Waterfowler's Delight

Waterfowler’s Delight

Clouded marshes masking what may come.
Suzy's boisterous invitation over yonder grass
Dark shadowed spreads set to entice some.
As the glow of the East begins to amass.

Newly anointed awaiting the first blessing.
Old dogs hoping the spark will catch fire.
Light of day upon the horizon pressing.
Nosing sweet dew upon the poignant mire.

Blue and grays approaching whiter shades.
Dark decoys amidst water hazed with hue.
Breaths of pink winds follow forecasted trades.
Nestling in, head up, taking in one last view.

Grasses, reeds, trees and limb begin their claps,
Rattling and brushing in a standing ovation.
Shedding nights tears, tapping coats and caps,
Encouraging shivers of warm tingling anticipation.

Night choruses blend with day’s percussion
Clicks and rasps of metal, wood and springs.
Last words, rules whispered in group discussion
Silenced by sudden whistling of cupped wings.

Glancing at time wishing the watch was there
Edging toward one half hour before this sunrise.
A single, lonely, echoing report from over there,
Waterfowler's delight, peeling eyes to the skies.

I Wish I Was Duck Hunting

Wishing I could be anywhere but right here,
On a dream bathed with barley and low lined cloud.
Relishing nature's eagerness to endear,
Leaving the busyness and roar of the crowd,
Delighting in vast small grain fields freshly plowed.

Ceasing to care of expectations once placed,
Rising only to meet the next mallard called.
Unfathomable desolation embraced,
In fresh cut grain stubble fields with decoys sprawled.
Sightseeing along a section line road, not showing on any of a map,
Expecting Fall’s migration to explode, with a north Canadian cold snap

Outsmarted

My grandson just loves to make noise
The louder the better his toys
His batteries I hide
The noise still resides
Turns out that I hid his decoys

Guardian of the Galaxy

Guardian of the galaxy
Dominions and Principalities
Light and darkness
Stars shine bright
In the Heavens as light
Came from a glory that can't be comprehended in this reality
Archangel
The stars that's spangled striped over me from every angle
Planets and black holes
Millions of planets in the Cosmos
We have flesh but God spirit
In GOD image
An descriptive predictive in GOD vision
See GOD is Infinite
Everlasting living
Free will given
His son became against him
Lead an rebellion of brother an sisters against their father
Pain in GOD eyes from his Sons and Daughters
Brothers and Sisters fighting against their Sisters and Brothers
Against their creator The Father who is also The Mother
Of Creation of Archistructure
Lucifer in Heaven was a Conductor
Of Music to glory The Most High
One of the most beautiful Cherub Angel alive
But PRIDE AND HATR burned in him to Lie
Evil spelled backwards is LIVE
IS that a coincidence to Comprehend?
You have not seen Evil of all Evils
This darkness we WAR IS LETHAL
fully comprehend this darkness that deceives you
Found the truth I'm Heaven Sent
GOD Send got to fight till I'm in Heavens Bliss
Theories or Ideologies are just myths
To insist GOD DOSENT EXIST
But look it's a TWIST
they know that GOD is alive
Satan knows me before the War
That's why he tries to Destroy
An Deploys, toys, decoys, stored to uproar my Gore
Its more Angels on Earth
From Birth
Living in this Curse

But When the World?

He told her not to move,
Though fear showed in her eyes
She dare not disobey.
So the lonely figure
Stood and waited,
While tears fell

Time stretched,
Her pitiful cries
Grew louder,
 Until they carried
To merciful ears,
And melting hearts.

And so they came,
Rescuers, ready
To lift her away
From the madness
Of men....

They saw
A life barely lived,
Trembling in confusion.
Her two little cheeks
Stained with tears.
Yet still, she would not move.

Soothing voices whispered,
She listened.
Loving hearts showed,
She trusted.
Strong arms reached out,
She yielded.
Her fears calmed.
Her tears stopped.

And then her heart stopped.

She was only two.
Her life blown apart
And that of her deliverers.
Not a child,
Just a means
To an end,
To the hands of evil
That detonated death.

Now she is at peace.
But, when the world?

