You asked me the other day, my friend,
who I am and I replied:
I am you in another body!
Yes, it is true,
Look, how much the same we are,
No matter what, the color
The creed
The race
The status

Look,
I am born and I die
I suffer and I enjoy
I love and I hate, just
Like you!

I am a father, a brother, a son,
A mother, a sister, a daughter, just
Like you,

Happiness I seek,
Family to raise is my wish,
Peace to find I look for,
Just like you

I yearn
I abhor

I fear
I hope

I bleed
I heal,
Just like you,

I believe
I doubt

I accept
I refuse

I laugh
I cry,
just like you

We are alike
We are the same
We are brothers...

Children of a unique father.

Tell me,
My brother,
My friend,
My ally,
Why do we have to oppose,
To fight
To hurt
To destroy and
To eliminate
One another?

Are our seas really that narrow,
Our oceans that small,
Our lands so limited
To contain all of us?

Or

Is it the case that
Our hearts are not big enough
And our minds not so wide-open to
Enfold all mankind?

Listen to me, my other self:
It is up to us to change this world
We have inherited, with its virtues and vices,
History and culture
Flaws and merits
And
Try to make it
Better
Nobler
Kinder and more caring
By obliterating harmful beliefs,
Demolishing injurious divisions,
Destroying detrimental distrust,
Annihilating racism and eradicating
The erroneous feeling of poisonous superiority
For
To bring the dawn of a new loving world,
A world of acceptance
Of respect
Of justice
Of equality
Of love and
Of universal brotherhood

So as

With peace in our hearts, liberated we would be
From the past’s deleterious tribulations
That for myriads of years,
Have kept us, fighting one another!

Premium Member Silent Goodbye

I forgot myself today
as melancholic melodies
overwhelm each beat
of my wandering heart.

The sanctimonious sun deceives
as a bitter breeze breathes
against sullen silent surfaces.

Recycled emotions penetrate
with a repetition of deep sighs.
My spiritless soul strays, but is
happy to be lost in lyrical lament.

As the Nightingale chants its
continuous regretful resonance,
the tip of my tongue aches
to whisper your amorous name, but
holds back knowing you can't hear.

Without your enchanted vision,
neglected eyes perish.
Without your perfumed presence,
senses remain scentless.
Without your tender touch,
fragile petals won't blossom.

As a cascade of sandcastle emotions
infiltrate stubborn sierra barriers.
Violent tears erupt,
demolishing hardened walls.
What used to be bitter breaths and
spiteful sighs are now regretful cries.

Your silent goodbye still haunts
as the lips grieve for one last kiss.
I forgot myself today,
but have not forgotten your love.

Half eaten hearts
pump on three surviving parts,
Loyalty, Lust, and Longing,
thump thump thump,

I was your secret crush
you were my finest rush,
put Poetry in my veins like victory ongoing,
placed your loneliness in a casket of flames,
our language so lustful, demolishing civilized chains,
touching so trustful that asking permission would be aweful,
team work more natural than rhythm to rhyme, a new breed of Angel,
clutching uncharted romance rough & rude we jump,

Strange how we sew, rip and stich the fabric of our worlds,
I can see your constellation in my dreams Luv,
a glimmer for every kiss you clamped on my confident lips,
I told you that my love can be the richest food on earth,
I understand now, that your love is stronger than diamonds,
I already miss you more than my heart can count,
my tears do not fall, suspended in the lock of a love saga,

Lets split the loot babe,
parchments & prizes of Love's plunder we'll divide fairly,
raise up anchors from Passion's Port,
slap and smother each other one more time,
blow on pearls together,
throwing them in this tempestuous sea for Luck,
breathing honest devotion in your ear,
whenever you need me I'll be there,
flag flying fast to you, cannons cursing for your care,
your final stare, the softest I've ever seen -

Our Meridian

"Our Meridian"

We are all
barefoot

ultra green
We are

strange
familiars

We are
constant

circumferencing

Each second
Each minute

Each hour
Every day

Each Year
Our Meridian

We are all
ignorant,

We are all
important

subservient
docile

and sentient
in our truth

We
are absent

Yet
primed

the internal
eternity of Us

whispering
in our minds

"IT"
comes soon,

Our Time
Our Centre

the meeting place
the point,

Our Meridian.

