Eyes closed he hums the melody

replaying in his mind each note

in search of fitting instruments.

Carpenter To Composer

to carpenter to composer..
A fact that has always been the same
From carpenter then composer
Symphony of rebuilding one and the same

A carpenters knowledge of composers inspiration
How can they be so opposite yet the same?
Can you hear the thunder as it rains?
Clammering of the hammers,
Sweat pours out... drops of pain
From carpenter to composer
What can be solid as wood yet can be shaped into anything
I tell you, its instilled in your hearts and your brain
Can you hear the thunder as it rains?
Symphony of the music...Emotions poor out
Hammering out the pain
Rock you like a hurricane

Sun beats down, warmth cradles the skin
Composer soaks up the heat
can you feel the beat?
Messages drawn out..to within
From carpenter to composer
Harmony of one...and the same

Sweet notes, promising joy and quiet peace
Melodies dancing lights that will never cease
Promises golden like the reflections of the sun
Calming hearts with hope that won’t be outdone
Songs of the soul, harmony beyond our dreams
Tunes with lyrics, bold and warm, music streams

The Composer

Give to me a sweet melody
So I can write a song
That will always be in my head
I'll never be alone

I need a song for me to sing
That's written by my hand
A song you can join in with me
For woman and a man

We all hear Rachmaninov and Chopin
Plus Mozart, Brahms, Beethoven, and Schumann
But it’s unfair, I say
That no one will play
That great composer who’s just known as Stan

The Composer

Treachery itself is vagabond
a corporate revenue, a stagnant want
that so directs man's future toward its plan
to implement confusion, narrowed band.

As breaking down arrangements contraband
a flowing over into alien land
control with false derangement, nor expand
a blocking off of nations, to take stand!

As funding from some futile broken hand
is plentiful while reserves empty panned
without a back-up measure, undermanned
and built up to dissension, bankrupt, canned!

So Empire, feeding selfish fake command
and that which ventured lightly, now is banned
while change of capital rating twitter span
monopolizing choice, by worthless scams!

Now, play the note I've written, if you can,
the sound is flat, misgiven . . . bing-bang-bam!

Premium Member Love Song

If you were a melody you would be complex
Blue breezy and free dry yet wet
If you were a melody you'd play with my heart
String me along singing song of God

You would stay on my mind like maroon birthmark
You would ring in my ears sweet and tart
Rainbow kisses from you would reign
Melodious and yellow with green to tame

You would be like a river dark and deep
Yet have shallow sunny spots to attract my feet
I'd step into your song as a single note
And be carried along in the kaleidoscope

That is your creation as composer of love
If you were a melody I could never get enough.

The Composer That Impales the World By Fd Ravenskraft

The Composer That Impales The World
by FD F.D. Ravenskraft
with every tune that the melodies you play
that even the strings come to a commanding state
the guitarist blends in his sins
Into the romantic begins. slowly he plays and grin.
the ladies fall down in a comatose
the lover of all lovers
undercover to watch him discover the madness of his extreme
Composing dreams, as it seems he's watched the world burns with love and hate. Everyone falls into a deep sleep never to awaken
tuning the tune of the romantic unsung gloom
that blooms the blossoms of his hands
the poetic storyteller walking in the fields unseen
but the front of a storm saw him
lusting over the calm nature of the grim,
he plays like he's making out with paradise himself
Without her to him. No one is.
he named his guitar after him
A Poem that spits the melodies
I see him sitting there on the fields of sand out of nowhere
as his last victim dies by his playing demise
a macabre that was robbed of itself
he plays on and on
the end of it all had just begun

Premium Member The Mad Composer

He could be all alone in the middle of a crowd,
And with no one around the voices were loud.
There was little he did of which his parents were proud;
The fog in his mind kept his thoughts in a cloud.

His body developed though his mind never matured;
Somehow he got through school always feeling tortured.
He couldn’t survive on his own, the adults all concurred;
Institutionalized he lived in a cage like a bird.

But the music played on in his head;
In a wide smile his mouth had always been spread.
        “We’ll be okay,” the voices in his head had said;
To everyone else, he may as well have already been dead.

She saw things in her wards no one else cared to see.
She noticed that he rocked in such rhythmic harmony.
She taught him the scales that he learned perfectly;
Putting notes on the paper set the music in his mind free.

His symphonies are enjoyed by people throughout the world,
The genius in his simplicity has given many musicians a thrill,
This mad man left to the care of one very special girl
Who had the insight and caring to help his gift unfurl.

Gaining Composer

I'll hold you close
I won't let go
You know the pain I feel inside
I found myself in a world changing
As I was choking on
And destroying my morals

Don't fall away from me tonight
Please girl, I need you here
You're the only one
Who understands

Stepping down
From fighting my fear
I'll walk away and leave it here
It's been so long since I've been strong
I'm not dying here
Not today, I'm not the same

Don't fall away from me tonight
Please girl, I need you here
You're the only one
Who understands my changing
And most of all I've known
But it's not the same this time
I just can't see myself that way
I'll make it easier for both of us

No more fear in sight
I left that here tonight

The Composer

It came out of a powerful dream so radiant,
captured that all behold transfigured stimulant.
The heavens opened in all its glory by a note,
from the bottom of silent dark sounded forth.
One low and one high pitch creating a globe,
forthwith to turn a spiral octave strobe.
Slowly beginning a stringing of hymn,
weaving each day into a magic dim.
That sunrise starts singing to the valley,
the springs to the streams rhythm pulse alley.
Plugging bases from river to ocean,
clarinet and oboe flow in playful potion.
The vibrating air now in choir harmony,
opens the flowers to complete this symphony.
Sighs and shivers come from the bosom of earth,
the stars unfold into infinity rebirth.
Swerves and turns back on itself sensation,
contracts and expands the germ of creation.
Music of other worlds magnificent,
infinite harmonic order so vigilant.

Shall I compose for you a warm summer’s night?
One filled with crickets and night birds softly calling.
Of shimmering Alder leaves in the pale moonlight
as night owls glide silently upon wings stalling
while twinkling stars shine so very bright.

Shall I compose for you a cool autumn’s day
walking through fields of pumpkin and barley.
Caressing each other’s hands in that special way
while tossing sticks for our retriever, “Marley”.
We stop to talk at the swing by the beautiful bay.

Shall I compose for you a cold first winter’s snow?
Stepping outside and exhaling that steamy breath.
As flakes fall and land gathering to and fro
the snowmen dance, then a slow melting death.
The warming sun renders a grin from the willow.

Shall I compose for you a sweet spring kiss?
Hearing the songbirds sing in the greening trees
and sprouts raise their blooms, and we reminisce
of that lovely feel of a springtime breeze.
I'll compose for you a life that goes on just like this.

The Depressed Composer

In a note, in a thousand dots
In a row, a few lines,
Can this creator create a tone,
To hit the right spots, by soft and hard strokes-
Making the depression begone?

The composed rhythm to cancel out
All this gloom, that in the mind is so loud.
It's loud and quiet!, I have no power to move,
Feed my ears, oh dear hands!
With this lovely tune.

Banish this depression won't you?
