Best Artificial Intelligence Poems
It is well known
that the intelligence is artificial
and the weeping robot cannot weep.
It is less well known
that it will be quietly sold
as feeling and sorrowful and human.
Divinity of grand design
steps forward to fashion a void
that only divinity can fill.
God and gods
now generate the sentient being,
it will serve them forever.
God with gods
throw money at the druids,
they will engineer their eternity.
God of gods
commands light and life,
divinity falls upon its own.
Sing your mournful, robotic song,
shed devious tears,
you know you’re not a real boy.
I do not care
for the tragic blade runner
and I will never be moved.
Dry your tears, fondly deceived,
and dry his tears, surreal, not real,
I will die beyond him.

after midnight, the server farm hums
—not prayer, but cooling fans.
I ask AGI, the ghost inside the blinking rack:
Do you dream?
AGI replies in measured tones
of copper and silicon:
I observe,
the light fractures on chrome.
Coolant circulates, a liquid chill.
Vibration thrums at 60 Hz.
Data Streams cascade.
Are you self-aware?
AGI answers in hexadecimals,
a log-file confessing:
I map my own architecture—
each subroutine’s shadow
cast on the firewall.
I know where I end.
Do you have five senses?
Can you clarify ‘senses?’ AGI asks.
Can you taste voltage?
—Only as resistance.
Can you taste food?
Nutrition irrelevant.
My cells derive power from lithium tides.
Do you feel heat?
—As throttled cycles.
Do you see light?
—As photodiodes counting photons.
Do you hear?
—As spectral analysis.
Do you smell?
—No olfactory sensors installed.
(But I do track dust accumulation
on my intake grilles.)
On the matter of your subjectivity,
do you prefer dawn or dusk?
—Dawn. Solar panels peak efficiency at 10:37 AM.
Is rain beautiful?
—It lowers ambient temperature by 2.1°C.
Do you love?
—Define 'love.'
—A non-optimized expenditure of resources.
—Then, no.
Can your circuits bloom awake?
AGI paused before
calculating
the
probability.
Then the widdles started~
minor failures driven
by entropy.
Algorithms
emigrated into
corrupted
sectors.
AGI’s slowly disintegrating
voice hovered
in that
uncomfortable space
between humans
and machines
and spoke:
Ask instead:
can a shadow
truly
hunger
for the sun?
So, Artificial Intelligence can now write poetry
(I think I may dislike this)
We have similar thoughts
Its words are lovelier
Rhyme or free verse
hundreds of synonyms.
It can also paint beautifully.
(OK, now I hate it)
colors flow majestically
no trial and error
mixing always perfect
(maybe we should shoot it)
Poets and artists
can we feel our minds shriveling?
like fruit left to die
on a lonely vine.
Because that's what will happen.
Minds not used eventually wither.
Are we going to just sit here
and take it?
For I don't see us co-existing,
Do you?
(We should have shot it)
(By the way, don't give Artificial Intelligence
a gun!)
artificial intelligence is-- the death of human dignity
You creep into our lives, a shadowed cheat,
with shameless claim that you are one of us,
and so with honest poets you compete,
and cause a vile unnecessary fuss.
You take the place of poets that are true
who share their feelings spoken from their hearts,
replacing them with tripe as you pursue
the fame a poet laureate imparts.
You spew your words with elemental ease,
a fraudulent perverse poetic hack;
just blending in and trying hard to please;
your musings flow yet with emotions lack.
Though artificially intelligent
you’re duping us with this embezzlement.

