My Biography is Coming Soon...

Milton

This may be my last time on Poetry Soup for a while. As of now, my home is in the center of the storm. I'm leaving today and my house may or may not be here when I return. A 10 to 15 ft storm surge is horrible. So until we meet again, to those who care...there are a few...I'm out of here for now...maybe it will turn south...

Frederick it must be such a horrible feeling having to flee and not knowing if you will return to your home intact or not. I pray you and others in the hurricane's path will be safe.(and good grief. I am so out of it, At first I thought this blog was going to be about our deceased poetry friend. Shows how little I tune into the news any more)

Best of luck Frederic - our Florida home is 45 miles north of Tampa but who knows!! - I hesitate to wish its wrath on any others so I'll pray for all in harms way - take care my friend!

I hope all will be well with your home, Frederic. I wish my daughter would leave, but they're taking precautions against the cat 5 winds. No fear of flooding for they live only a few miles north of Orlando, but I fear Milton will be a beast. Prayers for everyone.

Oh my goodness Frederick, this is such an awful time for you and your loved ones and your neighbouring community, just stay safe and let's hope your home is ok, you are wise to go to find a safe place and can only hope and pray the storm turns south but then again others will then be affected. sending hugs Jan xx
