How to express, where shall I start?
No articulation could recreate this art.
You’re beginning to mean the world to me,
I’m falling in love with you, can’t you see?
I’ve attempted to prevent my free fall into uncertainty,
yet my heart can not deny, I now fall willingly.
The world is a bright once again,
those painful wounds once felt, are on the mend.
Your words, your actions, your eyes did implore,
but what you asked of me only meant that much more.
So simple, this inquiry, it seems to be,
yet, diversely complex to know what it will mean,
I hit my knees as I pray, ‘Dear sweet God in heaven above,
This man you’ve sent…. I’m falling in love.’
I no longer feel in control of my heart, like a normally would,
yet it feels deep within, Right, like we should,
As curious as I am, I’m content to wait and see,
How the man of my dreams, will love me in reality.
in the glint of dew strewn mesmeric meadow, on the pearl laced
waves of moon splashed sea I look for rhyme when imageries blow
on mindscape raising dust of emotion turning into storm of afflatus
making me a poet profound
see the miasma
rise from my blooming garden…
birds fly on lyric

We wend through life with hopes of one true love,
Quite rare, such fits, that match you like a glove ...
A blend of souls ... divine inspiration.
Once heaven found you naught but in my dreams,
Yet now you're real, sweet angel, though it seems ...
This sacred gift ... divine inspiration.
Smooth tresses, golden silk, frame eyes of brown,
Those swirling depths where I would gladly drown ...
To love's abyss ... divine inspiration.
Oh moonbeams dance your dermis like doubloons,
The sweet price paid your form, as passion swoons ...
The carnal cost ... divine inspiration.
Each moment that I spend wrapped in your wings,
Means one less wasted 'midst those lesser things ...
A realm of you ... divine inspiration.
How long I've sought the truth of heaven's light,
Thus, now through you, dear angel, life is bright ...
One in our love ... divine inspiration.

I stand there, poised, a statue,
holding my paintbrush to my temple;
waiting for the lightbulb of sentiment to wash over me.
Then, like a distant star shooting across the cosmos,
or an injection of adrenaline into an arrhythmic heart;
my thoughts become as clear as a summers day.
The canvas mirrors my minds picture,
a time stamp of today;
igniting an old flame whose embers Iong presumed dead.
It is like time has ceased,
I have reached the eye of the storm;
my thoughts no longer an affliction of my mind.
I coat with a deep turquoise, the colour of the Asian coastline.
I build with an emerald green that coats the summer leaves.
I flavour with the purest white, like that of untouched snow.
The sun leaps above the horizon,
my nights work draws to a close;
the fire of my heart dimming with the dawn.

to lose a muse is none but sorrow,
no fuse can chase away the fear-
words shall appear and be near tomorrow
my inspiration is my revelation,
creativity with epiphanies of light-
found insight in a flight of meditation
divinity in security and laughter in purity,
freedom to choose what i wish to say-
the yellows and blues abay obscurity
incitement and excitement in each metaphor,
syllables that cope with hope and brilliance-
resilience towards hindrance i adore
my muse stimulated, sometimes complicated-
no quill can erase what i long to express-
for God does bless what talents he has created
i shall sing lyrics to my soul for all time,
as the ring mimics my life of loss and love-
for the lithe of blithe shall be sought in my rhyme

Leaves of Autumn, burnt orange, yellow, red,
gold, strewn on the ground decaying,
caressed by wild breezes,
rusty colors wilting,
crumbling,
dying.
I love the smell,
the veins and patterns,
and gathering many to my heart,
I preserve them and press them in my books.

(afflatus means poetic inspiration)
As I sit in this old, rugged chair,
And direct my gaze upon this blank paper
I ponder a vastitude of rhymes with great care
Yet, this scheme of notions begins to taper
Lo, I have acquired inspiration
And begin to articulate a most humble work of literature
That of which is a most modest creation
Yet, I do so with no fear of harsh stricture
If one is to write out of fear,
Then by these terms, one should live by fear as well
Nay, I shall write with an undying passion, such words I hold dear
For those who will read, these words shall compel
Every life is valuable, and my own, I shall cherish
Let these words last in perpetuity, long after I perish
Absolute apprehension applied around angst…
Feasting from focused feminine filtration…
Mastering magnificent masculine manifestation…
Balance both bonded building brilliant Buddha body…
Enlightened electric energy evades everyone…
Harmonious humanity has hovering happiness halos…
Omnipresent oneness outlasts original
Sin, souls soaking superconscious supremacy…
Cavemen thought only of self preservation and sex.
In someway evolution was faltered.
Man learned to measure:
You cannot hold an inch, or a mile,
you cannot see a pound, or a ton.
They are but measurements.
They do not exist but in our understanding
our understanding of what they are.
You can hold a stick that is an inch long.
Yet, it is only a stick, and not an inch.
You can see a tree that is a mile away,
but it is a tree and not a mile.
A pound of butter is only butter and the pound
is but the measurement of its weight and is invisible.
So is the same for innocence and evil ;
Measurements.
Innocence is love in ones heart for others
and how far a heart can stray from love is evil.
Measurements of love.
