Thank you for every laugh,
And for every smile,
Thank you for every tear,
You made it all worth while.
Thank you for the memories,
The good and bad,
Thank you for making me happy,
During all the times I felt sad.
Thank you for being here,
And getting to know me,
You saw the person,
That you knew I could be.
To my friend, Miguel
Almost seventeen years, do you remember? We met in Canterbury
We lived in the same house. In a silent, English-style, beautiful road
Miguel, Miguel. My old soul brother. My Bible teacher. Do you remember?
Evening times, you gave me lessons, lessons from the Bible. Teacher
You are a signer. A marker. Your stigma is mine. I am your follower
I remember you. I respect your intelligence. Five languages. Spanish jewish
Miguel, my friend, I have tried so many times to find you in virtual life
But you do not exist. Why? I want to say thank you for my fifteen years. Reading
Your science magnetized me. My Bible Teacher.
From our friendship, my dear and respected flatmate.
Miguel
You are my friend
Where are you?
Missing
Your teachings
And your Bible
She would do our heads in, but It’s not that I didn’t value her great teaching skills. Her strategies and patterns always stood out. The tool of teaching was used to best effective use by her, I can ensure you of that, in fact it was levels beyond the rest.a record, a memory that can’t be broken.
In years to come we will remember those days. Sometimes she would cry thinking we might all fail, other times she would laugh with us or at us. I suppose that’s all just part of life, but she did love our class From the core and heart, well that’s what I think.
We thank you for all your hard work and dedication, but in saying that, teaching us must have been so hard.
I want you to know that you will remain in our thoughts, as long as you promise to continue to do people’s heads in and always to stay sound
Anything from the teacher that we've heard,
Is truly the echo of wisdom in word.
Teacher is the flame that makes us glow,
Planting respect in our hearts to grow.
Giving us challenges, putting us to test,
Thank you for making us become our best.
Facing our fears, standing firm together ,
We will remember your guidance forever
Old teachers,
elders, ministers, gurus, coaches -
your influence recedes.
Something new approaches.
Thank you for your contribution
to my mixed-up confusion.
Sorry, now, to see you go,
as you uphold the status quo,
or support your fine ego,
maybe make a little dough.
No, I must let go
of your hand to hold,
as I leave the fold.
New teachers,
now come into focus,
hummingbird,
your magic is not hocus-pocus,
as a flower you might try.
Caterpillar, butterfly,
you would never lie,
nor would eagles as they fly
so high up in the sky.
Every animal and plant,
each red and li'l black ant,
just like clouds, and sun and moon
keeping time to a celestial tune,
they know just what to do,
and where to go,
and I love them so.
Our Teacher,
Time,
A unit of measure.
The Spirit,
Lives on forever.
Our Minds,
Always seeking pleasure.
Our Hearts,
Are feeling the pressure.
Our Bodies,
All here together.
Our lives,
Meant to be the treasure.
The Present,
We are It's Creator.
And GOD,
He was the Professor.
JOY
I pledge allegiance to the joy,
Hidden within my heart.
Everything I catch me falling,
Is a chance for a fresh start.
When your feeling low,
Let your heart know,
Just let it all go,
Watch your joy grow.
Give Thanks
Thank you for your beauty,
Thank you for your grace.
Thank you for your wisdom,
?Thank you for your space.
Thank you for the smile on my face,
And the way you created this place.
Thank you for forgiveness,
While running through this race.
Thank you for protecting me,
As I blindly walk with Faith.
There is always that person
Who is the most important after parents.
The one who thought us everything
And made us who we are now.
The art of being a teacher
Is like eternity.
The endless joy of progressions,
Is the ecstasy of both.
They are the God's
Who transforms us into the best one's.
Makes us prove ourselves.
And be proud of oneself's.
For me, it's my master.
The one who made me realize who I am
And what my potential is.
The one who thought me my interest
And made me the best in it.
The happiness I get out of it
Is another level of exuberance.
I like my hobby, more like passion,
It gives life to me.
Thank all the teachers
Who helps you through your works.
They are wonderful for who they are.
Because learning is as important as oxygen.
This is a true story
Vegetable !
I could read this word.
