On my bike, fifteen gears by derailleur
I set off on my trip round Australia
But the weather was hot
Blisters grew on my bot
So the journey became quite a failure
Blessed are the Seasons that come and go
Summer days of rapture on hot burning sand
Blessed is Mother Nature as passions flow
Warmed by the sun pulsating savage land

Was told they sure don't smell like petunias
An Australian lady
Said they smell like feces
Will take her word for it, though dubious
An Australian pug so loves prawn
she could munch it from evening ‘till dawn
It’s called shrimp, silly Aussie
yaps a Yank borzoi quite bossy
But being good mates, their anger’s long gone
Dingo hunter met Santa in the Australian outback
They discussed a possible new career path for him
Reindeer were nervous around dingo hunter’s horse
These animals are wild! Whispered Dancer.

Life is true
Life is brave
Death is but a stage
So break a leg

Koalas don't smell very good I've heard
My Australian sweety says they smell worse than turds
Then why go near
Just stay clear
Or go through life without getting rid of the odor
Koala the Australian version of. “The Thinker”, sits high.
Ponders the spicy tang of his next meal then, he’ll sleep for hours.
People gawk at him, as he munches eucalyptus.
