Bloggers PhotoMy Biography is Coming Soon... When I was 13 years old I began my conquest Of poetry. I put my hobby on hiatus after Determining that my efforts were fruitless. After ten years I returned to writing. This Episode i was much improved. I wasn't Able to keep track of any of my early work Due to a number of relocations. Now I am an Active member of poetrysoup where I have Published about 400+ poems including: HAPPINESS OF LIFE ON THE PATH OF PASSION TWILIGHT LIFE SHOOTING STAR DREAMER WHEN DREAMERS DREAM OF TRIUMPHS That's a micro collection.

On occasions I write poems that I don't CARE for at all.  I LOVE most of my own material. I think I write my best work in the early morning hours 3 & 4  in the morning!  INSATIABLE HEARTS is one of those.

I can definitely relate. I don't think I've ever written anything that wasn't written in the middle of the night. lol

Hi, there, valerie. I am a night owl, but wow, either you are a REALLY late night owl or a super early bird. Anyway, I might do my best writing in the late hours, usually trying to get to bed at least by 2 a.m!! LIke you, I don't care all that much for all my stuff. I think most of us love most of our own writing though!!

Yes Andrea. I'm an early bird, but I'm surprised I can get any work done at all with the NYC din. I know I have to rise above it to find concentration. Thanks for your comment Andrea

Valerie, I also write early in the morning, I seem to wake up with my muse screaming in my ear, there is no whispering, I used to write poems I did not really like for contests but I have stopped that, if a contest does not fit my writing, I pass it by and wait for something more inspiring for me and my muse ~~
