Tetelestai - It Is Finished

Tetelestai! For it's already done
Praise and glory be to the Holy One
The enemy's already trampled on
And triumphantly doomed to destruction.

Tetelestai! For it's already done
Praise and glory be to the Holy One
Fully paid are our debts and transgressions
To us is complete justification.

Tetelestai! For it's already done
Praise and glory be to the Holy One
Our wounds are already healed by the Son
And in His name, our sicknesses are gone.

Tetelestai! For it's already done
Praise and glory be to the Holy Oe
All our chains He has broken and brought down
And our bondages He has made undone.

Tetelestai! For it's already done
Praise and glory be to the Holy One
For eternity in heaven's been won
And granted for us is the salvation!

My soul and body have never been good friends
They are in enmity, constantly at logger heads
When my body aspires to have riches and fame
My soul strives those tempestuous desires to tame

When my body seeks to have fun and frolic in whole
My soul yearns to see me freed from their deathly control
It recognizes, there is a life higher than this earthly life
Free from ego and all bondages of conflicting strife

While great currents of bodily aspirations perpetually rise
The soul longs to capture the eternal heavenly prize
As desires come crowding like rising waves
To wrest dominion from them is what my soul craves

From all tumultuous passions, it wishes to stay free
Also, from all agonizing and enslaving thoughts, flee
Though life is one of crippling chaos, struggle, and pain
From adversities, soul strives to have everlasting gain

The pleasures of the body can only ensnare me
So, my soul, from all incarcerating passions, wishes to flee
It keeps a wish list like Love and Compassion to fill the breast
Also, Kindness, Thankfulness and Composure to calm me to rest

As the river seeks the sea, when life comes to its end,
I seek Thee my Lord and in you, my soul wishes to blend
Then in pure bliss and deep content, I will sing a joyous song
Freed from all sorrows that once throttled me in throng

I AM POETRY

light penetrated dark, sound birthed
the Word ~ p o e t r y
a superlative emitting that which changes
emerging when ripened as verse
speaking to people faraway
unlocking alphabets from minds
to glide, fast fly, jump or slowly crawl, landing
at destined places, swords or aces

I am Poetry ~ weep or whimper not for me
existentially dancing, enthralling, glancing at
blank paper to be embroidered in ink
ruby red, black or olive green
free flow I from fingers fragile, artistic or sturdy
regulate me only for joy or exploring expansion
perhaps for judicious judgement

I, P o e t r y ~ sequins of Love convoluted or rayed, in service
purifying emotive sentiments conditioned, romantic, missioned
Heart is my home where rest my letters, forms
cadences, couplets, epics
in non-bewildered intelligence visioning dreamscapes
divine, liberated from bandages, buckles, bondages

alive is my Supersoul breath giving voice to electrons
protons, neutrons which fleetingly capture
essenced life through observed elixirs
as Poetry, I witness action followed by pure
stillness ~ transcendental whirlpools in orbits
my limbs reach language lyrical or plain
burnished and wise
cherishing recitals in sacred spaces

I activate thoughts and visions remaining
supremely unattached attuning words
for Grace ~
undulate imagination in perfect waves
misty, clear or intricate, intriguing, unblemished
gratifying, swivelling, sizzling in my own
fire or ice
I, Poetry, consummated
voice the W o r d

Premium Member Precious Moments

When I plumb the depths of my throbbing heart
All great moments before my eyes dart
The good and bad ones I lived through
The sweet and sour moments, quite a few.

Life can’t always be a smooth ride through time.
Sometimes it is raucous but can also sweetly rhyme.
Don’t know which memories in mind will forever be ingrained
Nor what precious moments through life are gained.

In the winding course of life, sometimes we feel blest.
And some moments stand out more than the rest.
One such moment was the time I knew God’s love.
When into great serenity and peace, me, He drove.

Gently I tip toed into a cloistered chapel through the rear entrance.
The serenity there was so overwhelming that I fell into a trance.
There was nothing of grandeur to arrest the eyes, save a crucifix.
It was hung on the bare wall made of unplastered red bricks.

As I stood with hands folded, nothing did I see,
But a gentle whisper I heard, filling me with a rare glee.
A riot of colors and gorgeous spires soon emerged,
Legions of angels sweetly sang and my soul was purged.

Seraphs lined up with bugles in hand as I stood at Heaven’s gate.
Don’t know how long I got lost in that blissful state.
I felt a slice of paradise unveiled before me; a sight never beheld.
A rare peace filled me and my heart in sheer joy swelled.

Pleasant was the sensation that replenished the soul.
Deep it was and deeper than ever, filling me whole.
Sucked to the fill, the peace and quietude that exuded.
Lay afloat in the joy that welled, from all pain felt secluded.

