Love’s Alchemy is Eternal

Your look, touch, and scent now so perfect pure,
Enchants my true emotions and soaring passion.
I knoweth now our love shall always endure,
As God unites our souls as one by divine action!

Our sensual passion defines love’s spirit entire,
As we caress and kiss for this moment’s bliss.
Love’s alchemy maketh our spirits soar afire,
As we embrace our lips find that deepest kiss!

Our hearts beat now in a sacred tempo of love,
That reflects our real destiny, two souls as one.
This is God’s gift to us from Heaven high above,
As we wish these magic moments of eternal fun!

By Heaven, I pray our love’s alchemy forever,
And declareth my love shan’t leave you ever!

Alchemy

How do you change a lie into the truth?
Alchemy, dear children ...
this is how it's done, using unverifiable proof

First, you take a sick, dirty lie,
and doctor it up as truth
Whitewash and scrub it clean,
then jet power it with unsubstantiated verbal steam
That should make the lie thoroughly sanitized

Then play a continuous sound byte loop,
uncorroborated and fact-free
Present the fake news with a five-star salute,
then say secrecy is the true path to liberty
This rings eerily like New Age alchemy,
bell-tolling Faustian chemistry
If that ain't a manufactured alternate reality,
then somebody is lying to us obviously

How do you do this, change a lie into the truth?
Alchemy, dear children ...
this is how it's done, using fabricated proof
Next, you take a package,
and deliver it to the people,
with a Trojan horse message inside
But the people don't know it's harmful,
because they labeled it with a lie
See, that's the beauty of deception,
they don't call a lie a lie
Instead they choose another word,
as they place the pirate patch over their eye

Misleading, false claims
Plausible deniability
mis-remembering

Choose whichever words you will,
a lie is a lie is a lie still
Changing a word won't make a falsehood real
Taste the propaganda spoiled sauerkraut;
as alternative facts are trotted out,
and disinformation is bandied about

Know that immoral alchemy is being performed
by high wizards of the dark arts
Frankenstein experiments in need of more body parts
Don't be bewitched by lying craft,
don't get (con)fused by this manipulative graft
into a cancerous body politic
Changing a lie into the truth
is the ultimate alchemist trick

Graced by festive home-made trimmings
On an eve which hails life aglow--
Merry tears drift in wonderment
As spark of hope blazes, to flow :
That each dwelling exalts JOY JOY
Bright the praise through heaven above ,
For the magical glee this year—
A wintertime brimming with white of frost
Of beningn dusks. a swerve imperial
Kindling what nourishes all… LOVE!

"Alchemy"

Begin: Take a Chance on Love

So you’re hurt.
You hurt, you hide
in your big words
clever camouflage

You say you're ok
in blythe denial
of all that’s past
that’s ok, write it all away

Take all the time
you need to make
sense of past bad ryhmes
don't bury your dreams, turning of a dime

"Simple"... beats sophistication every time
Bleeds your heart in time with mine
Try being glib and sublime
with all the other jumping frogs in the mire

Hey, you’re ok, your heart's beating time
Hey, you’re tomorrow may meet mine

As the men of the great sea carry me
Assuring them of safe travel on water
Courage and serenity are given free
Am restless anxiety adjuster

Feel so soft smooth as nestled in pocket
Look deeply into my pale blue colors
Ye men of wide sea who wear bluejacket
Those who my purpose are sure acceptors

How my healing powers strength your heart
Throat, spleen, immune system, mouth, ears, breating
Offering protection for journey chart
Constantly in your pocket safely abiding

Mental, emotional, physical
Aquamarine polished smooth possible alchemy

The Alchemy of Resonance

Reso-
nance
comes,
I feel
it
now
as
a
hum
in
my
be-
ing
and
then through
my fingers. And soon
you will feel it deep in your
chest, your heart, your
blood and your soul.
We feel it, this time is
nothing but shaking.
But know you are not
alone. Everything is shaking
together. Dropped stones send
ripples dancing through little ponds
a thousand lives deep. You feel what I
felt, and all I needed was a few strings
and some wood. Expression is much
like the old alchemy. All I needed
for you to hear my story was
a few strings and some
wood.

