Love isn't always
chocolate and red roses;
it's those small gestures,
The swipe of new wiper blades,
surprise kisses on your car....

Horrible Death sentence, through a kiss and a soft whisper
expert assassination by the hands of a Leper
living particles with no length
pull mega ones with their strength
accident occurring from a malfunctioning wiper....

Gambling Spider
A spider on a windscreen wiper
Is gambling with his life,
He better pray the sun stays out
Or he just could be in strife.

Perhaps he could take up poker,
Or roll the dice around,
I think he'd stand a better chance
Than when the rain comes down....

I sport a mask, not to mention the fog
Yesterday I tripped on a huge log
           Specks need; built-in wiper
              Didn’t see the sly viper
To top it off, I conversed with a hog

*I wear glasses, and wearing the mask
my glasses fogs up when I breathe

Some Polticians
Men who hulking thugs lobby,
Now and then their hobby
To winning rivals clobber,
Hitting them until they slobber;
Their tunes for the piper
A much worse viper,
Venom as good a wiper
As enemy- silencing sniper.

Old owners of power
Mythical the eleventh hour
Their only message for The Youth:
A not- yet- your- time hurting truth....

Sophie Again
A furry face that greets me in the morning
laying next to my face upon my flattened pillow

she snuggles closer upon my eyes cracking open to the day
while her tail switches back and forth like the wiper blades on our car

"take me for a walk NOW, Mom," her little furry body and grunts say to me
and as I stretch
so does she in her down dog position as we both roll off the bed and onto
our feet.......
