We should take the courage to face what have went wrong
And at the same time acknowledge what went right
We should count the days we became the happiest
We should not count the times we made mistakes
Remember you can either count the times we made mistakes
Or count the times you could learn from them
We all are.' We all struggle to know.' Observe your decisions
Trust in your vulnerability, and Gods strength and reality
Speak out about your circumstance.' Also make effort to

How is it, that we find beauty, yet another sees ugliness?
I think it festers in a place of dark, deep, inner

Humilty is a great sign in any God made human.
Plowing through life with hatred~is the downfall of many

God runs the world or don’t we know that?
As a soldier dies,blood running out of his hat.

Crippled by guilt, yet not enough to make changes in that Instant
A person who to themselves are unrecognisable for Instance.
Losing sight of prior priorities, instead lethargic and Inconsistent.
Every day begins and every night ends feeling overwhelmingly Immunodeficient
Words of concern fall upon deafened ears, their statements are inconveniently
Insistent.
Parts of life you once loved and have not loved in a while, now you blankly perceive as Insufficient
Today we celebrate Mother's Day, for those still with us and those gone away,
with hearts of gratitude we acknowledge and pray..
This current climate where state's see fit to oversee a woman's choices
and pass laws to restrict..
No one should take lightly the ending of a beating heart before an embryo is
viable and get's it's life start..
The pro-life movement has made this their cause but as of late our Supreme Court is revealing the flaws..
Passing state laws to end invitro fertilization which is pro-family.
What is their rationalization?
None of these unwanted pregnancies are "virgin" conceptions, so what
about the woman's partner, the male sperm injection?
If a woman's body can be litigated so, Viagra and Cialis is also need to go.
Our laws shouldn't set us back to the days of the Neander.
What's good for the goose is also good for the gander..

the strength of Black folks can be encapsulated
by the power in the message we convey
for we are purposeful bold Black kings & queens
forging our own way
acknowledge our presence
as we stand in all our glory
recognize our dignity, our pride
our heritage, our story
we are significant human beings
deserving of civility & respect
multi-talented & proficient
in every aspect
we assert our rights to determine & control
our own destinies
and have jurisdiction over our families
and our communities
the power in Black people can be summarized
by the fortitude we've continuously display
from the Middle Passage beyond slavery
to the systemic racism still in play
our pertinacity our tenacity
and our steadfast aptitude
gave us the toughness of spirit to endure
society's hateful attitude
the resilience of the power in the Black community
can be epitomized by our faith in Christ
as it was His mercy & grace which afforded us
the moral strength to never give up on life
acknowledge our presence
acquiesce to our magnificence
as we will no longer tolerate
hate not indifference
acknowledge our presence
My life's not meant to rehash
some actor's dramatic clash--

If you don’t appreciate you, then,
who will?
Waiting for the winds of approval,
like a worn out windmill.
We all know that lonely space,,,,
Oh, no not you, with that arrogant,
smug look on your face!
“See my trophies” well no,I actually
don’t!
As ephemeral as something that on
dead waters, floats.
Looking for approval is so useless,you
have to be the one who does it first.
If not, you’ll be lost in a heated desert,
and wii be doomed to forever, thirst.
Poets love their craft, and constantly write.
So many forms to try, before we bid this earth,
our final, poetic-good-bye!
May your poetry sparkle like those gorgeous
eyes.

I wish I could fly
I would fly into the inner recesses
Of wicked men's hearts
And plant tenderly flowers of love
I wish I could fly
I would fly from boredom to freedom
And from life's encumbrances
But they are the stuff life is made of
I wish I could fly
I would fly to all troubled spots in the world
And sow seeds of peace and harmony
Thereby enthroning equity and Justice
I wish I could fly
I would fly into the heart of Dictator Trump
And replace stupidity with wisdom
To acknowledge that election has been lost and won
So many great poets here!
What about the new ones,
who need your hug, eh?
You just might give them the
poetry bug!
I like to seek who's waiting
for my nudge!
To take my time and reply
and get some good, warm
yummy fudge.
My Dad is to blame for all of
this!
He constantly wondered why
only the big fish got the hits.
He wanted the smaller fish
raised to a respected dish.
Honestly, I feel the same as he!
There so many empty reply boxes
and also, with replies too few.
Some of you understand clearly,
I AM talking to you!
I'd rather see us an in-gathering
crowd.
Not an In Crowd who back slaps
each other!
Leaving many on lonely outposts
just sitting around.
I myself don't want to play,and
am as skittish as a newbie.
It's no joy to write to walls and I
don't think it's cool or groovy.
I know I choose topics at times
