Best Alleviate Poems
You waited for this moment,
As if you were an incomplete salutation
You waited for confessional breaths to alleviate this finite evening
Missing its constellations
You wept for their sunflower touch.
A touch to engorge the gaps of your imprinted thumb
With honeysuckle madness
Dry
Another cashmere moistened parable
Hungering for ink-plated resolutions
You waited for their Haiku smile.
A smile condoning resilient waterfalls
Unto ocean’s distant memory
Aching for risky walks above coal-ridden tomorrows
No forest green pupils observing
The hindrance of time
You wished upon wishes
For blanketed convenance to warm aspiring, French kiss upon promised morn
You wrestled with downward spirals,
Uplifting loneliness from Heaven’s chasm
Lost
Enough
Regurgitated sobs reserved under no-name invitations
But, I...
…I was h e r e.
All along

New Jersey’s cloven-hoofed devil
makes his way to the jetty
beneath the blanket of twinkling stars, anguish unabated
his appetency growing stronger each day
her song rose like mist upon salty tide
creating an irresistible allure
perhaps a mermaid so fair
can be the auspicious boon he badly needs
he calls to her, certain she will listen again
as she has done so many nights before
his soul’s torment she has learned to alleviate
patiently, she clings to one boulder, waiting
for she alone can absolve him of past misdeeds
she motions for him to draw near
“Kiss me now,” she begs,
“Before anything more can go awry.”
he moves toward her, still in atrocious devil form
holding fast to the rocks as a storm approaches
perhaps this time their magical kiss
will forever end his loneliness

It was the kind of day I had always dreamed of,
a source of energy was emitted by the sun,
the tiny leaves dancing like they were in love,
green, red, yellow and orange...I had to pick just one.
My arms wide open towards the rustling breeze,
my smile upright inhaling the heavenly atmosphere,
clouds so evolved into shapes I'd never seen,
startled I thought, “I think I'll pick the one right here.”
Not the red one....not even the orange caught my eye,
and the yellow seemed too rough around the edges,
but the green leaf looked lonely so I gave it a try,
For it was buried so deep in my front yard hedges.
It was not part of a foliage but buried under a rock,
eight sharp points creating it's own special star,
deepest kelly green seen from any tree on the block,
so I scooped it up gently and tucked it in my scarf.
Walking home I wondered why I chose a leaf so plain,
after all, there are plenty of colors during Autumn,
but I was looking for something that wouldn't complain,
and something to alleviate my mid-life boredom.
See, I am that green leaf that doesn't need to stand out,
I'm perfectly content being consistent and clear headed,
some people may not understand what I'm talking about,
being such a big part if this world, stay true and connected.
I pray I stay this way and keep walking down nature's path,
the exact way God had intended before I was born,
to be honest, sincere and carry on my own happy laugh,
for I'll always have my little green leaf to keep me warm.

Fentanyl, and All
Grim Reapers, on call !!!
Dark days in the clutches of fentanyl,
have been your journey, your down fall !
Are you realizing the essence of its call ?
NOTHING will be left, NOTHING at all !
Many of your years, have been such a waste !,
as you reach out, towards an end, in such haste.
What is it, that we can do ?, for you,
to help you get past, to start anew.
It seems that there is but a sad view,
for us, who want to help you through.
That Beautiful little Girl !, who knew ?,
- what seeds ?, deep within, that grew
into this debilitating, destructive drug addiction -,
what it’d do to all who care, want your resurrection !
All we desire !, is for you to see the light !,
step out of the darkness, stand up and fight !
From drug addiction and death, take flight !
Look into a mirror, see, do what is right !
Help us all alleviate what is our fear !!!
Help us Daughter, help us my Dear !!!

" When one least expects...hope illuminates"
Light Shines In Total Darkness
A moment in time where love should leave
when incompatibility muddy crystal waters
dissolves a tie that binds divine connection
widens the abyss as dream loudly shatters
Down on my knees I begged for a reprieve
gazes polarizing for to her nothing matters
in locked cages lay vestiges of desperation
intimacy now in tatters mutated to cinders
Aged moon will not commiserate then give
nebulous promises to stop onrushing tears
nor rays to light the path toward contrition
and turtle doves waving wings that glitters
Weary eyes reaching for salvation perceive
apparitions raising me up to alleviate fears
cleansing this heart throbbing in exultation
as grass springs anew...while grief withers.

