sea shore of foaming contention,
with the coffee cup full of fulfillment in hand I see
the dusky desires reach the drowning horizon in fraction.

The aromatic spectrum of the sunburst ecstasy brewed,
surges from the swirl of aquatic gold in satiation breeze.
In my enraptured perception it turns into elixir,
fill my craving cup and I drink delighted to the lees.

In my voyage in the shore of the fathomless faith,
the fragrance of my soulful satisfaction I offer Him.
The surrendered essence yearns to devoutly discern
His euphoric perception, configured as bliss supreme.

In the precincts of divinity I stand resolutely relinquished,
surrender to Him my possession of enchantment I prize,
offering Him my happiness to my heart’s content,
I feel the joy of the absolute sparkle in my eyes.

My submission kindles the candle of God’s benevolence,
in its halo I perceive His power and presence spread,
repulsing from my revived life the miasma of misery,
and I discover the new me finding the holy path ahead.

“God within me is the enjoyer of the aroma
As also this dopamine boosting flavour I taste
I surrender all pleasures to the dweller of my heart
Breath by breath thus that my soul presence be chaste”
