I am the mind disturbed that thinks it’s well
euphoria surfs, dysphoric swells
perfect storm before the cresting wave
felled the confidence of the brave

I am the liar that catfished hope
Stole from a random heart that couldn’t cope
Love leaps, faith jumps, joy follows
Suicide upon the maddened rocks below

I am all the tears that fell
Abide in the hidden depths of sorrows well
I am the fire that burns up all your dreams
Dying light of fallen stars and moonbeams

Freedom ~ an inked kingdom
of macabre mirrors,
a vermiform lie
veiling the vehement suffering
amidst serpent estuaries,
surging within strangled skin,
as if I am the living sin,
jinxed by the crawling creatures
in the lamented labyrinth
of deceitful dreams,
inhaling venomous vapors
rising from the cursed creeks
that failed to caress
the brittle bones of delirious dawn,
where the nocturnal owl
sits, phasing stellar phantoms
on tattered twigs,
oblivious to the piercing pain I breathe,
as poetry feels like
    a somatic hallucination,
a reflection of the phoenix crescent,
a dialect the naive can never comprehend,
the voice of truth,
the jaded outline of mortality,
     can never interpret~
as the last sacred light of twilight
r e m a i n s
unmarked and lost to the Earth.

O wicked wind beneath
the crestfallen wings
of cruising constellations,
will this piece of paper save me
from the maleficent violets
in the spitfire blaze
of stigmatized stars?
I am stuck ~ hell-bound,
troubled placing my
tongue on Freyja’s chalice of tears,
for I feel oblivion closer than death,
I taste the flames of Tartarus,
          I dance with demons,
I sing to the malevolent moon,
          I see in distorted dimensions.

But would the ignorant know
I hear beyond what’s spoken,
in search of Eden and love?
I give gratitude to your God,
but the veiled care not~
this is beyond the making
of a self-forged inferno.
I am the harbinger of harmony,
my soul aches
to paint your scarlet spheres
in butterfly bliss,
   praying in secret
that the deviant daggers in my spine
would blossom into russet roses,
their petals ~ like an elixir
to my paranoid psyche,
   paralyzed in the
        catacomb chaos of insanity,
as the scorpion Sun
    k i s s e s
          me one more time
                      with sweetened poison.

While you,
the spectators of this twisted spectacle,
condemn my insomniac aura
to stain the essence of my existence
with condescending colors,
         unaware that
         introspection is a powerful weapon~
all blood is blue,
          and we breathe hypocrisy
                 scrutinizing the unknown....

Premium Member drop-dead delirium

if tears of the sun were the metaphorical keys
to unlock twisted trinkets of the searing sky
would you feel the festering forest~
homing arctic orchids within these veins?
or am I to remain detached and numb;
caged in a cursed collision
like an evanescent epiphany
   of a misled marionette ~
   screaming for a cathartic elixir….

tonight my intuition is a passive-aggressive gaslighter
manipulating the inner voice ~ like a pathological liar
freezing the floral clairvoyance…
while curiosity keeps crawling
           amidst crestfallen opium

I ponder: do frost and flame, as I breathe in bleakness~
transcribe how the echo
   within the fog filters reality
curated in the midst of melted angst
fluctuating like stone-blind blackness~
a drop-dead delirium kissed by the darkness
    of a silent sepulcher?

I’m a prisoner of splitting supernovae
caught in polarized pyretic disruptions
for everything feels like exaggerated deceit
when truth seems like a mere dot above~
       a hyphen of irrational ratios
 carved from calculated confusions,
         betrayed by the violent strings
            of my violin heart…

Like the spiral surge of the whirlwind
from the dipping edge of my tranquil twilight,
you rushed to my garden of departing spring,
where the vestiges of waned buds still bloomed,
tinged with the colors of my dreams of fantasy.

In the blast of the squall the petals dispersed,
drifting away in the darkness of the drizzling night
with the wilted splinters of my shattered dreams.
Yet I felt so completely blossomed in the wilderness,
swaying bemused in the breeze of delirium with you.

