cats in my neighborhood agree

there is something youd like to see

if you stay out all night

and meow until light

a man with a club climbs a tree.

My Everything
hey what can i say to you
to let you know i care?
i feel you in my bones
but not so much that youd be scared
i wish that you would love me true
but honestly i dont
moving to fast but way too slow
i wanted to say or let you know
as beautiful of a woman you are
i i need to be alone...

Moments Dont Last
A moment that takes you by surprise
Before you even realize
One that takes your breath away
You thought youd never see that day.
Heart broken apart before
Pieces that fit together once more
A day like when an angel sings
Never felt any such thing
So scared to take a breath for it may quickly pass
Moments like this never last....

One Love Two Hearts
one word
two songs.
meet me in the middle.
I wanna hear someone else sing
And maybe Iv got something to say.
maybe.
one thought
two minds.
lets get together.
I wanna feel a different heart beat
and maybe youd like to feel mine.
maybe.
one love
two hearts.
Im already there.
I wanna exist in someone else
and maybe theres room in you.
maybe....

Insanity Is More Fun Than Youd Think
informed by myself
and ever so clever
for a man who has never seen the light

a day to remember
with a black toothed grin
was the day i learned how to win the fight

bones they break, and flesh it rips
to cope with human strength
dealing with the blasphemy
of joining in the rank

a rebel to the state
and a thorn upon its side
turning back the pages
when i used to turn the tide...

Lyin In Bed
roses are red
violets are blue
only if you knew how in love i am with you,
maybe youd love me back,
maybe love is something you lack
youll lay in bed tonight with a face lit bright,
ill lay in bed with a new thin line on my arm, in red
trust me, you not knowing me is not why i do this
cutting is just my new found bliss.
if people knew, they'd call me crazy,
if people knew, they might care...

What
Where do you go
Someone asked me so
 if the people you love
See you as a curse from above
And they
Or so they say
don't want you to succeed
Youd be there in word and deed
Where do you go
 if your are no longer
 a fillment to a need
But a problem, in the way
Or on rocky turf the seed do'th lay
What is left if the space you fill
 is overkill
What's the meaning
if you no longer a purpose fulfill...

A Place Called the Bubble Gum Tree
have you been to the bubble gum tree<
a place thats full of mystery,
a place that you can let your thaughts go,
a place where u can go with the flow.

i went to christmas at the bubble gum tree,
a place where you, first met me,
hiding behind the sofa to see
if you would make me a cup of tea.

a magical place where anything goes,
youd be out of place if you had 17 toes,
but only certain people knows,
the magical world of the bubble gum tree...

Jane
I miss you my jane, i miss you so much, your loving smile and caring touch. Every day we spend apart, tears at my soul and breaks my heart. I miss all the things we used to do, now those are the thaughts that pull me through. Walking the dog down by the sea, are lodged in my mind constantly. Our dreams were starting to come true, but now im here missing you. So when i next see you ill bow to one knee, and ask you my jane if youd marry me.

The Boy
Our silence is what hurts the
most
i can hear the whispers of your
gohst

pretending not to hear the
truth
when all you showed me was
proof

hold my hand, whisper in my
ear
tell me i have nothing left to
fear

that prickle that thorne
to which you have sworne

youd never do
how could you

now these tears come
streaming down my face
i thought id finally found my
place

youre smile was not at its best
in your heart i was just a
guest...

How Pained Ive Been
you didnt think itd come to this
did you.
you never expected how pained ive been
from the words shoved down my throat
choking me silent
making tears flow from my heart.
the one you scarred,
with your scorching black words.
you didnt expect youd be leaving me for my death
or that your ropes would hang me
and put a barrel in my mouth.
no it never would have come to this.
because it wasnt your fault
and it never is
because youve forgotten your words in my throat....

Only You
Only you could make me hurt so bad.
Make my tears roll. Make me sad.
Take my smile an stomp it to the floor.
Shut the window and throw me out the door.
Throw me away like yesterdays trash.
Send my heart into a full on crash.
Make me feel like nothing at all.
So here I stand soul open and bare.
Its just not right. Its just not fair.
So Ill pick my head up and fall no more.
Pick my heart up off the floor.
Dust off my knees and move along.
Who knew youd make me so strong...