Vegetable !
Because of Mary Lou Redd, Reading Specialist Baltimore Public Schools
I was age 10, reading---
Vegetable.
Prior to, I added my own words to the printed page.
My stories,
not Mcgraw-Hill.
Mary Lou made magic.
Saving children from a lifetime of ignorance, shame and lies.
Vegetable!
Rememberring my first steps that day,
I cried, proudly... .
VEGETABLE .....
all on my own.
Thank you, Ms. Mary Lou.
The greatest teacher I have ever known
never worked in a classroom.
He was an actor and radio announcer of some renown.
A man of many talents, I'd assume.
He directed me once when I was acting in a play,
and he'd let me know - right away! -
if he didn't like the way I'd say
a certain line (sometimes to my dismay!)
He taught me the value of silence and being still.
Economy of movement was an important skill
that I needed to learn
and although he was not shrill in his criticism
he could be very stern,
never the kind to use witticism
to make a point.
Indeed, his best instructions were often unvoiced.
My performance in that comic play
turned out quite successfully,
and to this very day
it is still a fond memory.
In all my years in theatre
he gave to me the greatest education.
Eventually, I'd realize that under
his tutelage I learned much about dedication
to the craft of acting,
reacting and interacting.
I learned that it's all about communication,
and though he is long gone,
I remember him fondly, with great appreciation.
Thank you, Denys.
You are the power of knowledge,
you are the source of inspiration,
you are the path to the goal,
you are the ambassador of special qualities,
you are the light that extinguishes the darkness,
you are the sculptor who carves the stone,
you are the form of Ganesha,
you are the incharge of Saraswati,
you are the backbone of achievement,
you are the source of learning,
you are the power that teaches to unfurl the wings and fly,
you are the route to grow to peak height,
o my master, o my master,
millions of thanks to you!
Thank you dad
For your wisdom
And all the things we learned from you
Thank you for your knowledge
And so much more too
We thank you for showing
us the way
We saw faith and you showed us nothing is impossible
You always said you carnt please everyone
So please yourself
Its true some are not happy when they dont get their own way
And am thankful i have learned to put myself first today
God is always first but we still have to think of ourselves
Not being selfish but sometimes we can only do
what we are able to do.
If they dont like it
They will have to lump it haha
People can not save us
So walking in faith is the place thats
Always best.
Thank you dad
For planting seeds of faith from a young age
R.I.P.
Loved forever
Just a passerby who wrote some books of wisdom
Enquiring into the Way towards heaven's bright kingdom
Reading ancient steles in a moden day light
Even using Zen as a reading stone for clear insight
Molding a mind and heart union to birth gnosis
You, Puma, showed how Christ and wisdom can guide hypnosis
Poured a river for my mind to be baptised in
Unfolded the Way grounded on earth for us to begin
Made a ladder for me to climb in heaven's light
A wanderer in this iron caged prison deep in night
On this event of teachers day
We take this time we have to say
We say thank you
Teacher's for everything you have done
Without you, doctors, engineers, lawyers and more
There would have been none
You treat us all like daughters and sons
You make us bright
Brighter than the sun
you all are truly an incarnation of god,
the way you happily sacrifice so much,
it really takes a lot.
you're an epitome of
knowledge, verity & serenity,
a beaming beacon of hope & divinity.
you will forever remain the candescent light
of knowledge in my eyes.
your blessings are divine,
you make my life truly sublime,
y'all are close to multiple hearts like mine,
thank you teachers, for being the sunshine!
How can I thank you, my Lord,
For having given me a chance
To take birth on this holy land?
Though many perils it went through,
On earth, it’s a perfect heaven.
For the world, it’s a ‘Vishwa Guru’!
An abode of unity in diversity;
Unparalleled by any, in its divinity.
No wonder, for others it’s a university!
A land of long, ever flowing rivers;
Famous for its sages and seers.
Known for its sheer peacemongers!
Knows not, what deceit is …
Its philosophy is more humane.
‘Live and let live’ is in its every vein.
Manifested the path of non-violence;
It taught to the world the principle,
“Truth alone triumphs, not untruth”.
I’m proud to be an Indian!