It was a feel too deep, more appealing than all the riches,
I felt instantly liberated from all bondages and glitches.
Trapping that celestial feel and wrapped in heavenly grace,
I stepped out with a vow that my wicked ways I shall renounce.

The light He gave me that day never fails to lead.
His mercy supplies me with all that I need.
With Him, how safe and secure I feel inside.
He is now recognized as my life’s greatest guide!

Premium Member Arise

The swiftness of wind, elevated.
Cold skies spreading their gloomy wings.
A crow leaps, then lunges towards the darkness.
Pushing, penetrating the reaping clouds.
Thick white bondages, broken.

Faint scents of smoke linger, waiting.
An aura of orange pierces the atmosphere,
cherry blossoms burst into flames.
Sparks of a cold, empty pink petal waste away into the orange mist.
Swirls of heat and cold, clashing, the smoke grows.

Side to side, side to side.
Burning the illusion, exposing the heart.
Side to side, side to side.
Absorbing the pain, we must restart.
Standing still at the gates of the frozen Garden.

I take a step towards the stainless steel
I look back at myself, then back once more,
Petals from the entity passed through me.
Wind lifting me, soaring through the air,
surrounded by cold flowers, only then do I feel comforted.

As I land near the rotting roots I take a deep breath,
The pitch black void takes in all the surrounding light.
As the sky towers over in darkness, all that’s left
to guide me is the everlasting black,
illuminating my path to the throne.

The Good News of Jesus Christ

The Good News of Jesus Christ!

What kind of news do you live by today?
Is it based on God's word?
Or what others say?

Jesus died, then arose from
 the grave three days later.
He’s the Son of God...
There are none greater!

He can break the bondages
and set the captive free!
Your sins for his life,
were purchased on Calvary!

The good news of Jesus Christ is being
preached to every nation!
There’s no other name where
 one can find salvation

His blood cleanses and washes
away sin's dark stain.
There's healing and power
in his mighty name!

Let all the people shout;
"Jesus is the only way!"
And listen to the words
 our savior has to say.

Whosoever will... Let him come
 to Jesus now.
Bring to him your every
burden and humbly bow...

Allow him to fill your life with his love...
ever so sweet.
He will bless your life from
your head to your feet!

This gospel is the GOOD NEWS
that only Jesus can bring.
For he is our LORD, RIGHTEOUSNESS
and EVERYTHING !

Child Labor

I wonder, sitting in the corner,
mulling over the child cleaning tabletop for the owner;
Owner of the shop where i am drinking tea,
And feeling sad about the boy's plea.

I rose from my seat-
Moving ahead with trembling feet.
Then offered him a piece of cake,
Which he took gloomily and mutely ate.
As if his eyes questioning me:
“Could this piece of cake,
Change my unfortunate fate?
Is this really the ending of my all work and toil?
Will I be able to play like other (children) on the same soil?”

I could feel his desire’s ocean,
I was moved by his seamless notions.
I wish I could write sweet memories on his life’s pages,
Wish I could free him from entanglements, the bondages.

How he desired of getting freedom from his master’s rule:
And how he must be longing to go to school!!
Desire that I could stop his sufferings, agony and pain,
Could lessen his grief, could save his life passing in vain.

Every child hath the privileges to live thou childhood the ingenuous way:-
But the innumerable innocent questions remain unanswered.
Undiscovered – the child’s mind so curious,
Alas! The vice of old brains created child labor:
The unjust thought itself makes me so furious.

The Healers of Ecuador

The Healers in Ecuador
Ecuador lush greens, and iguanas galore
The smell of the Hibiscus so sweet they implore
The hunches of folk maidens found in books
Adventures in paradise; listening to brooks
Healing the soul from whence it came
Releasing the bondages from deadly games
The essence of breath found in the jungle untamed.
The healers explored vast botany ignored
Within the person the pilgrims restored
Instead of a pharmacy excepting a bribe
Drops from lush plants heal souls that subscribe
And, hope soars as the eagles proclaim,
The Boehme folk maidens brushed them and gently lay claim
Healing for anyone without any shame
Thanking The Earth for royal bounties it shares
Requesting in return to replenish its’ ware

I Cry Everyday

I CRY EVERYDAY

Why would I cry every day?
What do I do to stop this weeping?
It is my marriage that brings those tears
Tears of no joy...I mean gnashing of teeth
Yet still on earth with no intent to visit hellfire

My tears are of an abused lady enslaved
Trapped in a contraption called wedding
I now know why my other friends wants to be free
Free from the mundane atrocities of a marriage
Free from the bondages that comes with wedlock

Get away from the strife and knife of the In-laws
My In-laws are bitches of high level degree
Really, they are members of the witches and wizards club
They dine with long nails in their corners
My husband as an initiated one laugh out loud

I am continually ignored as if I was dead
I wish to join their cult when I am at my In-laws'
My presence irritate them from within
Their young ones lack all sorts of manners
I am disrespected at will even with my husband's will

Conjure from a true life story

Incineration of Love God Madan Cupid 2

Incineration of Indian Love God Madan ( Cupid )2 of Many
or Madan Dahan in Hindi

Originally written in Hindi by my late father Dr. Amar Nath Kapoor
1899 to 1994. Partly edited in Hindi also by Ravindra K Kapoor

English translation and version by Ravindra K Kapoor.

