Premium Member Cleanse Ourselves To Holiness Fearing The Living God - 2 Corinthians 7:1

The Apostle Paul speaks here earnestly
of the importance to be cleansed
from every defilement of sin
clearing the dirt through our spiritual lens

This cleansing comes in God's power
through his divine merciful grace
praying in and through His Holy Spirit
telling of His love in constant praise

Holiness is so important to God
as scripture tells He's triple holy
proclaiming His pure godly character
to be clothed in holiness solely

Let us live in the fear of God
making us complete in Christ's name
having a right reverential fear
pointing heavenwards our constant aim

Underline with priority these words
cleanse, defilement, holiness and fear
bring them to mind regular and often
hear God's spirit in your inner ear

('let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body[a] and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.')
2 Corinthians 7: 1 (ESV)

Premium Member Ways of Providence

The young are prone to blithely say, “Time’s on my side,”
but youth’s no promise one will long on Earth abide.

“He died too soon,” we say beside a young one’s grave
and ponder why God opted not his life to save.

Those who have not achieved all they desire in life
sometimes blame others~~even God~~for pain and strife.

Let’s flip the coin. Are we convinced that we deserve
all blessings we receive? Do we have that much nerve?

God’s ways are not our ways; we cannot think like Him,*
but we must trust he doesn’t merely act on whim.
          (*Isaiah 55:8)

His Word assures He loves us; this, we must believe
and have deep faith He’ll comfort us each time we grieve.

When we depart this shell of clay, we’ll clearly see
what we now view as through a glass dark as can be.”
(I Corin. 13:2, the Apostle Paul)

Gentle Men in their Role as Mothers: Quest for Identity Protection

Gentle Men as Mothers :Quest for Identity Protection.

Gentle he was with them, male and female -
His brothers and sisters from the start...
No giant in disposition, his tender thoughts
Spoke volumes to both men and women-
All of us need words that nurture hearts to heal
Like a nursing mother with her children,
His position did not forbid tones of comfort-
Well meant words from from men's careful hearts
Upbuild to teach, with confidence, not might.
No two -face approach which beats himself.
The feminine one, flesh of man's flesh safe in mind-heart.

No need to blow forbidden kisses
to false goddesses passing by...

The Apostle Paul: his motherly qualities. 1Thessalonians 2:7,8

He is a Man who can empathize with his "complement." There is no need to be harsh.
God, as Supreme Authority, is the same. James 5:11

Never Again

God asked me is that really what you want?
A man that truly doesn't care about your heart?
Who will take advantage of your kindness and only think about himself?
While you would put his heart above everyone else,
At that moment I thought of the past and now,
And how God weeded each of them out,
And placed me alone again so I could see,
I no longer felt trapped, and He gave me peace,
A freedom in my heart I can't quite describe,
Even through the pain and the tears in my eyes,
Like I could finally breathe again with purpose to thrive,
Like I've never felt more alive,
I thought of the apostle Paul with his words that I could now understand,
And I remembered that feeling of being alone again,
Not alone in the sense that you think,
Got engulfed my heart around everything,
All of a sudden I could focus without interruption in the way,
And I realized not one man I chose really loved God this way,
They didn't respect the faith and the love I held for God,
And at that moment I thanked God they were gone,
Because the distractions were taking me farther away,
Away from my first love, diminishing my faith,

Premium Member The Exile of a Writer

Sometimes it is hard to see God’s grace
Sometimes all I can do is be obedient with a smile on my face
Sometimes I can’t count it joy
Sometimes I become annoyed and annoy
Sometimes God in the cleft is His placement of place

Sometimes we will be exiled to isles
Sometimes the ashen gray of walls in cells
Sometimes I need Gilead’s balm
Sometimes I need to pray a psalm
God protects us with His wings or His angels

Sometimes as the Apostle John
Hetoimazo atimazo hyper ton Theon
Sometimes as the Apostle Paul
And Jeremiah during Jerusalem’s fall
God will always provide the proper direction

A way out He will always provide
If our will with God’s will coincide
To think His thoughts after Him
To bring all our struggles and cares to Him
Enduring as a soldier or Christ’s bride

The exile of a writer is God’s protection
To head in His direction
Of course, we are all sinners fallen short
Accused continually in God’s court
Remember this is under God’s discretion

Sometimes see that God is graciously
Protecting you even if confined spaciously
From others and ourselves
Searching the depths, the Spirit delves
Advancing one and the many patiently

Premium Member God's Purpose of Ephesians

God's blessings fill this book
to the fullest is given to read
in Ch. 1 spiritual blessing in Christ
prays with thanks for the promised seed

In Ch. 2 salvation is explained
God's purpose comes by grace through faith
so now believers are one in Christ
reconciled by His blood scripture saith

The apostle Paul tells here in Ch. 3
of the mystery of the gospel no less
shows the Gentile's, fellow heirs in Christ
this the Lord has revealed to bless

One body and one spirit overall
united together by faith to maintain
put on the new self, created by God
as Ch. 4 explains for Christ to reign

So be imitators of God, walk in love
for Christ loved us and died in our place
understand God's will be filled by His spirit
this Ch. 5 makes clear, shows God's grace

Ch. 6 tells of God's armour to be worn
to fight off the devil's fiery darts
this Paul sums up in his final words
as God's purpose is to encourage our hearts

(Ephesians is a book filled with Divine understanding inspired by the Holy Spirit, So I have tried to bring awareness to those who may find it difficult to grasp.)

