Premium Member The Shape of Water

Water takes any and many shapes,
in a glass, bowl, pot, vase, tub, sink,
swimming pool. Fruits such as grapes,
plums, melons, left they dry and shrink.
Your body is made up to sixty percent
of water. Water is transparent, tasteless,
odorless, the matter of seventy-one percent
of which the earth is made. Water, made into
steam, water vapor, and begins to fade.
It comes in the form of rain, fog,
its solid-state ice and snow.

A natural flowing watercourse on land,
usually freshwater river. Flowing towards
an ocean, sea, lake or another river.
In some cases, a river flows into the ground
and becomes dry at the end of its course.

Sensuous sweet sounds
Pretty poke pounds

Reap ripe ripples
Drench deep dimples

Sexy sure say
Private pure play

Laughter leaps loud
Plunder plots proud

Sure sizzle spreads
Doom drizzles dread

Apt ample airs
Frame freezing flairs

Seek success sound
Grip gathers ground

Prize precious plot
Touch telling thought

Said solid state
Dare dizzy date

The Gate of Search

As a child, looked darkness
        in the eye
  My truth always within,
        love does not die
  Remembered ere entering,
       this solid state
   and many times since,
     traversed that gate
   That those call death,
     whose memories are locked
All who come with purpose clear,
      know tis only blocked
    Be not melancholy,
       for here all must travel
Else would hierarchies of life unravel
     Since that time, home's music
       was shattered
From thence our souls myriad pieces
       were scattered
Now thru many iterations of birth
Seeking to gather, parts lost on
        beautiful Earth
     Our thirsty spirits,
       never stop yearning
So please know, death is but
       this quest's turning.

DARE

Dream comes around in solid state,
Aim to set grounds to breeze love's gate;
Reach safe and sound wise peace of mind,
Etch thought profound to cast clear fate.

Moon and Gravity

THE MOON AND GRAVITY

The moon is believed to affect moods of mankind
Science says this not a truth can they find

Gravity is a force, call it what they will
Its strength is the way it can push and pull

The moon's gravity affects the earth
Causing the oceans to rise back and forth

It changes the shape of this planet too
But scientists say it affects not me and not you

How stupid a statement can that be
If it affects water in all but you and me

Since humans mostly from water their bodies contain
The logic would point to affect on H2O maintained

The moon pulls large bodies of water up or down
But other watery forms are left unfound?

Scientists who posit that such things don't equate
Might look to their own brains which are in a solid state

Premium Member Fire Makes My Soul Sing

Something about fire makes my soul sing
Not from the flames of burning homes and buildings
But from smaller ones we joyfully ignite and bring
A sense of warmth and wonder to our being.
Nothing beats sitting around the crackling sounds
Of a camp fire in the woods;
With whispering wind passing through
The trees, leaving us introspectively thinking
Life is good and all is as it should.
And the smell of smoke snaking
It’s way from earth to sky;
The aroma of burning from a solid state
To ash before my eyes.
And flames stretching higher like a funeral pyre, as if
Reaching for the unimaginable beyond
The next paradigm shift and ultimate gift.
While waiting for the flames to pass
From growth to decay stage like some
Red Giant Star nearing the end of its journey
From near to far, I can’t help thinking how
Much we have in common with dust
Made in space and fire in this race
From burning heat to eternal, deadly cold.
It’s a wonder of wonders that gives
All these thoughts of mine-d a place to shine
As I watch the fire burn and yearn of growing
Young again and old.

Prayer

The world and its beauty gone
I kneel in prayer with only dawn:
A wift of snow, a little flake
Settled still on a palm to wait
And there melt into a little lake
Moving from a cold solid state
And next to see the palm dry
And so the sudden blue of sky
Me or my words I cannot tell
I only breathe until will retires
And His purpose takes control
For heavenly things hope aspires
For better meaning of the soul.

Faith brings me where I kneel
Before His awesome greater love
And then to wait and next to feel
Unsinged and quivering, a dove
Of peace, a certainty of calm sight
A sudden bloom of inward light
All this opens the door that is me
And in a grain of sand I blinded see
The presence of truth and eternity.
A snowflake is but a whisp of me,
My prayer is the melting of the soul
The music of a primal lute
The submission of daily control
The gentle rain upon the hungry root.

Loneliness Caused By Over-Crowding

Surrounded my millions of others,
and yet, still so alone.
Preachers call them my sister and brothers.
But, for me what have they done?

Other than judge and pick?
Steal my self respect,
with their thieving eyes.
My eyelids stick,
To what my soul would reflect.
As my heart rots, swarmed by flies.

I'll turn invisible, gouging my "soul windows",
Going deaf from words of the wiser.
Splitting the spine of myself and the world.
Hiding from your shunning vulture selves.
As my second half suddenly widows.
And my thoughts go through the dicer.
My hopes once straight, go curled.
I laugh as Satan eats Santa's elves.

How can you expect me to be sympathetic,
When you follow suit of the hatred.
Crying yourselves to sleep for reasons,
Reasons of which I'm empathetic.
as you put your moments to bed.
Thoughts polluting though the seasons.

I'll disappear. Be alone.
Be happy, in solitude.
Removed from the social backbone.
in solid state.

And live ...
In peace.

The Way

We move through the hollows of everyday life,
Shaking and quaking and searching for spice.

Round and round a day we make,
To some we give, others we take.

Mouldering, soldiering, passing ways,
Folded pieces hidden for remembered days.

Solid state and filled with cracks,
All full things have a point which lacks.

Truth is a truth, a lie is a lie,
So it goes 'til the day you die.

Parabola Effect

Patterns on the wall
Blue spores
In beamed particles
Low-paced stones
Vibrate below the common tone
Stomping off
The solid state of your floor

Extended fingertips
Flattened
A sixth dimension added

Silhouettes
Sprouting from the stairs
Purple-spotted voice
Cracking academic talk
Introducing the negative zone

Cognition waterfalls
Side-stream
The window lost its door
Free space for a walk
Universal nature, standard road
Slide line by line
All the way through the focal point
Into the beyond…

An Agent's Rising.....

Woe be me this longing wait,
endure as must this human fate
trials to tempt infatuate
spiritual light in solid state....

Physical being laboriously toils
torn are we our souls to soil
amongst such blood in anger boil
why are we cast to such turmoil......

Hidden mysteries deep within
an agent,yeast,awaits to begin
a germ responds to inner hymn
as returning preparation's blend.....
