The Truth
The way I feel
For years our love was a thought
No true nor false
Lies the whole time
Love wasn’t there
You cheated everywhere
We had two different storms
Your rage was Thunder
My understanding was flashes of lightning
Kingdom that came alive
I was used a puppet only stringing along
My love was true and committed
You on the other hand was looking for an opportunity
You blew it like a flat tire
You weren’t the man I thought
I too was sleeping around
I found someone who loves me for me
Step back as you are no longer who I want to see
Every verbal word you attempted was recorded and accorded for
Your hidden heart brought out the truth
You deserve to be on a curve
You are getting what you truly deserve
Get out of my house and life
My mind is clear
I don’t want you near
I am not your dear
I have no fear
A new day in my life has turned into a new chapter
You no longer matter
Get Out

Premium Member Magnetic pull of bliss

When distanced from source we feel incomplete,
which involuntarily births intent
to be still, being our way to repent,
that thus by surrendering at God’s feet,
invoking grace we sense magnetic heat,
signalling God has accorded consent,
for our pristine soul’s heavenward ascent,
in bliss mists, leaving heart feeling upbeat.

The cause behind all causes, is this pull,
being simply stated, God’s magnetism,
rapture beyond measure pervading form,
which when we are touched by, makes us feel full,
rainbow of love shining in body prism
and we’re engulfed by this benign bliss storm.

Premium Member - The Tears Of The Roses -

    The rose
    Strength and grace
    defines the woman
    Interwoven in
    the tapestry of femininity
    Goddess of the night
    accorded reverence
    without seeming authoritarian
    Even a parsley leaf
    appreciative nod

    Pristine petals
    reflected in
shard of glass in the ivory tower
    As icing in the teeth
    the hedge shears are revealed
    Saga night that conveys emotions
    A testimony of a rose
    Drizzle
in a fold on the lace
    Sharpened diamond tears
    - silent messengers

Just passing by

Light teases flirting shadows
He knows they are in his mercies
He will rule them, he will determine their fate
He can swallow them in his might
But they are of shadowed minds
They do not know the hour or day
When night comes to suck them away
Blend them into darkness
Who shall open our eyes to see
That we are just passing by

We are shadow, we are night
Soon to disappear at the turn of time
The moment fades into memories
The curtain flaps and life closes
Another is gone
And I wonder
Did he get a chance to say goodbye, I'm sorry, I love you?
Was he accorded a chance to catch a glimpse of the life behind
Lovers come, lovers gone, the bittersweet?
He used to walk with a bounce and swag
But it is all sand and dust now
Life is but an escaping breath
Who can hold it in when it's time has come?
Who can tarry the call when it rings in the soul?
And yet we often forget
That we are just passing by
Fluttering candles in the wind
Whose light will soon snuff out
And we passing by
Will soon pass on
To our lasting gloom or glory

The deletion of one's post will then have a direct impact on one's totality of posts being reduced by that action, in equal numbers,

where the relevancy will be the act of adding a post to one's totality of their posts being increased by that action, in equal number.

The consequences of those plus or minus acts should directly impact one's posts encountering a stipulation.

Albeit, the modus operandi forestalls, at which point the deletion of two posts almost immediate to each other, and in pursuit, similarly its totality reduced, with the recommended window for numbered of privileged posts--

--Should have ascertained relief of two deletions upon its immediacy, an act for an act, and be accorded the window of opportunity times two within the same time frame:

Premium Member A Stone For Josiah

It's just been twelve
     long years now
Twelve years of void,
     of unquenched pain
Twelve teary years
     of what would have been
Twelve years of your
     absence accorded by death
You are thoroughly missed
     dear brother

The death of a sibling can only
at best imagined if never experienced.
I lay a wreath at the headstone
     of your grave my brother.
Adieu Josiah Jeremiah!!!
     Until we come to you

Premium Member A Life Well Lived

Long ago in the Carib isles did sow
a seed - that fruit a laboured vineyard bears -
the blood of the vine born to earthly grow
bore its mortal increase one hundred years.
Who, in that herald glory of God’s light,
sought a divine kingdom this world apart,
alas there’s one less precious soul tonight
in sacred prayer, and one less righteous heart.
And in that measure of self the years through
were all earthly alms to God accorded,
for it was that anchor and grace of you
that cared and loved, that lifted and lauded.
Go with my tender woe under the ground
and rest in the eternal peace you’ve found.

Ice Age Cometh Moot Point 2nd Glacier

Impossible mission to uncouple accountability,
(no matter minuscule - veritable drop within
figurative bucket when quantity contrasted/
compared alongside industrial waste courtesy
major corporations), yet helplessness prevails
survival (mine) inextricably bound trappings
twenty first century allow, enable, and provide

exploiting even dollop so called nonrenewable
resources, I could sacrifice corporeal entity -
body, mind and spirit within eyeblink exhales
last breath before becoming repurposed - inert
cremated ashes randomly scattered across all
points encompassing terrestrial world wide web.

Obituary -
Despite havoc primate species did wreak
from the afterlife I figuratively speak
and applaud millennials whose peak
performance accorded courtesy
your token "aged hippie,"

mild mannered and meek
and long haired pencil necked geek,
whose disembodied spirit
now volunteers as Halloween sideshow freak
incorporating gallows humor tongue in cheek.

A Nightingale Sings of Dawn's Glory

Riding on the chariot of light
Sun is coming to vanquish night
Warm welcome accorded by moon
It can doze off to sleep soon
Orange clouds, burning sky
Birds cheer watching darkness die
Multifarious chirping sound floats in air
Sun is greeted with rousing fanfare
From top of mountain sun peeks
Night dies giving an inaudible shriek
Tangerine, yellow sky replaced by white ashes
As sun emerges and his bright light flashes
All elements of nature applaud sun
For his victory over darkness easily won
Nightingale sings a mellifluous song
To listen to it, all birds throng
All quite only nightingale sings
Much joy it's song brings

Pray, what would heaven

               give to know the time

That we're accorded,

               mortal, thru each rhyme?

O muse the wonders

               granted one more breath,

Lost to the stars, instead,

'midst songs ... of death ...

Redacting History
Written: by Tom Wright
5/27/2019

By cultivating falsehoods that we hope will grow,
We omit things from books so others won’t know.
We spin the truth and from our history redact,
Telling lies with frequency until accepted as fact.

But time once lapsed, becomes set hard and fast,
Whether ripe with goodness, or deplorable, its cast.
The past is a storage locker accorded constant recall,
But too many spin the truth in order to enthrall.

Many aren’t content unless they keep the pot stirring,
The changes they’ve made have the truth now blurring.
This new slant on things, future generations will sway,
But spinning the truth won’t make bad things go away.

“It takes two to speak the truth--
One to speak and another to hear”
Henry David Thoreau