I read in our daily paper about how little children are used as decoys.
When rescuers come to save them from possible dangers they may
be facing because of the war They are unaware, the enemy are watching
waiting to detonate a bomb where the child is standing.
This upset me so much,I was moved to write about it..

Competitive Activity

We left the camp all hot and hungry.
We were on a mission.
Through cracked lips I softly asked
“Are we huntin’ or are we fishin’?”
Orders said, “Cast the bait!
Use any lures we can employ!
Get your barrels loaded fast!
We’re gonna need hounds and decoys!”
He was said to be flying high.
He was on a majestic flight.
We started on our journey upwards,
but he was somehow out of sight.
He was proving to be an interesting prey.
We looked in all kinds of places,
from mountain tops to motel rooms . . .
There weren’t any viable traces.
Isn’t it odd for these two to couple
without a purpose or a plan?
Feathers are falling heavy now . . .
It’s past August and so he ran.
We got wet but we had fun.
That bird sure took a lickin.’
I wouldn’t have enjoyed it near as much
If I’d known we were huntin’ chicken.

Legend of the Black Dove - Part 10b

Legend Of The Black Dove (Part 10B)

                            "The Unknown World"......Continues

Norrington and Jenkins look around to see if they are near some volcanic
island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Captain Owens arranges a landing
party to try to get some supplies, food and water and anything else they
can find. They also take their guns for protection. Flying above the ship
are two large birds, but on a closer inspection they observe flying reptiles,
Pterodactyls: it seems they have been transported to the prehistoric times.
They decide to carry on moving towards the island. Owens, who is leading
the men, realises they have to go in, get through and out as quick as possible
through the rainforest with its strange vegetation and small animals. Moments
later they notice a Stegosaurus eating foliage. Avoiding confrontation they
walk around the trees only to encounter an Alosaurus- a flesh eater which
notices them. Growling it starts to chase after the crew. They shoot their
pistols at it. While running Jenkins falls to the ground, Norrington turns
and decoys the beast away from his friend, the other crew members help
Jenkins escape the beast's clutches. Without being noticed Norrington is
transformed into the Black Dove and is trying to lure the beast in his direction.
The other men are now on board the ship, while the Dove is playing a
dangerous game of cat and mouse with the Alosaurus. The Dove uses his
super strength and speed to jump onto the monster's back and render it
unconscious. The dinosaur slumps to the ground. Becoming John Norrington
again he rejoins his friends. Captain Owens is successful in getting fresh water
and some plants for their voyage home. The storm is approaching the Columbia
giving them another chance to return home to England. Everyone is on board,
knowing not where they will be going to next.
Will the Columbia's crew finally arrive in England?
Or will they end up in another time zone again?
The startling answer is in Part 11...."Destination Unknown"

The Valley of Loss

My dear, we've run out of words, I see
Calm is the garden except your tree
A cherry blossom dying in my mind
Now barren of pink in Spring's glee

How can our moons bled into the night
And our rooting take plight
Why could I never touch your blossoms
For your garden gate shut tight

Somehow our ducks didn't line true
For one year our pond was shady of blue
Filled with decoys of reality
With ephemeral winds shaking our rue

My dear, we swam circles in that pond
With you ducking my fondness and bond
Our days growing shorter and colder
The peaking sunshine never dawned

Oh how I wish our paths didn't fork
And the tines of our love had torque
Carrying us to the door of our hearts
Where bubbling sweetness uncork

Dear, your piano man now leaves the room
His ivories look and sound of gloom
On his shoulders rest memories of you
A cherry blossom entomb

