Premium Member Sea dreaming

I close my eyes
savouring the memory
of the clash of waves
and rhythmic sway
that rocked my childhood

We sway here my hand on my heart,
beating nicely magic music i hear
 is it so enchanting
the muse of my soul,
in sync we are one.

Premium Member Too Much Sway

Francesco was on his trapeze
Precariously swaying in the breeze
Suddenly he lost his grip
Off that trapeze, he did slip
Because he sneezed

Sway

Bent head
Order fits the line
Last time
Last pain
Toes tip the chair
and body cuts the air
swing soft
and the dark finds home
and alone dies
alone

Silken dreadlocks weeping in rhythm.
Attuned with the lightest gust of wind.
Beauty in a sweeping motion.

He is always rubbing me everywhere in the right way.
He is always so forward in how he makes both our bodies sway.
He always pleasures me so well, wishing he can forever stay.

There Only the Green Grasses Sway In Relief

The heavy rain fills the pond till overflow,
The winding road links hills high and low.
Flowering of peach and plum trees is brief,
There only the green grasses sway in relief.

                      Autumn Sway

golden leaves in flight
chilly breeze whirls through the trees
sunshine fades away
rancid scent hangs in the air
autumn firmly holds its sway.

Premium Member In the Sway

Listen to poem:
dependent on your every whim
the yoyo of just a single word

moods that sway in ups and downs
compromising an artificial game

heart off kilter in the balance
pummelled wobbly dazed and woozy

Premium Member Sway and Swerve a Learning Curve

Existence a great learning curve
A journey to sway and to swerve\
Whilst society attempts to unnerve
Communities we need to conserve
Help others with kindness we serve
Self love is what we deserve
Fulfilling our lives with much verve

Premium Member Green has sway

More murders in East Chicago today.
None of it matters, the green dollar has sway.
Drugs are the main cause of urban decay.
It goes on and on without any change
You gotta, know somebody's getting paid.
People are Dying in a Moral Hurricane.

Premium Member As the Palm Trees Sway

    Drift the hours away
no plans or goals to weigh
    Whatever comes my way…

    On the back of imagination
       purest creativity
    Fling aside reins of civility

Run together, each and every day
       as the palm trees sway…

Against cold to win

T’is the July cold
Carried into August
A hot cup of tea’s sold
For salvation promised

Shivers down the spine
Hairs on forearms stand
To be sheltered just fine
Mark of a strong brand

I sway in the wind
Puckered skin
Collared coat pinned
Against cold to win

Premium Member I Hear Music

I hear music. It's quite blusic, whining sax's that won't betray. I hear drumming, guitar's strumming, as my body begins to sway. It's my thermometer, my musical barometer, the pulsating rhythms that begin each day. I hear music. It's quite blusic and I pray that it's here to stay

Premium Member Blossoms Sway Gently In the Breeze

Blossoms sway in the gentle breeze…
A benevolent sojourner
Never to let them entirely still--
Same brightly colored blooms
Now, of their own volition
Turning toward morning sun,
But He is no mere Puppet-master
In a light-sense--
His strings the silk
Of Freedom-gleams...

Sway Together Lost In Its Charm

I hear them play our song
As I hear it I want to sing along
The melody so easy to defend
The words a familiar friend

The time was long ago my love
When we heard it first it fit like a glove
We would sway lost in its charm
And want no more than each other’s arms.

Mesmerized by nature’s pendulum
the rhythmic motion of the tides
I listen to the splash of waves
unfurl against the seashore

The ever undulating flow of waves
the hypnotizing sway of water
it’s the perfect appetizer before
enjoying every sunset as it falls

Sway

The night's here
And the day's away
Let's begin our task
Just dance and sway.

Wind is getting cold
Clouds are gathering again
Let's get really bold
Cause it's going to rain.

The night is about to pass
The day is ready to start
I'm not willing to stop
But the day wanna play its part.

Oh, to sway in a hammock of palm
Glistening in sunlight from our nearest star
Surrounded by trios of succulent mango
Heeding the beat of a jungle psalm

Oh, to rock in a cradle of cotton
Tinted by prism of rainbow delight
Regaled by the whispers of breezy blue rivers
Bedeviled by nothing, all troubles forgotten

SWAY WITH ME
Stand right here. Look at me. I know you do not dance. I will dance around you, then put your hands around my waist when I get in front of you, sway and gaze at me.

Sway With Love

Sway with love

Love is the breath
Blowing softly
from door to door

swing
spread the fragrance
peppy
tirelessly

present
beautiful poetry carves
on the heart canvas

its light
beautify
everything in sight

softness
stroked heart
with
divine melodies

breathe with love
smile with love
sing with love

sway with love

Sway With Me

I sway with the wind
Sway with me
Soft breeze to your face
Carrying calm
O'er wistful sea
I sway with your gait
To a distant place
That long we seek
A land of new
With olden grace
E'er yearning to find
Together, to trace
As in youth, our place
Feel my breeze
Do sway with me
With precious peace
And spirits free

Feel my breeze
Sway with me
