A texter who texted all day
When in-person had not much to say.
He lived life on his text-screen
Never ran out of text-steam
And sent messages that seemed ultra-brave.

Rodin - New Icon

RODIN’S NEW ICON

Should Rodin live today would he be inspired
To sculpt a marble sequel to THE THINKER
Modern ethos means fresh image is required
To become an old to new generation linker

[Perhaps in stone less pale, a little pinker!]

He might witness casts of posture stereotypical
And find there inspiration for his art
With perceptive focussed eye and viewpoint quizzical
An image would develop in his heart

Of a body bowed, head inclined toward hand sinister
While index digit stabs from aspect dexter
Then with his hands he’d clay or stone administer
To create a new iconic symbol; and name it: THE TEXTER

Funny Kids

There was a pro texter named Paul,
who broke both his thumbs in a fall;
he was soon made to see
when he used it hands-free,
that his phone could be used to make calls.

Texting Rant

Why do so many text, Instead of speak?
Seriously I wonder if the other person is even human
Does it not scare you when your driving?
A car just cut me off! Stupid texter

I know that it is sometimes convienent to text
Other times it drives me mad!
Like when someone your talking to, texts while your talking
Does it not irk your anger a little bit?

Shoot even on dates people text another...
Argh, you know your lame when that date is texting her EX
Isn't it scary that people write in text...all the time?
Well I have to put this one to bed, have to text my girl...

Veterans Memorial Today

Veterans Memorial Today
August 31, 1861 near the Nevada Border.
Texter was shoeing his friend wild Billy younger. The boots was bent and it was a
hard task to master. We need a day to celebrate the dead not yet killed in the
Cival War to come. Wild Billy Younger looked at his friend so thoughtful he said
Tex are you seeing visions of the future where is that whiskey bottle give it back to
me. That stuff will rot your gut and make it easily lose its ability to eat. On a day
like this one we need to celebrate the dead the veterans already been deceased.
Then on a weekend like this in the very next month we need to do it all again and
worship all of them the living and the dead ones and call it a memorial. Wild Billy
Younger just smiled at his new boots on. Texter the cork is in the whiskey but still
you have it wrong. The first day is for dead ones the Memorial Day is then the next
month is for the living ones then the Veterans Day.