Cool Blue Destiny

COOL BLUE DESTINY

a cool blue crystal daybreak as
moon departs shimmering stars
on the sea

in silhouette they stand alone
warm from inside out they swig
down brandy

seagulls cry their morning pleas
gather swiftly orbiting boat
drifting free

fishing rods wait hooked with bait
as glistening scales glide by
decoys plea

oceans bounty captured as
frantic wide eyed last breaths meet
destiny

Behind the Shadows

Here I am hiding my eyes once again.
From a world that runs deep with sin.
To many restless eyes and countless empty souls.
This trust less life when one gets caught up they all start to roll.
This world has only started to be torn apart.
The wickedness and purest evil dwells in mans heart.
Drugs are sold in the streets like ice cream.
Can't listen to the governments nothing is as it seems.
To much blood spilled day and night.
It's evil vs evil with no end in sight.
Everywhere there's lust and greed.
To the tyrants of the world power is all they need.
The innocents is lost day by day.
Society frowns on those who pray.
We lose our freedoms little by little.
It's all one way there's no such thing as meet in the middle.
There quick to give you the title felon.
Were just decoys it's in the goverment where the real evil is dwellin.
They sell empty promises in the strive for power.
They will flood the land with there evil in the darkest hour.
Fully loaded hunting us 1 by 1.
Fueled by evil they won't stop tell the job is done.
Peace will never know this land.
Cause the untouchable world leaders are to selfish to get on the same plan.
They will continue to play hide and seek.
While blindly ignoring terror and letting the evil creep.
The world is ravaged in hells flame.
The world is swallowed by acid rain.
It's a godless world where mankind fails.
The city's will die and lose there wail.
Skeletons and bones will litter the land.
Deceived by wordless words and forever covered in sand.
All hope is slowly being erased.
Tyranny death and destruction has taken hopes place.
So while the air fills with deaths eternal kiss.
Unfortunately for most of us there's no escaping this.

Red Light District

Short shorts skirts and spike heeled shoes

In the Red light District of your town

On the darkened street corners

There's pleasures of the flesh to be found.

Blondes, brunettes and redheads

Working girls they are.

They earn their living selling flesh

To hungry men with expensive cars.

In the Red light District of your town

Law Enforcement lies in wait.

To persecute and to arrest

Using decoys as bait.

You'd think that the Police

Would have better things to do.

The streets are filled with criminals

That prey on me and you.

Cheap Motels and alcohol

In the Red light District of your town.

No matter what your looking for

Cheap Thrills do abound.

My Brother the Messiah

MY BROTHER; THE MESSIAH

By these dunghills, they stood
By these morn Mecca, we paid homage
Daily to the papyri gong beaters.
Singing a litany of collapses and failings

Of a revolutionary government that sit’s on our sacred stool
A stool that had fattened legs which imbibe our sweat,
Polished with elaborate designs,
and on it’s head, sat, the rump and rotund figure of father Christmas; our veiled liberator

Yes, siblings they did roam our streets
With cohorts carrying sacks of decoys and bric a bracs
Blowing rhetoric trumpets ,calling for a tune of pipe dreams and petasos’;of an eminent land to be called Alexander the great

hmmm! Manumission, manumission
Art thou just castles in Spain?
Why doth we dream of you in vain till we are slapped with the saccharine taste of propaganda and the dulcet tunes of equality?
lay our stockings out for the jolly man and shed our thumbs as ransom
for the imminent sovereign

only to know that our fathers had given birth
to fighters who fight against us
vampire bats that drink our blood
behind the murk of deceit`

and in the words of trust
we plant them in our hearts
but they blossom and cause harm
fatten up and green fracture the wobbly legs of our consecrated stool

Slammed

Everyone wants a wish right now...
All lil' Ms. wants is a diss.
Ya'll know I'm new at this,
Im here, it's now,
I'm leaving without your crown!

Ms. Destroyer,
I wish you the best.
This knight never naps.
As a matter of fact,
you wont get a wink,
not from me.
Not till' you take your cheese from the trap,
your straps snapped,
and there's no more hearing bout your snacks,
I'll don't want to read about
you getting strung up with your own "String of Nots"

Lil' Destroyer,
I'm coming for ya.
This is the beginning,
Far from the ending.
It's gonna be lots of laps,
without a trap.
Don't worry bout a snack.
It will be my treat.
I'll feed you the words you speak.

It's bout time you play along.
It's not Danny boy in this song.
No ma'am!
It's not a he-man slam.

Silly lady,
Use boy not toys.
No decoys to fill voids.
Your poetry,
I will glady destroy.
Host another contest,
I'll give you more.
I wont leave
before
I whip and lash,
and you and your hot meals are both out of gas.
Satisfied,
saying," Oh man!"
We just got slammed by Mr. Loverman.
