A.J has rainbow hair
a pierced nose
tattoos on her forehead and forearms
her clothes are outrageously strange
she looks madder than the mad hatter from Wonderland
Her grandmother welcomes A.J. with a huge smile.
Come sit in my pew! She urges her.
Glad to see her in church
Loving that she came.

We all search
for prescience
the future
on hold
As each
dying moment
forever
unfolds
We all crave
the silence
preparing
for death
Its welcoming
stillness
a last
— final breath

Oh sweet month of April,
You bring the air of spring,
In the minds of young poets,
Who flies with your Golden Wings?
You give pen the power over knife,
And teach us how to move on in life,
You let the flowers of our hearts bloom,
And to express ourselves- give us a room.
I cannot wait for you to come,
The joy you give us - I do not know from where it comes from,
But then - Oh pleasant month of Poetry,
Kindly come soon and give us the arrows-
-To pierce the readers' hearts in this field of archery....
- THIS IS A POEM WELCOMING THE MONTH OF APRIL AS IT IS THE MONTH OF POETRY, A SOURCE OF JOY TO ALL THE POETS...

Feed the hungry,
and the homeless will have no reason to thieve.
House the homeless,
and the people will have no reason to fear strangers.
Free the people around the world,
and civilization will bring the Golden Age of Man.
Education is a lifelong endeavor,
and it starts from birth to the beyond ...
Enemies who exchange long johns,
will walk side by side into the promise land.
Let this New Year’s resolution be
A revolution of the heart and mind and soul ...
May enlightenment be bestowed
upon you, Earthling!

Warming sun pulled me out onto the porch today
Gave my shoulders a bath in a joyful way
Thoroughly grateful, I decided to sit and stay
Sun welcome in November as she is in May
My heart feels happy, does a merry sashay
My spirit is uplifted by this loving sunny day

Winter is on its way
With long nights and short day
With chilled winds of fragrant clay
On lovely cold nights, stay in the fireplace way
With the joy of being around pets and their nay-nay!
Winning winter in all hot way
Hot coffee, hot toast, or a hot soup
Vapours pour out in whatever we say
Wearing thermals, gloves, and what may
Cold and chilled are the days on the way.
Working in winter is a tight way to say
Sitting comfy with a coffee and a book
Enjoying through the winter window
A well-wished way to witness Nature Play
Welcoming winter with a wish and a pray
Welcoming winter with a bouquet & a song
Wild cold immerses us in wine & white snow
With the oven smelling too good colours of cakes
Watching all the stack of pantry with cool eyes
Welcoming winter with both nay and yay!

My favorite part about music is not only how in life it plays a part
but how certain songs have the ability to attach themselves to our heart.
How once a song attaches…it’s like that song will never end….
and every time it visits…it’s like welcoming an old friend.

New day beckons light
In God everything is all right
New day from the darkness
We awakened in His strong arms
Open eyes heart and mind
Thanking God Elohim
Father on this side of the Earth
Omnipresent omnipotent everywhere
He's so shines greater a new day dawns
Our Father He is our light
New day back in the light
In God everything's all right
May your Awakening
Be reverence holy secure and bright
May you have a blessed time
This day children of God welcome His new daylight

Hope Dawn's Welcoming Breath Honors Your Sought After Desires
May wonderful colors and beautiful dreams be your take
I pray rhyming rhapsody sings to your heart's deep content
Heaven's blessings with God's love be your dawn's every cake
Sweet happiness with loving family's your time well spent
Hope dawn's welcoming breath honors your sought after desires
Dear and true romance brings you joy's romantic burning fires.

An old man, wearing a hat
Waits under the shade
He wears colors like yellow and green
Not dark like black, not even gray
He doesn't wait to cross the road
He smiles at everyone who comes his way
His hands are welcoming
His face is warm
Those who have lived
Give him their hand
He guides them away
To his own land
No one knows where he goes
But we know his good
He accompanies the end
The young and old

Standing atop a blade of grass
Closing in toward the edge
Beard balancing a dangling ass
As it looms over the edge
Danger heeds below the passers by
Unknowing underneath the eave
A lightly plop from just up high
A souvenir before they leave
Vendors and markets as summer booms
Quirks and perks of a grass topped roof
The strife and life of the goats of Coombs
In the clackety clack of a mischevous hoof

Welcoming summer
By Michelle Morris
21/05/2023
I saw a butterfly flit
Across the garden
The sun streamed down
Welcoming summer
The verdant grass
Flowers blooming
Blue, blue sky
And ocean swooning
Butterfly hope
Garden grace
Heaven smiles
On our blessed space
Love and light
Bees and trees
May our humanity
Create global freedom

Welcoming Spring
Hoping
for charisma
of Spring bringing
bright brilliant abloom blossoms.
Daffodils in delighted decorum.
Zinnias in zest, zeal and zing.
Dulcet shimmering Sun.
Spring aroma:
Hoping.

Fresh freedom flows within,
Floods of delight gush in…!
Silver snows shield the scene,
Innocence all guilt cleans…!
Sky in morning moods shy
Fog, like cool clouds, standby…!
Midst all these there's the star,
That led the kings from far…!
Santa speeding in sledge,
To kids to keep his pledge…!
Flimsy fir, spruce, and pine,
With snowflakes on furs shine…!
Huts and mansions snow dressed,
Stand, by heavens, blessed…!
Stars shining above highs,
Wink eyes and hypnotize…!
Angels are now around,
With solemn silent sound…!
Saints in their sober march,
Shine like a rainbow arch…!
Heavenly scenes are seen,
All these were once foreseen…!
Glory to God on high!
Thus, all beings now sigh...!
Are the lowly filled yet?
As the whole scriptures said…!
Does Jesus want a feast?
He wants us to be yeast...!