A Political Opinion
By: Miracle Man

It doesn't have to be true,
things Politicians proclaim.
As long as they stay in power,
It's just a political game.
They can promise, use innuendo,
and even outright lie.
Painting competition evil,
and themselves a good guy.

A new political norm,
is causing a thumb of noses.
Eliminating the filibuster,
or curtail what it imposes.
They think voters are as stupid,
as a pen full of shoats.
They effortlessly lie and filibuster,
to pospone having votes.

Ephesians 4:25,
the apostle Paul commanded us, “Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour.

Letter

You are our epistle written in our hearts,
known and read by all men.
2 Conrithians 3:2

List of her few lovely words to him after
Eating supper, saying , "I think to see you before
This winter starting honey. I was looking in one of
The letters of Apostle Paul yesterday and thought of
Eternal life the whole day... to enter kingdom of God.
Really, I' am an opened  letter for all people to read."

Premium Member A Living Sacrifice - Romans 12: 1-2

The apostle Paul makes this appeal
to all who were Christians at this time
they were to present themselves sacrificially
living holy lives pleasing to the divine

This was to be their spiritual worship
just as God had ordered them to be
for God looks for purity in His worship
only in His mercy can we be set free

God's message is at this time
is to this world be not conformed
have no idols but only God alone
make your mind to be transformed

Learn well in discerning God's will
so be instructed to know by His test
then what's good, acceptable, and perfect
making this a continuous quest

In summary, bring yourself to God
be truly a living sacrifice for your Lord
this is God's requirement for His own
so be living for God lifting your sword

(" I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.")
Romand 12: 1-2 (ESV)

Premium Member Severed From Christ - Galatians 5: 4

The apostle Paul calls on believers
to say no always to circumcision
standing firm in the gospel of Christ
which sets you free for God's mission

To stay in Christ, not under the law
for the law will never save you
only in Christ and in Christ alone
is God's salvation found to be true

Now by trusting in the old covenant
that Moses brought down from Sinai
because of this, you are severed from Christ
out of Christ, you'll remain left to die

Now seeking to be justified by the law
for in it you are never justified
Christ alone is the justifier of the just
it is finished Jesus victoriously cried

These matters finally clearly show
you have fallen away from grace
make sure never to trust the law
in Jesus' name stand firm in that place

(For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.
Look: I, Paul, say to you that if you accept circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you. I testify again to every man who accepts circumcision that he is obligated to keep the whole law. You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.)
Galatians 5: 1-4 (ESV)

Premium Member Just Because

I don’t understand it all…
Despite reading His word, sometimes I fall
I don’t always know the way
Even though He knows me best, I can’t always pray
I don’t remember to listen to His word
Although I hear – Do I know what I heard?

I don’t understand everything saintly
Though I want to know, I only hearken, faintly
I don’t quite know how to give my heart
Even though He sees me, every piece – each part
I don’t see how He can love me as He does
He loves me so – I understand it’s a love, “just because”!

I don’t understand it all…
Despite my love for Him, I’m no apostle Paul
I don’t always believe without a doubt
Sometimes the living waters seem to go through drought
I don’t know what to think about this man
But I know He was always here, even before the world began

Thanks to Jesus, the One who knows me best
I know a love that assures my soul that I am blessed!

I Once Breathed

Paul the Apostle said "I once breathed apart from the law's voice
I lived in the clay of a singing bird or a roaring tamed beast
I lived as a breath outside of the lion's roaring voice"

Inspired by a quote from Basilides: "Indeed, the Apostle (Paul) has said, "I was once alive apart from the law," [Rom 7:9] at some time or other. That is (Paul means), before I came into this body, I lived in the kind of body that is not subject to the law: the body of a domestic animal or a bird."

My Dearest Mabel

My dearest Mabel
was the human personification
of what her first name stood for:
"Beautiful" and "Lovable"
She was a nurturing mother
grandmother, teacher and woman of God

She was the perfect help mate
for my great grandfather
She was to him
what Eve was to Adam
what Sarah was to Abraham
what Rebekah was to Isaac
and what Ruth was to Boaz
She was the embodiment
of the virtuous women characterized
by King Solomon in Proverbs 31
and the Apostle Paul in Titus 2

Today, we honor you
as Acklins's favorite daughter
and our family's brightest star
Until that Glad Reunion Day
we bid you a sweet and pleasant sleep

Premium Member For To Me To Live Is Christ - Philippians 1: 21

For to me to live is Christ
here the apostle Paul speaks in faith
showing who he believes upon
this true confession he indeed saith

What does this mean for you?
where is Christ in your life?
give the highest place to the Lord
where God cuts through His knife

Hold not to the pleasures of life
for it can't satisfy your inner being
the spirit within seeks to fill
revealing the Lord in full agreeing

Keep close to the Lord God
live for Him before all else
knowing death will be such gain
receiving heavens done so well!

" For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."
Philippians 1: 21 (esv)

Premium Member God's Holy People - Philippians 1: 1-2

The apostle Paul God's holy servant
addresses God's chosen holy people
speaking with true royal authority
looking to God from His holy steeple

God here speaks to His very own
all of those God regards as saints
draped in the shed blood of Christ
the righteous badge God has known

The people of God are His elect
chosen before the world began
in faith endowed with divine righteousness
God's blessing put on sinful man

For this sin, God sent His beloved son
to be the sacrifice our sin to atone
on the cross, Jesus paid the price
acceptable to God who accepts no clone

God's word speaks of the holy necessity
without holiness, no one shall see the Lord
every unholy being God will reject
make sure your sins are under His sword

("Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus,
To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the overseers and deacons:
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.")
Philippians 1: 1-2 (ESV)
