unfreeze
release 
thoughts that taunt
ghosts that haunt

Nature's Gift

wind, come surround me with your timeless gust.
freshen up my numb body so i can move again

sun, direct your rays to unfreeze my brain.
lighten up my clouded mind so i can be reasonable again

moon, sparkle my nights along with the stars.
shine through my darkest hours so i can fear mo more again

water, splash me with your ever cleansing power.
wash off doubts in my soul so i can trust myself again

fire, warm me with your burning flame.
melt the madness and so i can cry tears of joy this time

rain, drop less than usual on my way.
sprinkle me lightly please so i can have myself space and time

when night is over, another day to conquer.
and it goes on and on all the time

Thought of the day

dwelling within us, God takes a selfie
oh weary monk, what’s the image He sees
reflect awhile in the cave of our heart
thus feeling not thinking, choose to unfreeze

Slow boat

If we but continue to flow
Mood and mode, embrace and release
Blockages within us unfreeze

Stagnating nowhere, heart aglow
Recognising life is a dream
We slow down narrow thoughts that stream

Repaying debts of love we owe 
We break free from the karmic chain
Whence grace in-pours like lively rain

Blissful in the boat God does row
We reclaim the light of our Self
As life flows in all by itself

Truth of our soul, we get to know
As we grow in love and wisdom
Tiptoeing into God’s kingdom

If we but continue to flow

Contemplating thus

Where lies the fulcrum of a sneeze
Or for that matter, flow of breath
And joy graced by love’s healing meth

Who’s most enlivened by the breeze
Is it the skin, mind or the heart
As bliss is added to soul’s cart

When will we wake up and unfreeze
Free from clutches of our ego
By simply choosing to forgo

How may our cravings we release
Save by melding with the vast void
No longer by thought forms decoyed

What’s the path to ascend with ease
Is it in symbols or in space
To touch God and feel His embrace

Spring's Tease

There's an earthiness to each scented breeze,
and a warm caress in the Sun's embrace:
revealing the telltale signs of Spring's tease.

The ice melts as rivers slowly unfreeze,
while the daffodils dare to show their face:
there's an earthiness to each scented breeze.

Based upon the weatherman's expertise:
a shift of seasons is set to take place;
revealing the telltale signs of Spring's tease.

Where Chinooks wrestled Winter to Her knees
weaving snowflakes into patches of lace:
there's an earthiness to each scented breeze.

Robin-red-breasts herald the honeybees,
while snowmen disappear without a trace:
revealing the telltale signs of Spring's tease.

Anxieties instantly start to ease,
and doldrums depart at a quickened pace.

Is-ness of being-ness

With no mindless questions to ask
Swathed in blissful moonlight, we bask
The vast void is where we belong
Facade of form, a cloak, a mask

Vibrant presence sings a love song
Childlike heart taking all along
Ambling along gently with ease
Cognisant of our heart’s love gong

As erst patterns of old unfreeze
From this dream life, soul gets release
No longer by thought forms decoyed
Love wafts joyously like the breeze

the light within

we have walked these paths many times before
so to which image should our heart yet cling
for though each hue’s new, we seek an encore
given our soul’s propensity to sing

flowing with ease, mode embrace and release
our nonchalant eye beholds ego die
which is good riddance, for we then unfreeze
recognising that we were fed a lie 

as we come undone, we see all are one
decaying form made alive by God’s breath
our glowing heart shining like yonder sun
throbs with rapture, being love’s healing meth 

we see clearly now living light of Self
thus renewing itself within itself

I see new fantasies
When asleep, flowing fast from reality
Thoughts unfreeze

The unreal scene
With comfort in neutrality
I preen

Gone

I Am

I sing, I fly, I dance, I do
As rapture rises, each hue new
I exult emotes from my heart
Aura glistens like morning dew

Spontaneity is an art
Deeming all souls one, none apart 
Thus tango dancing with the breeze
I feel within, ignition start

Rid at last of thinking disease
I feel blissful, as nodes unfreeze
There is no doing to be done
As I amble through life with ease

Within heart glows, the central sun
By God’s hand, love’s bliss grid is spun
I Am as am, feeling complete
My false self dies, I come undone

As polarities meet and greet 
From head to toe, am bliss replete 
Such matters are best left unsaid
Dance divine leaving heart upbeat

I Am by soma nectar fed
And by throb of agape love led 
Befriending silence, I ascend 
As I lay asleep, on my bed

that's unseen and so then given...

In This Moment

In this moment, choosing release
We thus give birth to freedom's seed
Doing nothing, as we unfreeze
Head and heart allow love to lead

God’s love and light is our soul's need
With no cravings left to appease
Yielding neither to fear nor greed
In this moment, choosing release

This life's a gift, from God on lease
And with His laws, having agreed
Praying to Him, to bless us please
We thus give birth to freedom's seed

Flowing gently, our will we cede
Devout, standing firm like the trees
Our heart is pure, where bliss beats breed
Doing nothing, as we unfreeze

Love in love with love holds the keys
Our soul's ascent soon gathers speed
We feel bliss amplitude increase
Head and heart allow love to lead

Oh hermit, voice of conscience heed
Gentling thought, load on heart decrease
We’re living light, why act weak kneed
God within enables with ease

Bliss Energised Stillness

What does our hypnotised soul see
Narrow views, bound to our mind tree
Thought cessation offers release
The void of silence sets us free

When fleeting desires and fears cease
Bliss enthrals us, in a slow tease
Our form's aglow with magnetism
Nodes within dance, as we unfreeze

Transcending belief and each ism 
The touch of love heals every chasm
Holy Spirit pervades our form
Igniting with bliss, body prism

Heart's still in the eye of this storm
We feel soul's glow, peaceful and warm
Centred presence content, joyous
Bliss in permanence, our new norm

Where Are We

Look fear in the eye
and desire decry,
that as we unfreeze,
our soul gets release.

Watchful of each thought
lower m8nd begot,
we embrace each soul,
in our earth life role.

Judging not merit,
we look at spirit
and not outer form;
thus with love conform.

Earth life is a school
where love's the sole rule,
all else illusion,
cause of delusion.

Male, female, night, day,
pulse dual holds sway
but yet true delight
is God's love and light.

Desires we cherish;
each will soon perish,
save bliss magnetism 
in our body prism.

In staid stillness slow,
resting thoughts we know
that God alone is,
felt as a bliss fizz.

Our life's readymade;
Why for then afraid?
What is there to fear
when God is so near?

Voids within soon fill
if we be but still.
Ceasing to resist, 
we become That mist.

Conscience as our guide,
we then wingless glide,
head-heart hand in glove,
aligned with God's love.

Know this simple fact;
ceasing to react,
once ego is shorn,
we become twice born.

On Everest

I stand on top of world. I’ve won!
I’m a statue frozen solid -
On tippy-toes I’ve reached the sun.

I took a showering from cloud.
I’m bitten up with frosty snow.
Too late for me to brag out loud.

This sunny sphere won’t help unfreeze.
On Everest, I’m cold of brain,
Too full of pride, to bend my knees.

Could artist rush to see me there,
and would he chisel me like wax,
to find my form - for I am bare.

And would a poet shed some tears
and make believe that I was brave
or struggle with our greatest fears?

Who’d music bring to sing of me?
Are sirens here at top of world
and have they climbed so far from sea?

On tippy-toes I’ve reached the sun.
There, fire and ice at loggerheads.
Deceived of life - it’s death, I won.
