Dolly Had a Scarlet Doll

Dolly had a scarlet doll
In the summer it could roll
                                             Last fall a blunder
                                           Doll gulped a thunder
She messed up all in a ball

Oh, so average, was this wee lady.
Her ordered life had its hum-drum ways.
Eighteenth Century! All are ready
To hear the voice that's spoken in plays.

But Dolly Pentreath had of it none.
Shunning the new, she kept her own tongue.
When she died, with her life full done,
Twas last Cornish speak that Cornwall heard sung.

Miss Polly Had a Dolly

Miss Polly wanted a lolly that was thick, thick, thick,
So she begged the doctor to prescribe one quick.
Doctor gave her his candy stick, stick, stick,
And said “Please don’t bite, you must lick, lick, lick

She knelt in a skimpy little frock, frock, frock,
And licked Doc’s candy which was hard as a rock,,
Till it almost blew her brain out like a 45 Glock, glock, glock
She stared at his candy with horror on her face ,face, face
And said, “I like the candy, but not a limp liquorice shoe lace, lace, lace...

**Is it a bit OTT?**

Premium Member Dolly Shop Around

She's up at the break of dawn,
fixing something good to eat,
singing songs and grooving on,
a day of shopping, that can't be beat,

From there to everywhere,
Dolly has time to spare,
Her buying time, is just to find,
a bargain, or a sale somewhere,

Especially when sweet Dolly...
get to dilly dally around,
gets to shop 'n' be boppin',
all over town,

She'll pick it up at spending time,
a bargain she finds downtown,
and sweet Dolly looks so fine...
so good in her brand new gown!

Sweet Dolly...by golly...
looks so good...she'll blow your mind,
Good golly, sweet Dolly...
finds those bargains every time!

Gee golly, sweet Dolly...
loves to shop around,
Sweet Dolly, by golly...
looks so good in her brand new gown.

Dolly Parton

She’s a buxom blonde with a pretty face,
Who carries herself with such strength and grace.
From the humblest of beginnings, she got her start
Her songs are sweet poetry that comes from the heart.

There’s power in her words and I am lifted up high
By lovely songs like Silver and Gold and Love is like a Butterfly.
And a Coat of Many Colors always brings a tear to my eye
While working 9 to 5 leaves me feeling all revved up and alive.

Dolly’s quite a storyteller and with the turn of a phrase
She’ll wrap you up in her soft hearted ways.
Full of glitz and glam, she’s quite a showgirl
But she’s a down home country gal, in a showboat world.

She writes about life experiences and what she sees
Just the same as any poet, I’m sure you’ll agree
And with a voice so sweet, steady and strong
I hope her words will echo, on and on.

Miss Molly and Dolly
Miss Molly had a dolly she called Sue
Wherever Molly went dolly went too
Molly took her dolly to school one day
But Molly’s teacher sent dolly away.

Miss Molly became most upset at that
But her mom said dolls don't belong in class
That Mothers and teachers do what’s best
They've got it right - Molly had to confess.

Dolly Sue didn't mind being left at home
When Molly went off to school alone
Sue had a lovely time along with mom
Singing and dancing to a CD-ROM.

When Molly came home it was a pleasure
The three of them had fun together
When it came to bedtime, Molly and Sue
Shared prayers and dreams the whole night through.

O’ Word, “My Dolly”
You are not fatherless for my Bibliogenesis
I feel you in my veins Parthesiogennesis
With the traffic-jammed, like an egg unfertilized
In my polluted blood, my desire streepteased.
The world is made up of things that don’t speak
But they have a language and a reason to seek.
Erotic wet desire to form embryo Erotogenically
Love you in dear one’s mouth Aesthesiogenically
Mould you in good shape with your mouth’s vault
So the world can hear you in the heaven’s court.
O” Word,” My Dolly”

* In March 1996, the news of the birth of a fatherless sheep affectionately
named "Dolly" shocked the world. The possibility that human beings could be cloned too -
long the subject of jokes and science fiction - began to awaken an inner fear.