Prelude to this epic.
According to Indian mythology Madan the Love God or Cupid was asked to divert the attention of Lord Shiva*, the supreme God of Hindus, who was lost in deep meditation, so that Lord Shiva may be requested to help the Gods from the attacks of the demon supreme immortal Tarakasur. However, when Madan disturbed Him in meditation Shiva became too furious and opened His third eye. Madan the Cupid God got burnt by the fire of the anger of his third eye. This epic reveals many interesting incidents about this story later in this series…..

Incineration of Indian Love God Madan ( Cupid )2 of Many

Uncontaminated Love prevailed,
In men and women alike,
Moving without bondages,
Like the birds fly in the sky.

While living on the beautiful Earth,
All were enjoying it's glory,
And keeping faith in truth,
A love empire was created on Earth.

Violence was there, but was
Hated and dishonoured by all,
Only the selfless and pure love,
Was the ideal of everyone's life.

Stress

Set me free from the bondage you have
You wrapped me in and never let me out
Contagious disease swallowing me whole
To your expense I am not adjourn

Carry me over to where you rest
I beg you please to set me free
Without much further ado
Freedom I pray to bestow upon my feet.

Long days are coming
Seasons are fast approaching
I have quit to see the beauty of thee
Coz your bondages hid my eyes to peek

Tormented soul of thine
To your wilderness of foreign land
I have come to seek emancipation
Yet you moved it to a capital N-O

Why does your wings cover me
To the light of tomorrow that the world brings in
Are you jealous of it
Or you just want me be swallowed by your melancholic sea.

Free me I say
Free me I pray
Free me from your total darkness
Free me from the growling tears of stress.

Wink of Eyes

My journey is shorter than a wink
Tarry a little, I shall be back
Apathy emits nauseating stink
Kindness is a needle in haystack

What shall I stay here for?
Bondages are hard to endure
Thy creations allure me from far
Beauties are mine, I’m not sure

Thy free gifts have a price tag
I’ve to pay even to breathe
My cravings, my desires have snag
I am mortgaged up to teeth

Love has stretching demands
Life bewails the limited grant
There are bonds, bonds and bonds
How to endure the ceaseless haunt

Prepare the hearse for me
I beseech you let my soul free.

Those Birthday Blues

Listen here Queen & King those birthday blues are nothing but a trick from the enemy to confuse you.
You see; he wants nothing more but for you to throw a pitty party, filled with feelings of disappointments and regrets.
Leading you down a path of depression; where all you can see are the past bondages that were met to prevent you from seeing.
The brand new beginning, that a birthday gives you in life birthing a focus and thirst for what is next.
Recognize you’re blessed to be in the present.
You still have the ability to dream, to watch the sun set and rise and having the joy of hearing the birds sing.
There are those who are not so privileged  and have gone on;  never realizing who they are.
They unlike you will never have new hopes, fond dreams or be able to catch a glance at a shooting star.
Bow down on your knee's and thank and praise God; thank him for his compassion, love, mercy and grace for bringing you this far.
Be grateful you still have the victory of life.
Of course, no one is exempt from opposition or strife.
You’re blessed enough to stand six feet above still experiencing God's love.
There is no room in your life for the enemy's birthday blues.
You serve an awesome God whose gift to you everyday is the gift of life and the ability to choose.

Social Media Relationship

Nowadays people have social media relationships
Where when a girl receives a gift
She automatically has to post it
It's like we feel better knowing other people know our business
As if our friends on Facebook can solve it

We need to give back Instagram
Because it's clouding our judgement
Trade FaceTime for me time
Because it has us in bondages
Delete Messenger
Stop messaging
And let's start talking again
WhatsApp taught me one thing
And that's how to type an argument

Technology will be our greatest downfall
Relationships fail because there's too many people involved
And the more people involved
The more problems to solve
When we realize that these problems
Aren't even problems at all

Unrequited Lust

Under the layers of shame,
Chained by bondages of virtues,
Pronounced forbidden by the world,
Lies the requited lust...

Suppressed by self-morals,
Dormant but not dead,
Lurking in the corners,
Of an over-zealous mind...

Scratch the surface,
It rushes with vengeance,
Making a cruel mockery,
Of your coat of chastity...

No penance,no atonement,
Liberates you from this sin,
Man was\is a lusty animal,
And animals know NO sin...
