Premium MemberWhite Tiger King

With all-knowing third eye the white tiger king floated to Arkansas
In his sculpted golden Venetian gondola, in that majestic way he had.
Regular Italian tigers hid behind birches, quietly but respectfully in awe.
Many were intimidated as they watched him float by, others glad.

They had not had a tiger king for many centuries, so this was new.
The lagoon’s waters were warm, caused by a natural spring.
Mimicking birds took time to fan off the king with feathers of blue.
Peasants and minions stood at attention, marveling at the tiger king.

My White Tiger

As I sit here and ponder the question of how humankind deserves you...
As I think of the luxury and comfort you deserve...
I return to my senses and rebuke myself- How dare I think I can comprehend what you deserve?!

See, you are a perfect reflection of God's image of human creation
You are a Goddess, my white tiger- a rare breed
You are refined and elegant, my living sweet fantasy

Your words soothe my doubtful soul
Your character quiets my blaring mind
Your deeds never cease to leave me in awe

You are such a contradiction of modernity
Yet so complex that the former times just cannot claim you
You are a definite wonder!

See, you are not of this world...no! You just can't be
You belong in a paradise somewhere- where people are not fans but followers of Christ
But you are gentle and modest enough to lead humbly because you know who rules over your path

An African, a Black, Christian, Powerful Queen you are!

Daughter

White Tiger

Giant beast,
un-caged power of destruction,
taking apart my life one day at a time.
Ever-growing and living off,
the suffering of my apparent lack,
of everything.

Your secret has been revealed.
It is no longer possible,
for you to traverse,
the same path twice.
I have dipped you in water,
you tear easily now.
Made of nothing more,
then fine paper,
now of lesser quality,
due to flaws seen in the Light.

Your teeth, fallen out...
upon the floor like confetti,
your nails, colored pink and girly.
No backbone, no spine,
you have been gutted of your bite,
and placed into the fight
of your life.
The pressure you have caused to rise,
will now make you small,
turned in upon itself, to rip off...
your own tail.

You have no power,
no prowess, no vigor, no worth.
All that you sought to take,
has been taken.
All that you sought to break,
is still unbroken.
Meow cat,
you have been let loose,
a stray in an alley,
no better or worse,
then those around you.

You are home now,
where you belong...
on the street.

White with wonder, I stay locked
When it thunders, I lay shocked!

People all around me flocked,
But everyday I fell mocked!

White Tiger

Born in the year of rabbit Fa Mu Lan was
filled with honor and wisdom. She received
great power from her name and became a
doctor to heal the sick and remove the powerful
ghosts who had invaded China. These ghosts
were anyone who wasn't Chinese.
Fa Mu Lan was greatly respected by her people
for her wisdom and healing with fire and oils.
The people called her the shaman name
White Tiger because she healed them.
She worked long and hard and kept very few
belongings, caring very little for money.
She practiced the art of medicine by traveling
between the physical and spiritual worlds.
The Chinese people saw many ghosts invading
their land which made them sick in both body
and mind. In China a ghost was any person who
was not Chinese. Thus, the ghosts were very
real to them. Fears ate away at the people
like wild black crabs clawing their prey,
but the White Tiger cured them whenever she
could with her daggers and flaming oils.

White Tiger

Beautiful, deadly, deep blue eyes
Winking to me warmly, very shy
Just in time to make me aware
Of one more of man’s absurd claims
In name of good or welfare men did again
Trap her free God given soul, so unfairly
Restricted to some kind of cage
Forcing her gentle, light, and careful steps
To move about in a limited damn space
As she prematurely ages
Hiding the miserable truth of her coffin-like fate
Screaming aloud what once was a proud roar
Making me aware of how, once more, mankind
Has done wrong in his greedy act
Exploiting yet another of God’s free loving creatures
Until they too run out of time
It triggers a very sad, cold tear to fall from my eye
Ashamed to be part of the destructive family of mankind
Fearing to blink and waste the precious time
To clear my disbelieving sad water-filled eyes
Thinking this could be the time
Where the blue-eyed white tiger
Runs out of time
