The Last Autumn

Leaf got cried,
On moving apart.
The pain wandered
Inside a Lil heart.

The living trend,
Lasting for long
Blowed the wind
Asking the will along!

To separate heartily
Relations on a bid!
Aparting soul merrily!
Getting a silent rid!

The determine lasts
One the only will,
Before moments pass,
Earlier to be shrinked!

Asking for a heart
Emotions let filled!
One with fond arts
Living love still!

Poetry Soup

The only soup, which blends the flavors from every nook of the world.
I too am an ingredient and I feel proud.
Not a pro, still today I count my writes.
I thankyou all for this wonderful platform:)

To my surprise,
No family member ever admires,
What I write and how I describe.

Neither I am an English student.
Nor am I a professional versifier.
Nah! I don’t even know the genre and type.
It is just Poetry Soup, which strives to hone,
My every thought, expression and song!

Every time I open to see how many views, how many likes.
I feel glad when my mentors cherish and recognise!
Yes, they are always by my side!

It’s not for fun that I write,
Poetry teaches me how to appreciate and empathise.
Let’s me share my laughs and hide my cries!
Helps to express during lows and highs!

Feel and sense the unseen,
Gather courage to express and mean,
From vocabulary to character, poetry adds a beautiful sheen.

Quotes…Stories….Blog…..Poetry; choose as per your forte!
A beautiful fragrant bouquet.
An ambiance which positively motivates.
Poetry soup deserves encomiums and accolades.

Drivetrain of a Poem

During lapsed conscious hours, I have often
wondered and received mutable counsel
in varied tongues– at times uninvited.
This time it was virtual dream.

I sensed caress of a presence
while my pen was stringing strewn patches of
similes, metaphors, rhythm and rhyme.
“I am watching you from a vantage point

and your skull is no barrier.”
He went on: “I see the marauding
lines on the ridges of your mind,
It seems you are a struggling versifier.

Creation is neither forethought nor a whim.
It hails from the sky and gains access
through the pores of skull.
Mind gets hacked and moves to a different zone.

Chatter picks up in the synapses
seeking untapped cerebral sectors.
Trivial transmitters are kept at bay.
Brain hoes banal growth: new thinking sprouts.

Frontal inhibitions are banished.
All gates fling open.
No more sentries! No checkpoints!
No fly zone for the critic's megaphone!

Unleashed limbic flow of emotions is
nourished by a Gamma spike in the brain.
There! You pirouette with the lines
and feel the Aha moment.

Word Sounding

The sounds of words can shake the skies
or cut an ego down to size,
when knowing sages have their say
of fitting words to seize the day,
conveying wisdom from the wise.

An avid versifier tries
through orphic craft to harmonize
with sense and lyric overlay
the sounds of words.

From inner cosmos may arise
the wordless visions word defies
that seek to find a worded way
with synesthetic interplay,
and thus in poem crystallize
the sounds of words.

I'm not in the military
Nor do I fight mystic fairy's

I humbly ask myself am I a... bard

literary words
Love sonnets, songs served
I want to hear the words... ballad-monger, troubadour
My love for you all the words;

I have a heart.
I love to impart...
I humbly ask myself am I a bard

Sometimes I'm a rhymester, rhymer, sonneteer, lyricist
Versifier verse-maker, heart fixer or just a poet
let me romantically write for thee
bards a poet, reciting epic love and warring conviction be
Associated with a particular oral tradition
Could I envision

I have a heart.
I love to impart...
I humbly ask myself am I ...a bard

Lyrist elegist, I love those love songs dear
Just a swan
Rhymist maker metrics within a song
I find it hard
Being called idyllist Parnassian poeticule
When in myself I'm found if odd, Alleluia
I am a bard?

I have a heart.
I love to impart...
I humbly ask myself am I ...a bard

Versifier - a Communion

Versifier - A communion.

The sacrifice, adore, psalms - divine,

Inner devotion is emotion, commotions of thought,

Truth - from estranged proverbs, severe afflictions of the sacred heart,

Verity is fact, the axiom domain,

The path - flames of sentiment,

A sacred grail, of poured emotions.

Petunia In An Onion Patch

PETUNIA IN AN ONION PATCH

You’re always talking incessantly about beauty
Or whinging about life’s sadness and duty!
Just cant stand you people called poets
I’d sooner listen to my horse chomping oats
And your so-called rhyme schemes are a joke
As if the writer was just out of coke -
A bit like Coleridge writing Kubla Khan -
Now there was a high-flying man!
Your poems oughta stay on the off-ramp wall
And never grace the written page at all

But now and again a real versifier comes along
Not simply capable of penning words for a song;
She has wisdom and laughter in each line
And the taste of her rhyme is fine wine,
One moment raising my spirit in cheers
Then swaying my soul, and pouring out tears.
Her subtle profusion of tenderness coy
And her child-like wild soul’s unending joy,
Are my inspiration to go on and write
Another admiring poetic effort tonight.