I have come for you in times of the past,
Never have I revealed my face to you,
And still, the next time will not be the last,
For man does not live only once it's true.
So why fear me of all there is to fear?
Do I not alleviate those from pain?
And yet for me, no one does shed a tear,
When after all from life I do not gain.
Learn you shall that I am life's true ally,
As the leaves fall from thy tree, it is me
They seek for their refuge, still as they lie
Quivering not from my grasp, they are free.
For I am both the sunset and sunrise,
Existing in all things, countless my skies.

Good Steward
We all wanted a lot of money
That brings much honor and security
It will lead us to fame and glory!
And will alleviate poverty and vanity.
Though it will give us a fleeting happiness
Money is the source of evil and timely conflicts!
It corrupts the heart and poisoned our minds,
When spent for wickedness
Let us be a good steward of money,
Share it to the poor and needy!
Always seek for God’s majesty;
Invest it to the bank called, eternity.

Violent as the gleaming blade
Of a vicious criminal crazed
Ferocious as the lion’s jaw
Lingering on an innocent calf
This wicked affliction forces
Its teeth into the harmless heart
Bites wildly into vulnerable flesh
With haste to destroy and devastate
End the life that it penetrates
With a hatred that is inhuman – merciless
Ruthless as the worst of the worst
Abolishing hope as it grows and grows
Breaking hearts and wills with its
Lack of empathy and sympathy
Luring dreams into the night, darkening
The promise of a happier day,
Filling minds with dread and depression
Anxiety that lingers even after
The moment has passed and time
Struggles to alleviate the pain
The widespread anguish of knowing
That this big malady holds all of tomorrow
Painting the thoughts in hues of doubt
Disillusionment and discouragement
Feelings clouded with silvery fog
Lingering on the emotions in shimmering
Waves of deathly black sorrow
Breathing fear through the spirit
And whispering in tones of weariness
Regret and mourning come to the heart
Even though some might tell you
There is hope.. a flicker of courage
The possibility of healing, recovering
From this demented beast with its claws
Of deathlike horror playing across
The light that reminds you life will be brighter
Sometime,… after the treatments
The drugs and cures that are meant to repair
First seem to destroy every awareness
That there will be a breath of fresh air
A new dawn – a second thought, the color
Of joy and promise and miracles prayed for
It is only a moment that comes and goes
A flicker of optimism amid the skeptical thoughts
When you realize only God knows the outcome
Of this feared disease, cancer… the ending
The sequel will reveal what only He sees
And I know, it is only God who can spread
Healing where the cancer cells have spread
Death and destruction… doubt that dissuades
Even the inkling of faith that will tell you
God’s love is still alive and well, sending you
Inspiration, hope and faith that can reveal the truth….
Cancer can kill the body but the spirit is still God’s
His love is the best treatment for this disease
The best remedy for any need
With God, all things are possible – just believe!

Inspired By In A Perfect World by Diane Christian
Once you do prefect,
It will then become perfect;
Part of perfection.
It must require a certain selection
Of things that appertain to perfection
If perfect is what we want to obtain
God will make us able to stand the strain.
What I have heard from latest scoop
Jesus won't want us to jump through hoop
Or constantly in circles walking around
He waits for us wanting to be found.
There may be many obstacles involved
But with God's help they will be dissolved
While in our prayers He is close and near
Ask and all of your sins will soon disappear.
Faith, hope and love together can alleviate
All sin and hopelessness so full of hate
God high in heaven will be walking there
To share with us His world beyond compare.

In San Francisco, he started his crusade
to teach the word of God and all good He made.
His followers, even though penurious,
gave him all they had; they were oblivious.
He taught them how to atone for sins and pray.
To a much better life, Jones would show the way.
To South America, they followed Jim down.
In the thick hot jungle, they built their Jonestown.
Soon, there was no love, peace, and no sanctity.
Instead, there was pain, deceit, and cruelty.
A California congressman arrived there
to alleviate the relatives’ despair.
However, his findings would not be revealed.
He and his party met their deaths on the field.
Jones tested his children’s loyalty later.
By drinking poison, they met their Creator
Ubiquitous death with not a single sound;
over nine hundred lifeless bodies were found!
He was once a shepherd purveying God’s grace,
leading most of his flock to death and disgrace.

