whine, buzz, warped air
wet blanket heat
rumbling, skies tear
thundering, clouds meet
Dance in the rain without'a care

THUNDERING HEART RAINING

RAINING HEARTBEAT

My supreme heartbeat.
echoing sweet thunder, as
its cloud, raindrops love:-

Thundering Cloud

Listen for the rumble
hear it roar
Retribution’s coming
from distant fjords

Your lack of judgment
and crass disdain
Will mark the sentence
its will proclaims

Feel the vibration
wake the hopeless
From their sleep
impassioned dreams

From the forest
to the ocean
Nature’s rage
— its verdict screams

the thundering quiet

 

the slowing of life_
eyes stare beyond this world
oh, the last gasp ~
then, the silence
the thundering quiet
a loved person now becomes "the body"
the soul has left
a stone statue reposes
I weep ...
my grief forever to be

The Thundering Skies

Darkening clouds from overhead and darken the Earth
Crackle of lightning and thunder flash and I wonder how the weather can turn so quick. 
Mother Nature or God shows it's ugly head as rain comes pouring down in sheets.
A storm like this can bring much needed relief for the land but it also has its drawbacks

Thundering Blunderbuss

Thundering Blunderbuss!
What is a platypus?
Looks like a beaver, but 
Has a duck's bill.

Fairly cute little guy,
Ornithorhynchidae*
Lives in Australia, is
On the no-kill.

Semi-aquatic and
Strangely neurotic, it
Lays eggs like birds and has
Venom like snakes.

Weirdly amphibious,
Bio-fluorescent fur
Webbing between the toes,
Strong swimmers make.

The thoughts
Swirl inside
Like a
Hurricane,
You are
Thrown all
About and
Forget who
You are
Lost in the
Wind, lost
To yourself
Inside, your
Mind is tumbling
Because of
The thoughts
That threaten
To break you
Down and never
Let go, to go
On and on until
You let go
It's a violent
Rollercoaster that
Has bars strapping
You down, keeping
You there in the
Whirling storm
The thoughts hit
You and burn you
And sting you
Keeping you down
Even when you
Want to get

I feel fairly lucky,
for where I am.
even yell out my name loudly,

so what! if I crave,
