Premium MemberThe Scream - Ekphrasis On An Edvard Munch Piece of Art

Oblong outlines of a soul
Stretched in elliptical misery
Redefines the perfect circle
To a breakable volatile tautness

Loosely cloaked in sheaths of epitonic blue
Draped upon the shrinking body to hide a terrified world
Dressed in swirling ominous patterns of anonymity
To be lost within the deepest abyss of fatal fear

Planted like a tenuous girder of iron truth
On a bridge of no return
There is no departure from excruciating fear
From this wicked self-imposed poltergeist

An unseen force deliberates death
Smothering with tremulous trepidation
Annihilating the essence of existence
With no bond found on common ground

There lies the secret
Within the mystery of a soul’s distress
The exorcism of human strength
As fear brings the will of life to a standstill

Premium MemberGrief

Wherefrom did this unknown guest get entry,
As though an all-masterminding gentry?
In the name of death, loss, and love disband,
Grief drowns me into pernicious quicksand...!

Upset, alarmed, rejected, gloomy, remorse,
Angst, grudge... grief brings me repercussions hoarse;
Churn in my belly; tautness in my throat,
In exhaustion and sleeplessness, I float...!

Where's my concentration on duties gone?
Have whereunto mind and cognition drawn?
Where are my optimism and hope hidden?
Why is psychic composure bedridden...?

Go away, from me, grief of each essence!
Grand liberty to joy's constant presence;
May each conflict within me get clearance!
May mind and body work in adherence...!!!

Need

lips circling
slipping by saluting nipple its tautness
causing tightening skin
chin surfing slipping further
lips stopping to tumble a tremble
eyes contact
and wants gravitates from within
then dragged following
sliver sliver saliva trail
with parting knees musk a must
a taste of rememberance on the tounge
and remember indeed is the need

In This Embrace

We are two lovers in embrace

If feel the warmth on these cold days,

I love the scent of you

And your spiritual truth,

I love the touch of your skin

The moments we spend kissing,

I love the way you writhe and arch

I pay homage to the physical art,

That you’ve carved when working your body

And I respect the fitness of your lines

I am in awe of your intellectual, creative mind,

You moan as I go deeper into you

I feel the tautness of your femlnine strength and power,

We combine as one in an our finest hour,

As I take you to the peak

And I hear you reach your climate that you seek,

And as I explode within you

And as we both in time let out the sound of a lovers refrain,

I feel my being slowly drain

As I am flowing into you

And we stare each other in the eyes,

As we cry out sensual vibes and sounds

In this moment our love truly abound,

And I can’t think of anything else I’d rather be doing right now

Than laying here with you within my arms.

Three Faces Philosophy

Three Faces Philosophy

What keeps the certainty,
The “solid” floor underfoot,
Which physics has taught me
Not to trust,

Or the tautness of my skin
Holding me in?
Taught me naught
Where I begin,

Or end
And in the end, is the reward
The Knowledge, the prize,
The secret of this mystery of
Life?

Mired in the supposed toil
To an extent we must, we must,
Growing old countenances
Labor under the force of gravity,
To deny our return to dust,
We exist sad beneath fantastic disguises.

Your Anger

Where did your anger go?
Egyptian in its tautness
Oceanic in scope
Gone

Once roaring
A nasty neutron star
Spinning off black bolts
Of alien scorn

Like a weird gray horse, Anger
You served your master
Galloping away
From yourself

Hate hides shame
Shame hides love
We hide you
You hide you

Premium MemberThe Conversation Between the Kicker and the Coach

They walk alone together down the bright white line, their
Voices garble against the humming hordes as the
Tautness of the moment lays out like lacquer in the dustlight
Of our dreams, life feeding moisture under cleated white grass.

Talking angularly and stepping away from the parabola now they
Stop to admire the scoreboard like field generals
In the infinite march of Time's conquest.
They turn back into the red zone and ennoble their strides and
Emblazon their courage against the dizzying starscape.

Two Thousand Miles

She bathes my soul within her
Sanguine waters ardently
Inundating my senses whole
I become upon her embrace
We become one spirit aloof
Within both light and darkness
Depraving sharp hunting eyes
Perceiving the mirrors self image
Of high tribulation chiseled
Stone falling across studio floors
Swept scrupulous and surgically
Transfusing this beauty of essence
Upon the humid air of breath
Sweetly scented floral calling
Across unmeasured distances
Trekked of unfettered resolve
Heightening as you draw close
Tending my wounds unshaken
Confidence in trusting touch
Eases tautness now diminishing
Away flying into night taking
Pieces of you in my pocket
Clutching for hope and strength
Of this blossom rooting deeply
Within one another we discover
All that we behold and feared
I give to you willingly…untainted
Wholly my poetic heartsong
Inscribed within and without
My trusted two thousand miles

Last Year Epilogue

My eyes have fled
With words I've read.
His words.
Oh, how I gobbled them up
Like oysters,
Quick and metallic.
Thick with effort
In attempts of stepping
On his tongue.
A cruel hang up.
One web,
Half spun.
One threat,
Three flights up
When he's praying to God
On the last step.
Is this what everybody wants.
Would he still find me beautiful
When the bitterness
Of time and unrequited love
Tugs at the tautness of my lips.
Would he remember me as
An eager child,
Hungry for knowledge
Who never got full.
A tragic child
Who cried in public
And waited for embraces
That would never come.
It took a lot to face him
And now I cannot look away
Even if it kills me.
And for him to kill this
Half hearted simpleton
Would be a relief to us all.