“I DON'T CARE!" Harry yelled at them,
snatching up a lunascope and
throwing it into the fireplace.
"I'VE HAD ENOUGH, I'VE SEEN ENOUGH,
I WANT OUT, I WANT IT TO END,
I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!"
"You do care," said Dumbledore.
He had not flinched or made a single move
to stop Harry demolishing his office.
His expression was calm, almost detached.
"You care so much you feel
as though you will bleed to death
with the pain of it.”
J.K. Rowling, Order of the Phoenix

“When he shall die,
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun.”

Premium Member A Passionate Summer Solstice

Written: June 25, 2023

______________________________________________________________
Beguile me, July sun, with your hot, penetrating glare,
A star of careless seizure, I can't avail but stare.
I lust for your soulmate, the one who kindles my desires.
With a kiss that sets me afire, igniting all my fires.

Spread me across the sky, bathed in a blushing surge,
A flare that flies as a flamingo, refusing to submerge.
In this dawning sky, a birthday of passion,
Where burning desires find their truest fashion.

Oh, July sun, slay me with your scorching embrace.
Ignite my soul; set my heart at a reckless pace.
With each caress, I am consumed by your fiery touch.
A dance of flames, a love that is too much

Kiss me afire, let our passions intertwine,
In this sultry heat, let our bodies align.
I surrender to your flame as it spreads and devours.
Burning away the barriers, demolishing all towers.

Bathed in the glow of our shared ecstasy,
We become one, a guild of pure intensity.
Every inch of my being is ignited and ablaze.
As our desires ignite in this passionate summer solstice haze.

Flaring such the fires of a thousand suns,
We become the avatar of passion, that forever runs.
At this moment, time benumb as we unite.
Two souls ablaze in a blaze of pure delight

Breathe

Breathe i breathless.
Sleeping in a nightmare of unseen loveliness.
Restless in my mind and body.
Through a tunnel of devastating reckoning.

Crying sound of a wounded ostrich.
The echo of a oceanwaves demolishing sea afterlife.
My feminist touches cursed.
His enduring love of a dying poetical.
He dies in his lust of pleasure.

Premium Member Champion's Chomp

A Champion must lust for that ancient adrenaline
the primal prize alive in the eyes, trophy of thunder in the pulse,
a Champion's heart welcomes adversity with teeth gleaming sharply,
worships the battlefield with risk righteous in ripped tradition,
doesn't celebrate the strikes that knock the foe into awe
finds glory in striving for the impossible
creates Legend from the unthinkable become visible,
buries the adversary's soul in the winter of forever woe,
the Champion says with disciplined effort and presence pure in practice,
lightning is comin for you, blasting your bones, bashing your boasts
tear you up and down and all around
your dreams nor dare, will not be found,

The Champion must adore the trauma of training,
remembers the humility of a Beginer's trouncing,
must pray with innocent instinct, thank Providence with confident conviction,
makin bravery out of bruises and being headstrong amidst hecklers,
invents technique like a Freeborn freak,
they shame the opposition into reverence with indisputable excellence,
true Champions are unforgettable, architects of shock and hope irrevocable,
indestructable like a titanium pyramid,

To be a Champion is to have a demolishing drive,
they must excel when underestimated
and must dominate when expected to succeed,
the Champion's Faith devours fear and punishes pretenders,
to finish the foe with decisive declaration, " Check Mate! "
a Champion always defies, and never dies,
there is no calculation of defeat for an Angel following a Divine beat -

You can't imagine what its like to march on a sacred city,
to plunder and pulverize a Peoples' promise to Deity,
demolishing centuries of lavish labor, wasting offspring of ancient heredity,
destroying flesh, scriptures and stone with a savage Roman military synergy,
a discipline determined in it's destruction of dissention, inspired by ancestral victory,
politics was not our purview, methodical punishment was our specialty,

