Right and Wrong

It’s my conscience I must go to sleep with every night
And I wonder of the day: Was it wrong, or was it right?

As I lie there in my bed, and through my reverie
‘Tis there I “see” my day - and start my inquiry

Did I cheat my fellowman, out of avarice or greed?
Did I sell something to someone they didn’t really need?

Did I tell a lie, just to advance me personally?
Or tell someone a “half-truth”, which is just as bad, you see.

Did I vote for someone, because they were my friend,
Knowing their abilities might not work out in the end?

Of someone’s else’s wrongs I think, lying there in bed
Did today I right those wrongs – or simply ‘turn my head’?

Just knowing right from wrong, is surely not enough
We have to do what’s right, and sometimes that is tough

When you and I ask ourselves questions such as these
Answers that we give either bother … or they please

For there is no vague line between wrong and what is right
You and I know the truth – so sleep peacefully every night.

YES

When it is that freedom is taken from our lives
And is replaced by tyranny that so totally deprives
Our rights to freely speak or be a dissident
Or question the authority from which it has been sent

‘Tis then we must come forward and take a righteous stand
To quell the tyrants’ dictates: Remove the things they’ve planned
Our country’s sinking rapidly, of that there is no doubt
We must work until we put the tyrants out!

Indictments here; indictments there, that’s how it’s all begun
But there must be many more, before our job is done
And when we have completed this necessary task
We’ll hold our heads on high, and then it is we ask:

“Were we the ones who took a stand to right the freedoms’ wronged?”
And are we in the company of those who have belonged
To America, our country, and still Founding Fathers bless
With wisdom and wherewithal to make the answer: YES.

THE ALERT

It's so crazy out here
Just like hell
You gonna regret
Every negative act you put out here.

It's not your
Regular game
So wake up
Pray up
So your wings don't breakup
While soaring higher above all limitations.

Build up
Stay on guild
So you don't lose guide
Paving ways for the dawn
Bringing all the light
To outshine them dark
Stand for your right not your wrongs.

Premium Member Black and White

Black and white
Two bright contrasting colours
Distinguishing
The rights and the wrongs
The principles and rules
Are too sacred to be outcast
Law breakers tend to
Ignore it, discard it and overule it
But not in front of humanity
But not in front of democracy
But not in front of the truths
But not in front of the law
But not in front of the Almighty God
Scandals ever commited are humiliating
The sanity of black and white
And so the offender's name
Is to be smeared
And out of the people's votes

Abortion Rights and Wrongs

I
If your Bible has tough rules only for women then you lost your authority; zip it.

II
Politicians who lead lives contrary to the bible ought to zip up to stop staining Jesus's name

III
If Christians only talk abortion and female sins, I cannot be a Christian.

Premium Member The Wrongs Are All Right and the Rights Are All Wrong

I’ve decided to go mad, I mean truly insane.
I live in a country where the people in power have killed the dignity and respect that once we’re main stays.
We once had a sense of what’s right and knew what was wrong but now the wrongs are all right and the rights are all wrong.

So when I look at what’s left I see nothing that’s right. I see fear in our eyes, I see people of mine facing a future of worry and strife.

I see the greed of the rich wallow in seas of silk and fine wines. I see the real people suffer because of lies upon lies.

So I’ve decided to go mad I mean truly insane. So I can spin in the wind and laugh at the tears of our pain.

“Wrongs”
A million feet marching
A million feet bleeding
A million feet searching

Marching for life
Bleeding from war
Searching for beds

What is this for?
They have nothing left
Why did they lose?

The sun no longer shines
There are earthquakes, floods and fires.
There are wars, crime and hate
A million feet marching

The sky no longer bright
There is drought, pestilence, and starvation
There is sickness, illiteracy and poverty
A million feet bleeding

No stars in the night
There is politics, greed and wealth
There is abuse, disease and deadly shots in the dark
A million feet searching

There is.............
$200,000,000 on a space flight of four

There could be..............
$20,000 each to 10,000 under a bridge in Del Rio

Is there anything wrong
With this picture?
How insanely stupid are we?

Craft My Wrongs

Today I smithed a poem to the scent of spices,
Washing my beddings to allow a new sheet of habits,
I come from a broken home so I’m careless with my affection,
I am wasteful with my trust
and I smoke cigarettes like I made them,
I am Mozart on the piano but only with a pen,
Every key I strike is a confession to my wrongs,
This is how I breathe my faults through the vail of anonymity,
Today I smithed a poem to the scent of the spices on mountains,
It sounds like one I’d write hours before the sky starts crushing down,
Before my skin turns cold and I see the stairs in the constellations,
I feel like I would craft the Eiffel Tower with my palms,
I am Mozart on the piano,
But only with a pen.

Right From Wrongs

Doing fines on wrongs
What rights to do?

Little Dongs Bitter Wrongs

I live with intelligence scattered and rare
don't follow the trail but I'll find my way there
easy to hate and used to the challenge
the easiest target inclined to expunge
more attractive less brains
testosterone games
the little are bitter driven by motive
target the better feeling unnoticed
not games which I play
yet still come my way
people smoke weed
unfulfilled don't succeed
think their superior
selfish inferior
what you do for them
they think they do for you
manipulate themselves
then call you delude
either deluded and so far excluded
or two faced and rooted to thrones God included
never on your side and tell you you're wrong
subconsciously moody at your bigger shlong
cus men feel it harder than the women inside
when it comes to your junk and the difference in size
treat you how females treat prettiest females
attack when your backs turned and b***h in great detail
and you can take their side and help them along
but their mind like their dong is weak and not strong
I'm sick of men hating me because of the size
I wish they'd all get lost and just get a life

Proud Past

The bad stories that came your way
The good things you have thrown away
Most may maneuver to return on your way
So be alert every step on the life’s pathway
For we’re to learn from our wrongs on the way
And the good is never seen
Till it’s gone and forever unseen
Be proud you have a past
Though our future doesn’t depends on our past
Let your proud past be a guide
To create a better future with pride