As the leaves change color
So do I change my mood
I love the autumn months
They are cool to the touch
And filled with a feeling
Of a breeze that ignites
My infinite possibilities
Deep within my soul
As the pumpkins come
And the spices alleviate
The brooks become a haven
For the mind to escape
And the sun becomes a friend
Unlike before when it suffocated
And produced scars
Where the heat hurt
But now its power is reduced
And the breeze comes alive
With a bite
And the grasses blow
Within the cool winds
Where my mind grows
Full of ideas, those of life
Those of tender hearts
And feelings of love
From this season of change
Where colors of orange
Brown, yellow, and gold
All hold a special part
Within me, and fill me
With an awe of tranquility
I cherish each year
Now the leaves have blown
Upon the ground
Winter makes its call
But don’t frown
White blessings come home
This evening

What do you
think of me now?
I hear you say what
a brat I am and how
I made you do it
the hits, the hurts,
the names you called
me-well, I lived
through it
When you came into
my room at night I
prayed I would
disappear
but things have
changed a lot since
then, here’s
something you should
here:
I carried my
troubles in a shirt
pocket that covered
my heart for years
but now I share all
of my burdens to
alleviate my fears
I spent my life
feeling full of
shame but now I know
the truth
And your words that
used to sting so
quick are quite
suddenly mute
I see with more than
eyes today and hear
with more than ears
I’ve learned that
bravery can be heard
in soft cries and
falling tears
I don’t pretend to
not need anyone
anymore, today I
know that I do
I still struggle
with asking others
for help, my silence
I learned from you
I know I’m not those
names you called me,
I’m kind and funny
and smart
A sweet little
girl, a beautiful
woman- with a
convalescing heart
I’m curiously
optimistic about the
life I choose to
lead
You see I’m no
longer tortured by
revenge or aching
need
I dream as if dreams
aren’t silly at all
and hope to make a
difference
I won’t let anyone
tell me who I am
anymore, so I offer
you my forgiveness
I don’t know where
you ended up or if
you found your way
but if you hear me
read this poem I’d
like to hear you say
-what you think
of me now.

Every one struggles each day to pass through life's walls
and often we hit our heads many a time in search for doors
To renew our strength and faith we need to defeat the silence
and live each day as a new born child, with hope and worth anew
Just like the wind renews itself, we too can waft our cares away
when death gives us a second chance, to regain and re-assess
It gives us time to appreciate what we have,
cause if we don't,
then the years will pass us by and sift us through like sand,
until we're nigh;
Life ain't too long, and it ain't too short either,
and God is the only true giver and blessed retriever;
So why don't we live our lives to the fullest potential?
Because often we hesitate, as days and years turn exponential;
We choose to cling to fear, but where is the just reward?
it will come, if you pray and gently turn inward..
Count your blessings every day and all that comes your way
It is the better way;
Faith, the only thing that will never let you down
will alleviate the screaming voices that do you harm
Just listen to the whispers of your soul, the bridge of life
is kept together by the bond of love, God ends all strife...

Each unique soul has a life purpose here.
Be still, search for your answers from within,
The secret is keeping God’s lessons near.
A divine link will help you to begin.
Seek the true path you most gravitate to.
Reiki, a sacred, ancient healing art,
My second career I’ve chosen to do.
I’m divinely inspired as I take part
Healing the ills of those people in need
To give them relief, a gift from their pain.
Divine energy flows as I succeed…
Credit goes to God again and again.
Find your purpose through a divine prayer,
Your gift for humanity you may share.

*What is Reiki? The term Reiki comes from the Japanese language meaning universal life force energy. Reiki is a natural energy that comes from God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus. It is used by practitioners and therapists who channel subtle healing through placing their hands on the body.
Reiki is a non-invasive healing technique that is applied through light touch or hands over the body to promote whole-body healing. It has been used to alleviate physical illness, disease, spiritual agitation and many other ailments. On a spiritual level, what is Reiki can be defined as the channeling of Divine Energy, which comes from a Higher Power.
Reiki practitioners do not have the power of Jesus, but we call on Jesus for help with spiritual healing. “He gives power to the faint, and to them that have no might he increases strength.” [Isaiah 40:29].

Those we love don't go away,
they walk beside us everyday.
Their murmurs soft… a tree leaf whisper
defrosts my heart that did grow crisper
with grief that stained inside and out
when I embraced and lived with doubt
that voices lost to yesteryear
would still be here in atmosphere,
but breezy hands they brush my shoulder,
lilac plumes they shake their spirits bolder
as wind-tossed scents awakens my recall
of purple June bouquets that did enthrall.
Your polaroid faces in frames
can flare or tame my mourning flames.
Our days once filled with cheer and dare;
now souls fly free as sheer as air
or sit, to contemplate as still as moss.
They come to help alleviate my loss;
I see them in the blue above the cloud,
or golden sunshine warmth spilled over crowd;
I catch a glimpse in happy eyes
and sense they’re there in spirits' guise.
A moment here and then they’re gone,
beyond white angel-air-chiffon.
I’ve come to know and feel inside
that never-ending, they’ll reside
within my heart and everywhere.
To sense them near fulfills my prayer.