We are bombarded by meaning, every day, at all hours of our lives. We spend our time
interpreting the signs that the world hurls at us. Let’s think instead of the world of Dante,
but also that of Petrarch, Ariosto, and Leopardi: everything in their texts indicates that
they were born of a solid, monolithic, and healthy subjectivity, which is sure of itself
despite appearances

Owed To Dolly

OWED TO DOLLY

Raised in a world without any morals
Lead me to a lifetime of sorrows
Words that were written within Dolly's songs
was the only reason I even took this challenge on?
Refusing to have my children raised that very same way
I focused on this world that she always sung about
From singing Dolly's song's it would see me begin to pray
the crossing over into this world of happier day's
Was much harder than her song's did ever say
believing only in her words during the hardest of time's
I'd sing her songs till it would eventually calm my mind
but with Dolly as my guide I took it all in my stride
twenty-one years after I first stepped onto this hopeful walk
It is the one thing I did right, to seek out this world she spoke
unknowing it was her alone that filled me with strength and hope
To leave the only world in which I'd known
And guide us to this little town, we now call home
So thank you Mrs Dolly Parton for letting your lyric's be known
they alone were the power in which I 'finally' found our loving home

I’m not offended by all the blonde dumb jokes
because I know I’m not dumb…
and I also know I’m not blonde

Buxom and jolly
Not easily offended nor dull
Just look at her skull

Pardon My Dolly (

When I seen her, I knew I had to make her mine
She comes a family with a knack for design
She is put together so very well
She has been mine for 15 years, no one can tell
I know this story must sound melancholy
But please if would pardon my dolly
She has never needed any reconstruction
She carries extra weight time to time but removes it quickly, no need for
liposuction
I love her so much, she is the one I know who will never let me down
She has strutted her stuff all over town
She enjoys being around me
We have avoided so much contreversey
She waits for me right beside my bed
She need a new coat, possibly bright red
We ride together in a Denali
If you need a ride, I will say in advance pardon my dolly
She has seen more places than a band on tour
Everyone is familiar with her each time we enter a store
My girlfriend feels threatened by her, her name is Molly
But each day I politely tell her, pardon my dolly

There was a tree I remember that
Though the house seemed dark I swear.
Father had left us months ago
Now Christmas time was here.

Sister, well, she was only three
and knew not much of presents
I cried for many things that year
one of them loving parents.

On Christmas morning beneath the tree
a special Dolly waited
with joints that moved and eyes of glass
sorrow had abated.

Dolly, well she was an real angel
for she’d brought my Daddy home.
Convinced was I by twinkling eye
and sparkling golden comb.

Magical Dolly with moving hands,
no matter a bit broken,
the token Daddy gave to me
love had truly spoken.

"Is that you Jane?"
(An old woman's voice from room 12A,
echoing down the hall.)

The room is cold,
and I feel old.

Lord,
kindly send
one young woman
that can see...
that one day she will be
just like me.

I have lived a life worth living,
the good parts and the bad.
The memories both,
happy and sad.

Now I am here,
at the last...
the world still moving
way too fast.
I can not take care of myself,
anymore,
but my daughter
is gone
... all wrong,
in the song.

It is the way of the day,
to leave tradition behind,
to let their own light shine.
Yet in the end, it will send
a message echoing back...
and no one
at all will care
anymore.

Premium Member Chapter 26 -- Dolly Damian Friends and Family Baby Bash Bonanza Ii

Dolly answered, "I'm just a little
Fatigued, I'm ok though. I
Think I should lie down. Molly
Followed Dolly to the master
Bedroom upstairs. Dolly
Confessed her heart To Molly
"Molly I love Damian soo much.
He is my whole life now.
Where was
I before I met him. I don't know.
My life Will never be the same."
"There's no going back to my
Former life. I don't remember
How I used to be. Molly I'm
Excited and scared at the
Same time. I'm about to be a
Mother and a wife. Well I'll
Try and get some sleep for now".
Molly stayed with her while
She fell asleep. "He's my
Happiness, Molly." Dolly said
Drifting off.
Molly left Dolly sleeping
In the room. She met Damian on
The stairs. "Is She still sleeping?
He wanted to know. Can you
Stay with her then wake
her up in another
30 minutes, they all
Want to give her their presents."
Molly returned to the room
And layed down with Dolly.
She felt compassion for her twin.

She was in over her head with
Damian. He Was forcing her
to grow up.
Downstairs Damian's father
Searched for him. He found
Damian just as he was about
To disappear into the crowd.
"Hey Damian, glad I caught up
To you",he said pulling Damian
Into a den in the wide hallway.
His father started his speech.
"Since you're in school I know
That means you have financial
Concerns." Damian explained
"Yeah, true. But we are trying
And it's hard." Carter Hakim
Removed his check book from
His jacket pocket saying, "here
Let me relieve your burden."
The realty mogul wrote his
Son a check for $120,000.
Damian was very pleased to
See the amount. "Aah. Thanks
Dad! I appreciate this so much."

He hugged his father tightly and
Vigorously shook his Hand. He
Thought he would deposit the
Check ASAP. Carter Hakim
Patted Damian on his back and
Said "Congratulations you'll
Make a fine father and good
Husband for your young
Family."
