Soft Creamy Chocolate Delight's

****************************************************************************************

Driving through Santa Monica as stopping at a light; standing upon the corner

The most beautiful of girls; waiting with a smile to cross unto the other side...

Hourglass her reflection in diamonds while catching my breath, as the world froze

Icicles of desire piercing my spirit to grasp these hearts; she felt the vibes ~

Creamy Alfredo With Chicken and Spinach

Chilled Pinot Grigio and Chianti
on each side of the long table,
twenty seats for twenty guests;
Antipasto with zesty dressing...
colorful vegetables with chunks
of sharp provolone and hard salami...
to be served with crunchy bread,
the kind that grandmother used to bake.

Oh, wait the Creamy Alfredo with chicken and spinach
is steaming on a huge serving plate...what a work of art!
Oh, the aroma of the Parmesan cheese
fills the nostrils with the urge to start;
one by one, the well-dressed guests walk
into the dining room...who said they are guests?

It's family: grandpa, grandma, uncles, aunts and cousins!
we'll surely enjoy this Sunday dinner as last week.
What about dessert? Sweet pastries and chocolate Tiramisu
with a strong cup of espresso and a shot of Sanbuca Romana;
would you like to join us and meet the friendly chef Mario?
There's plenty of food for everyone...Buon Appetito!

Ice cream in the mist
and dripping cones at dawn's edge
in a mad, mad mood!
The two of us are laughing
to see the sun arising.

Premium Member Creamy White Dappled With Gray

Magnolia blossoms creamy white dappled with gray
Sway the day from foggy veil sprinkled across way

The contrast creamy white against waxy green leaves
Adds beauty brightening life upon summer's humid eve

Unfinished and may never be finished...

Trying to do Hexameter:
Twelve syllables per line with it reading unstressed/ stressed...
Very difficult to have to look up every word since I would not pronounce these
words like they are suppose to be accented..

Creamy Clouds

I was dreaming my life was at stake
Insomnia screaming for me to awake
Because the past kept me up at night
In His tent, I am enlightened with His LIGHT
Somehow...
Someday, we will run away from the chaos and embrace peace that is at hand
Woke up from a dream
I repent and I'm at ease
I long for His mirth
I have grieved raindrops
It is almost time to leave
I have morphed into snow
Creamy clouds collide
Foam rises from the bathtub
Swimming in bliss ride
Water drowns my grief
Gives me brief relief instead
Sky's blue, so are you
Melting in your arms
Blanket me with comfort dirt
I bud in springtime
Winter frost got me lost
Frozen...rooted to the spot
Break the ice...despised
Frost bites of your LUV
Made me feel above seven
You, the vibrant dove
Now, a winter crow
Cooing at the break of dusk
Lust turns to mere dust
Fire burns of your HATE
Made me feel below zero
You, the dark vulture
Summer is in flames
I am in the back-burner
You called me vile names
Thought you loved me back
You departed from my touch
Time unwinds this time
Brought down by envy
Move on - it's the hardest thing
Sky's black - so am I
Creamy rain-clouds frown
Water descends...down the drain
I'm the ground...green-brown
Pouring sun saved me
Before I dug a self-grave
I have morphed into sea
Cold on my bed...please...
Please forgive me, Lord Most High
I float above Earth
Reality's demise alarms me
Alas, the world and I don't see
Because the creamy clouds of our fantasy
It doused us in sugar-coated delight and sunlit glee
Why now?
Someday, we'll be in liberty's land

Creamy-Porridge Skies

The creamy-porridge skies
Gave us drizzle at noon
  The sun’s drooping violet
Palette squinted over the hills
And hid there, for the clouds
Were annulling her will.

At one the rain shifted its weight
To white withering gloom,
With haste warmed to puddles
Which watered the walk
Sustaining the blade’s colored
Green-gray fluttering stalks
Which lashed in the wind
As a whip’s cracking cord
Snaps like lighting strikes
Who writhe from the Lord
With cries of agony found alone
In those troubled with toil
And so sunk their roots
Deep down the soggy brown soil.

   Thus, the bleak flat land
Has been deprived of defense
To be destroyed ‘til the freak
Winds hush and relent.

The Creamy Scoops of Snow

The clouds were quacking in the sea of sky
While the raindrops were fluttering to touch the earth.
The buttery soil was ready to get flooded
Amidst the shower of the sizzling season.
The earthly legs were swishing towards their households,
Vrooming their breaths against the wind;
The trees were banging against each other
With fears of unfortunate breakage.
The twinkling droplets of water were trembling veins and brains
Against the crashing ideas of disastrous dangers.
Finally, our Mother earth shooed away the flood
After zipping the thirst of her planet.
