magpie struts haughty
its demeanor black and white
lies betwixt between
warbling dawn chorus
is a caroling warning ~
this is my flock folks
My dear old wombat friend is near.
He says to me, don’t worry.
You’ll look back another time
when you can find it funny.
Go to extremes? It’s not for us.
We like our days quite peaceful.
‘Most every day, do it this way
and we will have a life full -
of Proper Days, done in our way -
ones that we can cherish.
And when we want, can also add
a little bit of relish.
Charging around? Race here and there?
That is not our style.
Did the race feel right to you?
Sit here for a while.
My guess is that, what we both need,
has been here all along.
WE know deep down in our hearts
what it is makes us strong.
Dramatic changes aren’t for us.
We’d rather ponder time.
Then you’ll get it in your soul
that we are going fine.
The Blue Mountains aren’t really all that blue
In the middle of the night
In the pale moonlight
They’re more of a dark green hue.
And here’s the thing
About Alice Springs
There’s not a spring in sight
But say that to a local
And they’ll call you a yokel
And probably want to fight.
As for the Great Australian Bight
There’s nothing to eat in sight
Looking around
Only rocks can be found
It’s enough to make one uptight.
But it’s the land of my birth
So forgive me my mirth
There’s no more precious country on earth
I was lucky to be
Born in this country
That stretches from Sydney to Perth.
Now Tim is great, enthusiastic and in no way dim' he an Aussie asset, is our mate
Tim..He is full of good intention ya'know
I can feel it from here.' Mind he's often meeting with legends, reckon i should make that clear, wether it 'green lightening

To you..Remember nation of battlers.' How
Far you have come, i believe any setback at

Do not need Brussels, but more men such as Tim..And the true Aussie spirit,to light up all the country from whithin
True colours are shown none of them blue
A sad time for our country this is so true
Media speaks did I hear that right mate
Can’t fix the homeless but give a recognised state
The war we are in on our own soil
Up against the soulless together we be loyal
With heavy hearts & a tear in the eye
It doesn’t seem real what happened in Bondi
Shock Numbness felt around the world that day
Whoever is behind this no mercy they will pay
Leader we need Australian Made
Not someone easily bought & paid
Another election should be our right
Aussies are ready to take on the fight
I love to use botanical names
for Australian native flora
Reminds me of a horse ride
the rhythm of a canter
So many common names
among the native gum
Blues, reds, greys and several kinds of white
Known only to locals as a rule of thumb
Latin names define colour, growth
or even where they're found
Eucalyptus each one distinctive
among seven hundred species that abound
Genus eucalyptus, includes nearly all the gums found on the Australian continent
Flowers of a brilliant hue. yellow, orange, red and white
Attract the native bees, collecting nectar
often hear them buzzing whilst in flight
Twenty four thousand species
of Australian native plants
Grevilleas, melaleucas, acacias, leptospernum, callistems and more
All hosting many animals
possums, goannas, koalas, birds bees and ants
Australian Medical Professional Society..'
Great to see such diversification.'
Competition sharpens
Practice and encourages more attention.'
Long may this new body prosper,
Long may its effects be felt, as it spreads
To every corner of health awareness
Both corperate; and self.'
Good to see, soneone grass roots.'
I wish them success,' and hope they
Really, stick in their boots '
Do this now..' be swift; be calm, be focused.' One of the last rights you,
We all have is to choose, whether we
Want to die ' if the WHO get this cdc
Bill through.? Using your senators you
Will no longer hold that right, communisam, has entered..By the side
Gate, you either clean house now or
Loose the Nation.' Be strong and unite.!
On a hill exists a house of tards.
We send them now.. Our worst regards'
They listen to foreign powers..
They work dark stuff.!
We must now invoke the constitution
For we have all had enough.!
Ann Bressingtons a 'true blue' who had to tell it straight
In Adilaide she ' made the grade' on agenda 21, old mates.!
The fires are a blazing, there is nowhere to hide, the heat is over bearing but I am stuck inside. Things crash around me, screams from far and near ,when will this be over? I can’t stand it here. The sirens of the fire trucks, the water from the hose, everyone is trying their best, but it’s just wants to explode. The heat is unbearable, the exhaustion is kicking in, I want to rest my head ,the fire just won’t give in.
We must keep on fighting, people still need our help , we are going to win this war, their pain can be felt, many people injured, many lives are lost, we need to keep on pushing through at any given cost.
Please let this all be over, just give us a bit of rain, take away the sorrow and all of the pain, there has been enough destruction, enough is enough, the aftermath visible, this is going to be tough
We need to work together ,we need to all stay strong ,we will rebuild this place and it won’t be long.for things to once again settle, the pain will also fade then we can all face the challenges and decisions that need to be made.
So all I am asking ,is for just that little break, for the fire to finally fall asleep , i dont how much more I can take
BAH BAH BAH
Unsheepishly Me: A Different Tale
When I write, I strive not to be Joe or Sue. I've got my rhythm, a beat that's a fusion of jazz and rock, my hue, a blend of sunset and ocean, and unique beauty under a different sun, a beauty that's a mix of strength and vulnerability.
I was never meant to be a sheep, to follow the flock in an endless sweep.
I roam where wild ideas leap, in fields where dreams and thoughts run deep.
It might not make sense, might seem absurd, a cacophony of the unheard. But that's my song, my every word, a melody by the wind stirred.
BAH BAH BAH, three bags full of nonsensical wool, representing the meaningless conformity and tales to pull. I weave them all, push and pull, against the norm, against the dull.

I don't care if it makes no sense or stands out in stark pretence. It's my dance, fierce defence, and an intense, unapologetic offence in the bland world.
Here's to resilience, standing tall with joy, and breaking free from the wall.
Cheers to the unique, the uncalled, and those who dare to enthral and be not just accepted but celebrated for their uniqueness.

R. L SHERRIFF Australian Trump 2024
One could argue that immense personal dissatisfaction is necessary to inflict profound unhappiness on others. Instances of individuals causing distress often evoke thoughts of figures like Trump, and upon delving into the tormented lives of history's most infamous tyrants, the correlation appears almost inevitable.