Sparkling chemistry between artist and ballerina
Under the apricot sky, they exude verve and zeal
Ballerina twirls, poses, and blows kisses; like magic
Law of Attraction catches them unaware. How feverish!
In the gloaming, the artist sketches his comely muse
Mesmerised by her lithe grace and magnetism
Eureka! They find love before long. A sublime alchemy

Premium Member Poetry is a drug, mixed in the alchemy of the night

Poetry is a drug, mixed in the alchemy of the night,
An elixir of never-ending dreams, the bitter drink of wandering souls,
Poured into the empty goblets of thirsty minds,
And it flows, softly, through the veins carrying the sap of unspoken desires,
A sweet poison that opens gates to hidden worlds.
With every swallowed word, I lose myself in the endless labyrinth,
Where words are torches burning in the hand of time,
Illuminating dark paths where my steps hesitate,
And discovering in the depths, forgotten treasures of love and yearning,
The remnants of battles between dream and reality, between sky and cloud.
In smokey dreams, I let myself be carried by the turbulent rhymes,
That float on murky waters, ink butterflies in their evening flight,
They carry me toward horizons where stars write poems on the celestial vault,
And the moon, the great poetess, pours her silver over seas of unclear thoughts,
Embracing lost souls in eternal poetry, where everything begins and ends.
But, oh, how bitter is the withdrawal when the ink dries up,
And the letters melt into the night, leaving behind only the shadows of silence,
In those moments, my soul breaks, searching for a way back
To that endless ocean of words, where poetry is the drug that keeps me alive,
And in each verse, I find salvation, a lighthouse in the night, guiding me to dawn's light.
Thus, I let myself be caught again in her enchantment, this sacred dependency,
Poetry - my panacea and my curse, the magic that weaves me into a web of dreams,
Where every word is a falling star, and every verse, a new world,
A refuge from reality, where I can fly, fall, be reborn,
In an infinite journey, where poetry is the drug that fuels my soul.

Discerning Insanity
By David J Walker

It is in the collective thought
	The safety of a plausible
Fantasy
The alchemy of
Turning lies into truths

That makes us the irrational
Passionate beings
That rule the earth

In the end
	We are who we
Believe we are
With no proof
That we are not

We are
	For lack of substance
Aloof
To the discernment of
insanity

This poem is about the great painting by Eva Schumy, titled The Alchemy of Love: the painting maps out internal human energies as physical fluids flow through hidden circuits, pipes, and channels carved into mountains. It illustrates the transformative power of love, which physically and psychologically transforms our raw, invisible bodily energies into something spiritual and harmonious.

    Alchemy of Love (Extended Incantation)

Star-shards shatter,
    fire-forged, fervent—
        from cosmic crucibles
              to coal-black stone.

              Love liquefies lead,
        turns ash to amber,
   breath to burning,
bone to bloom.

I inhale her flame,
     a pearl pulsing,
          a power pressing
                  past the veil.

                 Golden gush,
          silver stair,
     spiral spun
through shadow air.

Red streams curl,
   making circles,
       singing change
            in secret rooms.

           Vellum vacuum shudders,
       vessels of watching
   venture into merging,
vows unsaid kindle.

No fates, no graves—
            only the alchemy,
                   only the ache,
                       only the ascent.

Addicted to your Alchemy

I am an equinox of repentance
            glinting base metal
    upon arrival
        already disappearing into time
reacting at my core
     when exposed
            to your mere existence

                 what am I?

      surely changed
             most definitely longing
 distilled upon entanglement
           willing to destabilise
     whenever you wish

      addicted to your alchemy

Blood Alchemy

I carry generational tears I didn’t even cry
Carry the weight of the curses, I don’t even know why
The traumas, the struggles, the lessons to be learned
The biggest one of all: Don’t leave any stone unturned

For every drop of blood that’s been drawn and bled
And for every single tear that’s been emotionally shed
It’s a reminder of the things that’s been left unsaid
And of all the things that we’ve tried to leave for dead

It’s time to wake up and it’s time to act fast
It’s time to unbury the skeletons of our pasts
It’s time to break the chains and throw away the key
It’s time to unburden those that live on after me

Alchemy (An Acrostic)

Ancient science launches research towards new technology
Learning new disciplines to increase the power of their patron
Creating new magics; generating spendable gold from lead
Hinting at greater knowledge hidden in the realms of men
Evolving sciences increase the expertise of kingdom soldiers
Machines, potions and tactics to defeat enemies of the king
Yesterday's mysteries leading the world toward today's reality