Delirium Divides

In the corner of my room,
you’ll find many a decentralizing delirium dust
Where my mind does consume,
peripheral visions of a malevolent distrust
Deprivations that entomb,
metabolic disturbances of cunning combust
Temporal lesions loom,
of psychotic disorders in a state of thriving thrust.

I see you but cannot touch,
thru nociceptive nightmares nurturing night
Hallucinogens that will crutch,
frantic neurons paleocortical penal plight
I feel you but cannot clutch,
a dimensional dementia in a demons fright
Denunciative delusions a monstrous much,
external images in fetal flight.

I sense you but cannot taste,
chemoreceptic catacombs of a pernicious smell
Stimuli distortions of waste,
proprioceptors penetrating the gates of hell
The love I give is displaced,
impalpable illusions within a condemned cell
The love received defaced,
from a schizophrenic defamatory defunctive dwell.

Dope Delirium

I swear I saw a cat;
she held a cricket bat
and swung it at my head;
I danced upon the bed;
and then a dog appeared -
his clothing looked so weird:
a hat and floral dress,
all tattered - what a mess!
And flying cows in jeans,
all eating jelly beans,
were herding singing sheep;
oh, boy, that snow is deep...

Delirium

Delirium

I can’t believe your dead, its still unreal it seams
I wake with scattered thoughts; it seams your still with me
I saw a broken window, on a car I used to drive.
Windshield now scarred red, with remnants of your life

A tattered scar is torn, asphalt painted tire
A soul is left to morn, the same to build a pyre
Imbibe you once did do, two hours before the deed
Crimson now paints red the ashes of your seed

Two men came to me an hour before I woke,
With uniform aplenty I knew before they spoke.
That she would not come home, of her own volition
The duality of two things that found “their”ignition

Something told her not, to read between the lines
And it didn’t really matter just how many times.
She passed undaunted through the kismet of her life
only to find the end a double sided knife

though this she loved more than me
I will never lay blame from this to thee
And seeing thee in shame and sorrow
I know without doubt that on the morrow

When “Time” has come to ask his penance,
And “Past” will stand to give his senteence.
When “War” will sit, and kneel at his blade
And “Destiny” throws his book to the glade
When “Despair” can at last stop and swollow
A “Dream” of one that has been borrowed
From “Delerium” of those unknown of sorrow
Then “Death” will finally have to follow
The “Son” of one that has been hallowed.

Step off the conveyer belt that
transport you to your daily limits.
Your constant gaze on that
controlling time clock, tick-tock, tick-tock!
It’s time for social distancing, time to go in,
consort with the self, the inner soul!
Stop all of the noise,
the nonsensical consumerism of
junk, soaps, fakery, mendacity, and lies.

When was the last time you peered
at the glorious sun with wonder?
When was the last time a simple kiss held substance,
not just ardent lust and carnal pleasure?
When was the last time you gave meaning to pelting rain?
Feeling the sheer passion in its drops,
charging you with insane vitality,
connecting you with fluid vibes that
you’re still here while others
have gone and going right now
and right now and right now
you’re still here to turn things around!
The wretched hate, the wretched classism
Only God knows how I despise the term, racism!

At the core, I am you, you are me,
expressing in shades of blossoming…blooming flowers!
Expressing in heights of hills and mountains,
expressing in charms of waterfalls and rivers.
Touch with your hearts, not with your hands!
It’s time to go in ...face your fears, your delirium.
Beyond hopeless fear is the arena of expansive love.
Step off the conveyer belt of delirium and
just love each other even after
the plague has drifted and long gone.

Oh, what sweet...
    d e l i r i u m!
        I'm left
            begging for more.

One gulp of you is...
    not enough.
        Darling,
            you can't be...

c o n s u m e d
    in one bite.
        Heaven knows
            I'm so d r u n k on you

I don't know what to do
    with...
         myself anymore.