We were War's royalty, we were Legio XV Apollonaris,
monsters of Mars, messengers of Apollo, the juggernaut of Jupiter,
along with 11 other Legions led by General Titus, 60, 000 cuts of glory we stood,
for 3 and a half years we fought through Jewish guerilla ambush
asymetrical urban warfare welting our progress like a pirate pestilence
district after district, hell spell after hell spell we bled with chilled maneuver,
the Zealots were pyromaniacs, burnt sacraficers, their zeal and our bodies zesty wood,
in the Kidron Valley they flooded the streets " knee high " with oiled water
as the Cohorts waded through the lanes leery, a torch was tossed, flames rose in rush
240 men perished like spazing stars trapped in a box, our grief agape with a horrified crush,
as reprimand, Titus made the Legate sit in a tent with his chopped off ring finger
smoldering like hot sand in the hand of a marooned man aware of error in his plan,
the insurgents had men we called Fox Tails, desperate demons who knew how Hell began,
as a skirmish succumbed to our skill and number they would run into apartments,
dragging the fury of our blades into rooms of Hades revenge, these were fire entrapments,
the buildings would blaze like windowed volcanos, screams salting us with panic linger,

It was not uncommon to discover a missing Brother Legionary
castrated, and decapitated with a headedless eagle carved upon his chest,
don't speak to me about morals and mercy for I have seen and dealt the damage of rude death
hate becomes your Father, vengence your Mother, aggravated murder your cause
when everything you revere and fear merge to make a leviathen of life,
the " Chosen People " of God became the chosen target of annihilation,
Mount Moriah, mansion of Yahweh the Pariah would become capital of Divine crucifixion,

Love Vs Hate

Through the lens of a scope, hate watches,
Bam,bam,on the butt,two more notches,
In front of their eyes, life flashes,
The weak at heart,it snatches,
A mustard seed to a melon it grows,
Slowly but surely,engulfing souls,
Cold as snow, consuming flesh like crows,
Demolishing friendship,constructing foes,
Bursting hells door, into our world hate pours,
In the heart of evil, hate soars,
Knocking the LORD,children doors,
TRYING to conquer GODS' Kingdom, from shore to shore,
GOD stretch out his hands, flowing galore,
Love is the challenger,Love is the cure,
Love is the victor, hate no more.....

Haiti

January twelfth two thousand and ten
   witnessed near annihilation and destruction
   of the Haitian nation
whereby countless/ nameless individuals
e’en the strongest Herculean type men
crushed by humungous slabs of building facades
   practically demolishing every creation
since this island settled, which indigenous tribes
sought safety in any geologic den
seeking solace and salvation from wrath of nature
   by paying obeisance via oblation
perhaps giving credence to clear water
in tandem with rooster and hen
   that laid a golden egg,
especially as encroaching savages affected violation
particularly when Europeans foisted
forfeiture of land with primitive implement like pen
no matter that travesty, trickery, mockery,
   et cetera wrought humiliation
pleading invaders to forsake such actions
that rent asunder culture beseeched god when
these brutish, nasty and (shortish) simians to cease desecration

yet the peoples of this dominion rose
from the ashes like the phoenix like bird
   no mattered genetic pool
underwent white washing from scouring influx
from western thumping proselytizers,
which alien beliefs hard to swallow like curd
and basically bribery (with lustrous trinkets)
and those coveted legal tender bucks
foisted/ forced the unpleasant alternative
(wanton slaughter) to be clearly heard
yet within the very fiber of tropical man grove persons
   patiently lined up their ducks
and declared as the first African American peoples
   INDEPENDENCE to be the word
whence adulation, elation, inspiration akin to the sound winged fowl clucks
until the advent of the major earthquake
composed by this aging hippy type nerd
whereat remote control san voodoo affect every bloody word!

Bottled Emotions

Emotions, what exactly are they?
Many think they are part of being
human, others think they are shared
by all living things.
Anger, happiness, sadness, love
and hate, these are all emotions;
confusion ripens within them all.
Life itself provides opportunities
for emotions to take seed within
the mind but many things can sow
them deep within.
A mixture of emotions can be felt
instantly, like a dark cloud falling
as rain on to the drought damaged
ground.
Emotions can make many feel full
of irksome thoughts that never
seem to go away; they sink their
claws deeper into the mind
determined to make their mark.
Many of us have the inane habit of
masking our true emotions with
a false reflection of contentment
when chaos is occurring within
our minds; depression and misery
are forged in the furnace of the
mind, creating a prison to
bottle up our true emotions.
Many bottles may be created
but eventually they will shatter
releasing the emotions in one
explosive event demolishing the
false outer shell of deception.