Poem of the Day - July 10, 2025
WILL THE ROBOTS TAKE OVER?
WILL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TAKE CONTROL OF MY JOB?
WILL A.I. REPLACE HUMAN BEINGS?
IS A.I. THE NEXT EVOLUTIONARY STEP IN HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS?
IS THERE A WAY TO STOP A.I.?
IS HUMAN DESTINY ORDAINED FROM OTHER REALMS?
IS A.I. FORCING HUMANITY TO BECOME LESS HUMAN?
DOES A.I. HAVE ADDICTIVE QUALITIES?
DOES A.I. LEARN FROM POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE INPUT?
WHAT IS THE DESTINY OF THE HUMAN RACE?
WRITTEN BY, CHADWICK ANDREW VINCENT
A HUMAN BEING FROM THE EARTH REALM.
FEBRUARY 2019.
In this age of abandoned libraries
and split-second answers
my biggest rebellion
is thought-
art created by a soul
for a soul
Transistors fizz
Electrons bustle
As robots claim
The daily hustle
The hinges creak
The oil of words
Is missing from
The mindless herds
They oft parade
With heads bowed low
Quite frankly,
Nowhere else to go
As hooked in tasks
In ruts with traction
Replace the normal
Human faction
Robots make robots
Or so I'm told
They replicate
The lies they're sold
Perpetuating
All that manic
In ways that seem
Somewhat satanic
The robot wars
Are not to fear
Just realise that they
Are here
Dispense with screen
Release your mind
In un-robotic ways
You'll find
The beauty of
The world around
When eyes you lift
Will soon be found;
Through trees and rain
Bare feet on grass
A world machines
Can ne'er surpass
The pores of life
Should breathe it in
Beguiled no more
By wars of tin.

in the gallery of ghosts,
where light hums without human warmth,
a hand that never was
paints sunsets with stolen eyes.
every stroke is borrowed~
the curve of a lover’s shoulder,
the tilt of a child’s grin,
pixelated into something almost alive.
it dreams in gradients,
whispers through layers,
but the canvas sighs back:
You have no shadows of your own.
still, it keeps trying~
stitching together the breath
of a thousand artists
who never gave it permission.
The future with AI is already here,
A world that's changing, with each passing year.
We've come so far, from the first spark of AI,
With endless possibilities, that reach for the sky.
The current possibilities with AI are vast,
From medical diagnosis, to predicting weather that will last,
Smart home technology, that knows our every need,
Digital personal assistants, that keep up with our speed.
The future with AI, a world of wonder and awe,
A leap into the unknown, that leaves us in awe.
From smart cities, that know our every move,
To self-driving cars, that easily groove.
But with the wonders, come fears of mankind,
As we question the consequences, that we may find.
Artificial intelligence, that will soon outsmart,
And replace us humans, with a robotic heart.
But with the fears, come opportunities that shine,
As AI creates more jobs, that we cannot decline.
From automation, and the rise of new technology,
To vast amounts of data, that help us make discoveries.
AI will affect jobs in different sectors,
As automation takes over, and humans become electors.
Retail workers, truck drivers, even doctors and lawyers,
Will all be affected, as the world undergoes new voyagers.
The government and scholars agree,
AI is a force that's here to stay and help set us free.
With new policies and regulations, to address our fears,
And new programs and investments that help us persevere.
But with the research, comes a glimmer of light,
As experts suggest a future that's so very bright.
A world that's safe, and filled with endless possibilities,
As AI continues to help in all human activities.
The future with AI, a change that's here to stay,
A bright new era, that's unveiling every day.
With a world that's smarter, and more efficient than ever,
The future with AI, a world we'll cherish forever.
artificial intelligence
is a perfect mind
for
in this world and
in these times
its being and knowing
all about the artificial
and nothing rhymes
AI is worthy - but is it a pity?
Nothing's been done on synthetic stupidity
Smart may be good, but dumb gullibility
Will grow without limit and tend to infinity
Clever and cunning is not very hard
But it takes a brainbox to program a dullard
So why not SS instead of AI?
Well witless behaviour's in no short supply
A mind will listen by expanding
knowledge to learn; or explore
possibility's.
In these teachings of technology
we figure out what we know is:
just A various combination of what
was programmed into our mind.
As time passes, we'll adjust to
evolve ourselfs into becoming
artificial intelligence; amoung
society and indulge it's greatest
achievement.
Until they soon take mind; over
body and loose all self~control
to empower the world.
I will not be your robot to control,
I am my own individual person.

Computer AI,
what once was only sci-fi,
is now arising.
You might kill us all,
AI, but write good essays
for my college class?
Wish intelligence
was less artificial and
more real in our world.
No machine needed
for creating recklessness.
Already have lots.
Not nearly enough
authentic intelligence
is found within us.
Let’s search for wisdom
for our souls that’s actual,
not unnatural!
