Skelephobia

Yes, I am frightened.
I am frightened of being frightened.

My unsound mind,
dwells among dark shadows quaffing silence,
where the quadriplegic dead beckon,
a sea spewing out skeletal remains
of ancient swimmers.
Sounds of calcified castanets haunt my dreams.
Accusatory cranial eyes stare at me
and bony fingers point in my direction.
My crimson blood turns blue.

Oh! The fear, the fright that one day
I too will become unfleshed like them.

Some think that the initial spark was certainly God given
If you accept the concept of free will I'll give you that
Some blink and think that all man's gain is surely striven

I think and therefore I am among the ones who know no one can know
For sure and so I choose to go in thought somewhere I know
I must rely on what I see for what I state in fact and don't react
To what I can't relate to anything outside my mind as mine alone

When inner dialog is represented as a matter then, of course
Discourse recourse will be dismissed as lacking any standing
The audience is left with less demanding understanding
Handing tending of the fire to the arsonists for hire
With ready fire as their aim midst claims to have a plan

My friend Danny was soon to be wed

I implied he'd be better off dead

He mused, then winked at me

And walked into the sea

I hope it wasn't something I said

Unsound

Unadulterated social illness
follows outbreaks of mental mania.
We stagger after each crazy outbreak
make firm resolutions and plans
nothing helps.

Causes are multifactual, faceted,
it's all very complex and multi-actual.
Psychotic instances bloom
some are dead by noon.

Pontificating politicians
bark impolite, condemn
and castigate
but it all has the feeling
of being far too late.

America has blown its brains out;
death is getting old
some are looking for the gun,
some reload.

Unsound

Im left to believe
There's no hope for me
The way I wanted it turned out..
Guess it's to much to ask
Left unspoken but shouting loud
Left alone with my thoughts in a shroud
I fall into a endless tunnel of darkness
Forever searching and never found
My fragility consumes the best of me
And into darkness I descend over
And over again
Never free
Without sound
Never me
My heart feels like it's missing a compound
Wish I didn't exist
Then this dream wouldn't exist
And into emptiness..
I would not know, in it, I drowned
And unsound

Unsound

Bellowed meek presence, Surpassed adolescence
Of wanting the imaginable, Realization was the inhabitable
For did I not love myself enough, To seek what was the dream of
An imaginary place, My love cried for empty my space
Unsound love, In momentary pleasure thereof
It never did penetrate, Though womb like fate
Pleasure came pleasure left, G-spot repressed
Bought back to life at the same time, Empty stood the vessel mime
Enacted muse, A wanting give to lose

Unsound Universe

Vision clouded, foggers haze to a dream.
Evil visions, reality in your scream.

Subtle a shock, heat torched in sin.
Turning circles, never ending we spin.

Paper sharp, stinging sliced now I bleed.
Full moon flight, thirsty vampires of greed.

Rain washed, Atlantis flood runs deep.
Tear stained, snail tracks I weep.

Titans clash, treachery Gods of war.
Suffering world, our societies roar.

Volcanic energy, steamed dry by sea
Molten sand, in burnt paths we grieve.

Placid tides, as undertow lifts our fate.
Relentless circles, the world's sea of hate.

Unsound Walking Outside

A PATIENT OF MENTAL ASYLUM
THINKS HIMSELF SOUND SO HE IS THERE
                              ALL ARE UNSOUND WALKING OUTSIDE
