ABC, Acrostic, Alliteration, Blank Verse, Carpe Diem, Enclosed Rhyme [aba], Epitaph, Free Verse, haiku [becareful if I don't think it's a haiku you will be out right away]*, Iambic Pentameter,Than-Bauk, Personification, Rhyme, senryu * [see the note on haiku] sijo

Blank verse is H A R D, it's metered verse with NO end-rhyme!
Carpe Diem means sieze the day SO
anything you write which is in 3 lines which pertains to that theme is fine [easy pezey!]
Enclosed Rhyme
[ex: the rain in SPAIN/falls mainly/on the PLAIN]
Epitaph
A commemorative inscription on a tomb or mortuary monument
written to praise the deceased.
Free Verse
If you think it's a haiku but you are unsure I will...

haiku
17 syllables or less, about nature, in the moment, containing 2 parts
[one of which is a juxtaposed bit of additional sensory input] containing a season word
Iambic Pentameter
The tick-TOCK rhythm of iambic pentameter can be heard in the opening line of Shakespeare's Sonnet 12: when I do COUNT the CLOCK that TELLS the TIME
Than-bauk
conventionally a witty saying or epigram, is a three line "climbing rhyme" poem of Burmese origin. Each line has four syllables. The rhyme is on the fourth syllable of the first line, the third syllable of the second line, and the second syllable of the third line.
Personification
Give the qualities of a person to the inanimate things in your poem.
senryu
17 syllables or less, about man,written in 3 lines, in the moment
sijo
Unrhymed poetry 3 long lines, each line varies between 14 and 16 syllables, with the middle line often the longest. The first line states a theme, the second line counters it, and the third line resolves the poem.