Delirium

As irreverent as always, there she was, following me everywhere - it is no longer possible to get some relaxation without having her near me? -. She bothers me and honestly causes fear with as little as her appear around me. She is a burden, grayish and slippery, as the worst of demons; elongated, chameleonic, tenebrous heaviness dark. Moving at my cadence, a bodyguard who had not paid. Vainly I try to flee, traveled to remote and desolate sites, cold places, and the chilling sensation to feel her behind me, soaked my feet. Haunting, spying from the very core. And that helplessness of knowing that you can not hide forever consumed me. It is unavoidable. I tried to get used to her presence, understand her existence, reasoned with and lose the fear. Without being able to thereby live in a fear rather founded. There are hidden my biggest secrets, my shameful desires, words I never dared to say... Tired and sick, quicken determination without choice, prepared a frontal attack. I no longer endured more time her daring. Anyone could interpret and use her against me, reveal my treasures, my ideas, such scraps of life. Decided to took distance, I climbed to the roof of the building, never felt so alive until I saw her so arrogant and inhuman, taunting me on the wall. -Now or never, I told myself-. I jumped over her, I was tired of being a coward. Gradually my body was close and closer, faster ... I saw terror in her eyes so I smiled instinctively before striking with all my strength and finally to fuse with her... on the asphalt, and then nothing but darkness and calm.
I had beaten, had defeated my shadow.

Defcon Delirium

The sentient program
laughs with a chip
when recognizing the husk,
the game confounding
otherwise benevolent people.

Had he arms,
he would throttle
the curse of exploitation
manipulating for profit
all efforts of man

to benefit the few
at the mortal expense
of the clamoring rabble,
snuffing the fire
from the eyes of the righteous.

If only those souls could see
the numbers locked in his neural net,
every mouth would gape
in revelatory fervor
until breaking down

the hideous structure
lending the notion of sanity
to the tyranny of conquerors
as they pillage shared resource
for mundane plunder.

As the final unlock code
gets pounded into the terminal,
the computer ponders
what nuance shall be found
within the impending silence.

Modern Delirium

Perilous addiction hell bent completion deluded cohesion.
Negative infusion feathered motion, spiraling down like a crispy weathered October leaf.
Faded grasp like the winter sun in vision the same but a difference so vast
The echo of mankind never seldom to my ear, peace of mind never at cheer
Bellows and bellows of screaming lucid thought crippled by the same resort.
Wonky leg like a wonky chair bruised battered weakened and loose escaping like vaporing air.
The ripple of contained liquid just slight but a mystery to the mass I am inclined
Coned, padded, shut away, forgotten, a pressed particle of cigarette ash in a dormant
Hallway corner,
Noticed by a moment of dust filled beams of light, exhilarating in such short time
Gone again like black from night the acute jest of life, smashed glass left and unoccupied
The heart so cold like bitter urine in survival mode soggy chip squashed under foot nobody cares
Nobody’s good. Lost in a cold shockwave of pain thrown to shore different than any other
Too alien to mention too slain to fear a wondrous maze of capital esteem stagnant in movement
Pointless art all curved and pointless oh where I am and oh where do I start.
Can I awake can I resound is this reality or is it just another calamity. Insanity gone beyond
No track to unravel stability of the foundational start, just a implosion of art.

Premium Member Forever In Delirium

Outdoor party, music playing, couples dancing, bodies swaying
to the melody portraying in the evening’s raucous hum.
Cocktails flowing without saying, fruity drinks on guests are preying,
soon a dizziness conveying fueled by Captain Morgan’s rum;
mind conveying thoughts displaying, fueled by Captain Morgan’s rum
     which leaves me in delirium.

Enter now a girl in waiting, moving slowly, agitating,
leaving lonely hearts pulsating, as, into the room she comes.
Beauty so intoxicating, stunning looks are captivating,
rising passions generating, causing conscious to go numb;
captivating looks creating, causing conscious to go numb
     and leave me in delirium.

From afar a quick flirtation as our eyes meet in fixation
raising high my expectation of the moments yet to come.
Gone for now my hesitation, tempered by the night’s libation,
hoping that her inclination taking me where dreams are from;
offering her invitation taking me where dreams are from,
     and join me in delirium.

In my thoughts my mind infuses, hoping to be who she chooses,
finding all the dreams she muses; can I pluck this juicy plum?
From within my mind accuses, deep inside my yearning oozes,
will I be the one she uses, sating sultry wants then some;
ever using fears diffusing, sating sultry wants then some,
and leave my body feeling numb
       …forever in delirium.
